This is just to highlight the incorrect practice which is going on at bhagan toll plaza, haryana on delhi-chandigarh highway.
I was travelling through bhagan toll plaza on 10th march’19 in my vehicle hr 51 bs 2726.
Though my vehicle has fastag, there was no boards/indicating suggesting the presence of fastag system to deduct toll. Unaware, i proceeded to the manual toll plaza and paid the toll charges of rs 65/- (As also attached) and proceeded further. Immediately afterwards, i received a notification of deduction of toll from my fastag account also with icici linked id: malc381uljm378617 (Also attached for ref.). Since i had an urgent commitment i decided to check for refund/adjustment on my return journey; but i was asked by the customer care no. To go to the toll administration office which was not possible at the unearthly hour. I had to continue my journey. I also called up the customer care of toll plaza several times but no positive response has been given so far.
I hereby kindly request to refund or credit the amount rs 65/- to my fastag account.
