Dear sir,
I would like to raise a compliant for unauthorized toll collected at dahisar check naka. Major toll plaza has been closed in mumbai but dahisar toll plaza is still collecting money from all either local resident or not. It's an open loot happening and no one is taking any action against it. Kindly take a serious action against the same at the earliest.

This is with regards to the condition of MUKARBA CHOWK TO PANIPAT RAOD. There are almost 9-10 spots of the highway is badly damaged. There are huge potholes, as the road is completely damaged and emergency repair is required. These potholes are so big which is causing the movement of small vehicles resulting into daily accidents, multiple maintenance costs to vehicles, higher fuel costs & additional time with lots of frustration; ultimately costs to national executor...! It seems the concern department is not taking action.i am a daily traveler and facing a lot of problem.

The respective authorities should inspect the same and take necessary action to fix the same.

Sir vehicle number kl09ah5257 was registered under monthly passby paying rs255/month. I have been told by the toll authorities to change to fastag so that need not to come to office for renewal and it will automatic. Since i have paid 255 cash for feb 2019, while changing to fastag it was activated by the toll authorities as monthly pass. But while crossing the toll in march again regular toll charges was dedcuted (Rs 120.00) causing much inconvenience. While reporting the same again the monthly pass of rs 255 was deducted with effect from 12.03.2019. Having renewed the monthly pass i request you to refund the addtionally collected rs 120.00 immediately

Kesara toll plaza is located in between vijawada-hyderabad on nh 65. It is having one fast tag lane and 3 general lanes. But most of the times of the 3 general lanes it will operate 2 lanes only so that there will be always long queue. I request you to please look into this matter and do the needful. They will always put some barricades on one of the lanes so that generally there will be long waiting period on other 2 lanes....

Luharli toll plaza in sikandrabad, distt. Bulandshahr, u. P. Is a big menace.

There is always u will find long ques in both the sides.
It takes 10-20 minutes to pass the plaza.

Pl. Take up the matter with the contractor.

Also the toll charges are very high.

The system of toll charges of peripheral highways is very reasonable. Such system should be implemented on all toll...

I travelled from pune via the khedshivapur toll on 9'th march 2019 and back to pune via the same toll on 10'th march and my expirience with the toll booth was extremely poor. Most lanes are fasttag lanes but all vehicles are going through these fasttag lanes. The lanes thus become very slow and congested. The toolbooth supervisor was arrogant and did not want to listen to any complaints made me. Why is every one allowed to fastag lanes?

On march 9th, i travelled to kempegowda internation airport and passed through toll plaza at sadahalli. For the onward journey there was a deduction of rs. 85 (One way charge) and on return there was a deduction of rs. 45 (Since the total toll for 2-way is rs. 130). However, then there was an additional deduction of rs. 85 from fastag.

This toll booth always has a surprise for me and i ended up paying rs. 215/- for a 2-way trip to airport.

The chokkenahalli kyatasandra toll booth takes long time to collect the toll charges. This booth is located where there is more traffic. It takes minimum of 15 to 20 mins to cross the toll plaza. Please inform the employees to do the process fast or else remove one of the booths as we have two toll booths between tumkur and bangalore. It takes a very long time to cross the toll plaza at all the times. And we have not faced this problem in any of the other toll booths. Please solve this problem.

Also, after this toll booth the road gets narrower. The vehicles that comes through 10 lanes will have to travel in only 4 lanes. Please widen the road to solve the heavy traffic between tumkur and bangalore.

At keesara toll plaza on 08/march/2019 @ 14:19:4, i have paid toll with trxn no:00378 at booth: w01/64042 and my vehicle reg no: ap07th6797 (Isuzu s-cab). They have charged my rs.55 and after 14 hours i returned on 09/march/2019 @ 04:36:01with trxn no:00465 at booth: e02/64021 but this time they have charged me with rs. 95 and the way your staff person responded when i asked for this differences in charge was terrible. Can you please let me know more details on this and why should i pay more? This is not at all a fair way of dealing these things.

Nh8 road condition from jaipur to gurgaon is pathetic. There are more than 100 potholes on that road. 3 flyover don't have roads. I don't understand why we have to pay 300 rs toll if govt can't provide us road. If any accident happen on that road only nhai should be responsible for that.
I already paid more than 20000 in repair due to bad road conditions.
Interesting part is road from ggn to jaipur is somewhat ok but road from jaipur to ggn is pathetic.

Today while passing through the delhi meerut express way from ito to ghaziabad.
I observed that the vertical garden installed on the yamuna bridge has either died or have been stolen.

Also the center lanes dedicated for four wheelers have two wheelers driving on and that too at very high speed.

Wish to see that the plantation shall be revived and will be taken care off.

Toll at patas plaza, puna solapur express pvt ltd, on 4th march 19 ac no [protected] has been debited by fast tag rs 70/- at 8.30.52 am on 4th march 2019 and collected cash rs 70/- at windo, attached video clip and phopt copy of cash collected, misbehavior of the toll collectors, can be ascertained, request refund and toll operator should be penalised and be booked for negligence and extraction of money.

Not giving exception to crpf employees even though they are producing the govt id cards and apart from that they misbehaving and getting into argument by gathering altogether even though crpf employee with family

Nh 32, purulia - chandil road is in very pathetic
Condition, condition of this highway from balrampur crossing to chandil is pathetic it takes almost 1 hours to cover a distance of 10 km. I would request the government to take this into consideration and provide some relief to millions of commuters. Lots of accident facing everyday. This road connect two states jharkhand and west bengal.

Me and my wife travelling from coimbatore to kothagiri (4/3/19 @ 6.30pm) near kunjapanai toll gate there was drunken toll in charge who was misbehaving with my wife, he was very rude speaking for which i asked for what i should pay because (Tn 43 vehicles cant be charged tats the rules). I am from ooty so i know the places very well from my child hood. My wife was pregnant and she was crying because of the guy rude behaviour. Please take necessary action up on this and i have attached the toll bill. I just asked nothing is there in the toll bill so the guy entered only date manually and gave the bill. Noth they entered in the bill like which type of vehicle etc etc things. Please take necessary action up the drunken guy

This complaint is in name of nhai.
I am manish kumar gupta from mohali, punjab
I am a frequent traveler between mohali to delhi as my family resided in delhi-ncr.
Below is my concern with nhai and trouble, i faced during my journey.
1. I was travelling from delhi to mohali in my car i. E. Dl 8c l 8658 on date 04th march 2018 in morning time on nh-1.
2. After leaving delhi, there is a place named murthal in haryana state and there was a toll plaza in murthal.
3. I was heading at a normal speed towards mohali.
4. In murthal, i faced very huge, long, broad and dangerous jerks in mid of the highway suddenly where i could not stop suddenly and my car bottom got crashed with that dangerous jerks.
5. I was stuck in midway with no help as my car was not able to move further.
6. I discussed with nearby people to know about that jerks, than i came to know that there was toll booth at that place which got shifted to other place few days ago and jerks generated due to shifting of the booth were left unattended and as a serious threat to the travelers. That jerks were too dangerous to cause life threat to any traveler. Generally people are facing issue during night time and foggy weather or if they are new to highway.
7. I want to know about the work process of the nhai, that what their responsibilities is? Road is left like life threat for people after booth shifting. Every person passing through may not be aware of that and they may face loss to their health and wealth due to this mismanagement.
8. Now my car is in service center for repair and it may take up to 1 week to get repaired.
9. Is there any body or department in nhai who can give answer that “how that part of road was left as life threat to the people and in case on any accident who is responsible for the loss of victim”.
10. I need a justified answer from nhai and action against responsible person. Also compensation to the damage, mental and financial harassment i faced during my journey.
11. Being a responsible indian citizen, i pay all toll bills with responsibility and get an assurance that we will get good road to have a pleasant journey.
12. General public is getting suffered due to this carelessness of nhai, my question is that “is nhai ready to waive off the toll ticket on that damaged road and do nhai appoint any person on road to make travelers aware of the road damage”?

Sir,
We would like to request you to to remove the multiple bumpers together that you have installed on national highway between balaji temple and lokhra on both sides of the roads. These killer bumpers are extremely dangerous for bikes and scooters especially during the night where many o[censored]s nearly fell prey to an unfortunate accident. Moreover, no one expects any bumpers on national highway. Please remove them with immediate effects.

Thiruvallur districk, gummidipondi taluk, arambakkaam village gnt road,,, nearly 5m breath and length200m not completed road. We suffering very much because of this issue more traffic occurs and also rain time flood is happenin, so take this sutivation has very serious help us,, otherwise we will take this issued into heigher officer and also this issued completed starting from[protected] we suffering so plz give me any reply, protest will be done. Plz take action

Today we went through monoharpur toll tax waiting time was more than 15 mins. Desipte of all that complain book was avilalable on the booth. Again waited 10 min for complain book finally they have resufed to give complain book. Please do the needful or will escalat the matter to higer authorities. Please provide me the answer or refund for my above bad experience face at monoharpur toll plaza. My email id singh. [protected]@gmail.com.
