In many of the tolls between hubli and bangalore the dedicate fastag lane will be closed. There will be a guy standing at the start of the lane asking people to use other lane where i will have to wait in the que. Request the authorities to look into this. I see that most of the lanes these days have fastag scanner. However, in. Nelamangala toll towards tumkur, the lady in the counter said that the machine is not working and i had to pay cash. The dedicated lane is not sufficient as the trucks will block the lane and is not worth waiting in the fastag lane.

We reached sengurichi toll (Km 192.750 on nh -45) around 11:10am (25th dec) offered credit card for payment of toll e. Sanjay gandhi who is a toll cashier was harsh in accepting there by abused us for offering credit card for payment. We feel government will not be successful in digitalization if sanjay gandhi like people discouraging e-payments also teasing, abusing besides humiliating us.

We request ur good office to suitably take actions thereby not to discourage people offerings toll credit card payment. Also enclosed with copy of proof. Kindly let us know the action taken.

The compensation for the land acquired for national highway varanasi to azamgarh, is given through bank cheque. Because of this the official are taking percentage of money (Rishwat) for handing over the cheque. This is taking place in division of lalgunj, azamgarh, up.
So i request for immediate action and money should be transferred directly in bank account.

When there is problem with fastag scanner even though we have balance in our tag the toll offficial we demanding and threading us to pay money is it right or wrong? Now tell me what we should do? How to handle them.in toll plaza they are rude with customers and they don’t mainatain the quality of road then why should we need to pay money. If fastag is not working why should they keep the lane..

Fast bar code scanner barriers are not available at any tolls from bathinda - amritsar nh-54 stretch.

Staff deputed at tolls scans the fasttag manually using hand held scanner.

It causes traffic jam and inconvenience to the travellers and defeats the purpose of etc lane.
We were travelling from bathinda - amritsar and return and at tolls, it took much time at tolls due to manual scanning of fasttag system.

I was travelling today and crossing toll plaza karnal.. At around 1110 hrs.... I showed my i card to the collector... But he denied saying that this is taxi so not exempted from anything.. Finally my driver paid the toll and then only we were allowed to cross toll. Please take appropriate action according. As per the dir from your hq any vehicle carrying defence person is exempted from toll....

The machine or may be the system for checking the rfid is not working at your l&t toll plaza on bharuch-baroda highway. It is showing i don't have sufficient balance in my account, but i have. Also the amount is deducted or not takes much longer time to address, to verify.
This is the 3rd time that i had to pay the toll by cash.
If there's going to be such inconvenience then what's point of having automatic (Digital)...

The toll authority does not have any proper management, no proper lines. I travel to and fro more than 10 times a day. I have a membership card but still need to wait in lanes and heavy traffic. People keep splitting lanes and intervene in between. Haryanvi bouncers anr there always standing there to fight whenever someone complaints. Use of abusive language. Please take care of this highway authority.

Ladhowal toll is a big mess and headache due to longer queues. Average waiting time is now more than 10min, minimum.
One cannot predict the time this toll will consume for any journey. Situation become more helpless for commuters when one has to reach across the toll for time critical events like exams, office, meetings and this toll and employees stand still watching people getting late.

Its been more than a decade, may be 15+ yeras that this toll has been installed and never taken back. Either govt should stop taking road tax or this toll tax that is becoming bottleneck on highways.

In the chennai – trichy highway, between padalur and ulundurpet strech there are two tolls.

1. At sengurichy (Ulundurpet-padalur) (Bot)
2. At thirumandurai (Ulundurpet-padalur) (Bot)

Since the stretch is same for the two toll plazas, why should any one pay at both (1 &2) tolls while going from chennai to trichy. Whereas in other tolls it is collected once for a stretch. Your prompt reply will be appreciated.

There is a bridge on nh 5 near gaudanipohari, khantapara, balasore, odisha having a hole around 2 feet wide and depth of 1 feet causing daily 3 to 4 bike accident regularly. Kindly repair it imediately. As i personally had an accident on 7/12/2018 and my brother-in-law had an accident on19/12/2018. For explaination you call me on [protected].
The hole is on the bridge and centre of the road nh5. Rod are came out on bridge and it is very dangerous for bike riders. Please put attaintion imediately to avoid accidents.

One of the features of fastag is a dedicated lane for the users. But the recently renovated roll plaza at raikal (Bangalore hyderabad highway nh-44) do not have a dedicated lane for the fastag users, instead every lane is fastag enabled. But want is the point of paying money in advance and waiting in the queue just a non tag user? If they do not realise this, i think it's better use the toll plaza as a means to exchange big notes!

Its a request to install speed breakers on the service lane
which passes just outside the society gate "Shagun Society" s.no 36, kiwale, near gaavkari hotel, lekha farms. 412101 - Pune

It has become difficult as the vehicles pass the service lane at very high speed. society members are facing difficulties while coming out of the gate. Picking and dropping of school children's is at high risk.

Request to consider this at earliest. Hoping for a positive response.

Ambala dappar tolltax was not maintaining fastag lane for fastag. Every single car was entering in that lane and i waited for 6 minutes in fastag lane. I made full video regarding the same. If we are paying extra for fastag then what's the difference between fastag and non tag vehicle. Stop charging in the name of fastag facility that u can't provide. When we are forced to maintain some minimum amount for this service and you are not able to give those services then what's the reason behind maintaining that balance or for paying extra for that tag.

I'm living in annur, everyday i'm traveling to college by my vehicle. But the road from sarkar samakulam (Tamilnadu-641107) to saravanampatti and the road from saravanampatti to chinnavedampatti (Tamilnadu-641049) was heavily damaged. But no one can take any actions against it. So as a public i complaint against the highway department. So kindly solve this issue and take it as a public requestion.

Road damaged between bawal to nh-71 (Bridge area mainly), a long time i see this problem for all vehicles.in upcoming fog time its a cause of accident. So please repair this bridge area road. Also provided reflector for fog safety. Last two month approx i see this national highway conditions. Approx three lacks vehicles going this road in a day as a statements. Request you to please resolve this.

I was travelling from bangalore to davangere via nh4 (To & fro) in my new car and fast tag was registered.in the to and fro journey i encountered 5 tolls where my car's fast tag was read.
From bangalore to davangere i passed only 2 tolls via fast tag lane which are listed below.
1. Kulumapalya toll plaza, date[protected], time - 07:12:38
2. Chokkenahalli toll plaza, date[protected], time[protected]

Later for the other three tolls i passed through the regular toll lane and took the receipt for up & down (To & fro), since i was returning the same day.

While returning, the tolls at hebbalu & karjeevanhally toll plaza, i requested the toll incharge guy not to read the fast tag since i have already have the receipt given for up & down, inspite of my request the toll guy has deducted the money, the details are below.
1. Hebbalu, date[protected], time - 19:42:15 (Transcation id:[protected]), amount deducted - rs.60/-
2. Karjeevanhally toll plaza, date[protected], time - 21:59:37 (Transcation id:[protected]), amount deducted - rs.80/-

Request you to refund the amount deducted to my fast tage account

Yesterday i was travelling from mohal (Solpaur district) to solpaur. There is a toll between mentioned city. While going my money for toll was deducted from paytm. While returning it was not detected and i have to pay manually 55 rs. Because of this fault i have to suffer 25 rs. I have paid 55 + 55 but actual retrun charges was 85rs. My vehicle number mh13 ck 2802.
