I was travelling to prati balaji temple yesterday with my family from wakad.in the mid way have faced a toll plaza at "khedshivapur" and there it was mentioned that they have the fastag facility of paytm. I was travelling there by my one month old brand new car and suggested the toll boy that i have fastag in my car, so use that feature. However the toll boy refused that they were not able to detect my fastag and took 90rs for one way from me.

I would suggest please do the needful and stop taking extra money. Like me, there are many people who may have been face this situation in everyday basis.

Have attached two copies of my money deduction receipt for references.

This road are very bad to go with them so can you repair that road to get a toll money by customer, so can you inform tender filler of this road i am traveling by nh-27 its condition is to bad to go by this road. You can inform road maintenance person to make them good to help people to travel save to reach his destination. This is nhai highway you to do good work. Thank you

This is complaint against anewadi toll naka employess the toll which os on satara road. As we travelling in own car and showed indian navy i card for toll exemption but they didn't gave the exemption and behaved badly with wrong words in front of family members as ladies were there in car. They said we dont know what is armed force or defence all have yo pay. But observed that they give exemption to other private car by showing cards then why arm force is not given and why we have to pay toll tax.
Please take this issues seriously as no respect is given to armforce employees inspite of news was declared that toll employees should give respect to arm force employees.. Anewadi satara toll is very bad with less trained employees dont no what is arm force.

Requesting to please grant as something in written so that when traveling again we can show them and go smoothly.

I have made earlier complaints to put visible accident prone zone and alert signs at the rode below amrutanjan bridge on mumbai pune expressway
Signs for light vehicles and heavy vehicle are also not visible there.
Instead of taking action on this some authorities given permission to install three advertising boards there where in reallity traffic signs should have been installed.
It’s very dangerous turn and installing movie poster there will attract drivers attention from road to poster
There are enough places where they can install it, so request you to remove those posters and at same site put large letter words and radium pictures to make driver alert to see road
Hope you understand severity of this issue and will take action
Currently there is simba movie poster which is diverting attention of driver from road at accident prone site at amrutanjan bridge

So many people died here and had so many accident because of not seen speed beaker.. I request to nhai please do something relevant action.. And do needful for us..

Hello, please repair CCTV.. It's consuming to much time if every vehicle driver tells vehicle number..and your employees take too much time to give slip.. Do proper work..sometimes it's emergency but for these guys it's dose not matter...hopefully you do something and become it's better..

I used to travel pondicherry to chennai using the tollway. Also i am having fastag in my car. Other than pondicherry tindivanam toll, no other toll is having dedicated line for fastag vehicles up to vanagaram.
The dedicated track should be maintained in all tolls and double the toll to be collected from those who are crossing without tag. This should be strictly implemented in all the tolls with immediate effect.

There is no periodic inspection of toll roads by nhai
Due to which we are forced to pay toll for the bad to poorest quality of toll road.
You can even see big pot holes on toll gate only what to say about the streach of road.
See the condition of toll road from jaipur to gurgaon it is horrible for more than 10 years now.
What is nhai doing on it??

Today 28.12.18 i travelled via puzhal to tambaram flyover, on that road their is two toll plaza we’re their. But in surapet toll people who were working are behaving like arrogant and they are blocking the car and sometimes they are hitting and asking the payment. And i really don’t know how government allows such kind of employees to work. Those people are for north india and they even can’t understand our language and just behaving like arrogant. So i request you to take necessary steps so that public feel better safety. Also it would be better if highway authorities gives an uniform and id card for the employee who works on toll plazas and we feel that we are paying amount to right person.

I request nhai to upheld the rule of law by removing speed breakers in national highways.
In national highway 206 there are numerous speed breakers between chinthamani and srinivasapura. It is causing a significant problem to the citizens.
The local politics may have laid the speed breakers.
I request you to remove all the speed breakers on the way and make the road convenient to use it.

I travelled across ponnambalapatti to trichy on 28/12/18 at10.15 am on road in my honda amaze car, the toll rate for my car is rs. 95 this is an excessive rate when compared to all other toll in tamil nadu, even this much charges were not there in any other cities. There were no display regarding this rates for information. Here with i have attached the proof of toll paid through my fasttag with id

The toll plaza at nh 45 surrapattu is not allowing customs department vehicles stating that customs is not allowed here we travel in hired car in order to book smuggling cases and even after showing our gazzetted rank id card they are telling customs is not exempted from paying the toll. We r doing a great service to our nation and all other toll plaza allow us but only this toll manned by illeterate men are not allowing us so pl instruct them and also give me the person to be contacted pl

I am passing through on[protected] rohad toll then by fastag amount deducted 60 rs for each time (Up - down) within 2 hrs, as per toll charges it must be 90 as per display but they deducted 120. I asked them but they refused to resolve this, they say it is complaint of fastag but when i checked this is toll plaza 's fault. This toll is delhi/haryana border to rohtak, piu name rohtak, screenshot of transactions enclosed.

I have fixed fastagg in my car. Yesterday (26dec18) when i travelled between the toll gates vanagaram and surapattu in chennai, i have been charged two times. Instead of 85 rupees for up and down travel, i have been charged rs. 165 just because i have the fastagg installed in my car. My relatives who travelled besides me and do not have the fastagg installed, paid only rs.85 where as i have paid rs.165 from my fastagg account. I kindly request the authorities to kindly check and reimburse the excess. Thanks.

Hi, my name is mohan reddy. My car number is ap09bh3777. I am availing the services of fastag taken from kvb. I am in hyderabad. Today morning, i went on outer ring road from exit 19 to exit 16 to drop off my friend in airport. I didn't have any idea that outer ring road introduced fastag lane. At the time of paying toll fee, the toll attendant told me that my fastag is recognised and i can go without paying fee. I was supposed to take a round trip toll. At the time of coming back, i went to fastag lane at entry (Exit 16) and also at exit 19. After coming home, i checked my mail messages and was shocked to see that while going from exit 19 to exit 16 (Where i didn't go through fastag lane at entry at exit 19), i was charged rs. 130/- which was supposed to be rs. 40/- and on return from exit 16 to exit 19, i was charged rs. 40/- which was supposed to be rs. 20/- (Roundtrip fare). Please look into this matter and refund the excess charges.

I am writing this complain as your fast tag monthly sever is down and i am not able to purchase it online, for the same i have attached a screenshot. Moreover, you have stopped monthly recharge at the local offices. How can you be such irresponsible, how can you just stop an offline service and start an online service without doing a through trial test? Is this what, our pm means by digital india? You are just creating kiosk for regular users.

I am a regular user of electronic city flyover (Bangalore), even the local authority are such irresponsible by simply answering we are not nhai, we are just a franchisee and we have no connection with nhai.

In addition, i am being over charged by the toll plaza on my fast tag. I am being charged one way fare (I. E. Rs. 45) even if i am using the flyover two way for which the charges are rs 70. Everyday i am ending up paying rs 9), how is going to bare the extra rs. 20?

1. I was traveling to Kolhapur on 24 th December in my car. I had taken return toll receipt at Khed Shivapur toll plaza @ NH4. I paid the money by cash on toll booth L 13. I have not seen the vehicle no printed on the recipt. Same day I return from Kolhapur, when I checked the receipt which was given in the morning, I was shocked, because It was not my vehicle no.I had not spoken to any authority. But this is the very big fraud, & toll plaza contractors are looting to the public as well as Govt by collecting fake toll.
2. Also the tolll is collected for maintenance of road, but we are paying the toll but as compared to the toll rates, roads are not maintained, everywhere there are diversions & big pot holes are seen. Who is going to take care of common people?
3. There are two toll booths where return tolls not available, can anybody have answer? By the way the roads are well maintained.
4. Big rubmler strips are put on junction, whose idea is there we don't know? After one & half Kilometers those are there & width & depth are much more, due to this rubmlers vehicle maintenance is higher & it has been proven that those are not good for health also because neck & back pain will start.

Hope NHAI will look into this & take action on the issues ASAP.

The toilets at the national highway 48 (Delhi to jaipur), near the 3rd toll, showing the sign boards of swatch bharat abhiyaan are not functional. The mcb board attached to the toilets are locked and the mcb is down. These toilets are electronically opearted and since the mcb is down intentionally, it is not useable. The toilets were built under the swatch bharat abhiyaan to keep the city clean, instead these closed toilets are encouraging people to go out in open.
It is requested to make the said toilets operational for public use as soon as possible and take strict action against the people responsible for it's maintenance.

I have been using paytm fastag since 1 year and it was going well until in the month of july, my fastag stops working saying low balance. I filled around 500rs after some time still the same case. I called the paytm fastag helpline number on [protected] but they were unable to find any of my details. It has been 4 months now and still there is no solution provided. Contacted them several times. Told me that i need to go to my paytm app and do some settings. On 05/12/18, i received a call from someone named harry from fastag on the number [protected] and he promised that he would send a guy to get our fastag problem sorted out the next day. Till now, nobody has showed up. Very unhappy with the carelessness of paytm fastag and the way they have dealt with my case. It's been 4 months since i've been calling and still i do not know when my services will be restored. They say they do not have any records of mine but i have my paytm fastag to prove i was a customer with them for almost a year.
