Hi, there are almost 7-8 tollgates between Madurai to Chennai Tambaram.
Each tollgate collects high prices around 100 and even more for a car that is not acceptable. In most of the places throughout the journey, there are a lot of road works going on and because of that traffic are tend to happen for Kilometers. WHY ARE YOU CHARGING AS THESE ROADS ARE NOT FULLY COMPLETED? We request you to complete all the road works and then start collecting the money from us. WHY SHOULD WE PAY FOR IN-PROGRESS ROADS?

Please take steps and stop collecting money from the tollgates for the roads which are in progress.

NOTE: These roads are in progress for the past 3 years at least but tollgate prices are keep raising.

TOTAL SCAM and No control from the Government.

My car is Nashik passing, car no. Is MH15HU8185 I crossed pimpalgaon baswant toll plaza on 22th sept I crossed the toll at 10.20am and returned at 3.29pm, the amount deducted from my fastag was while going 210rs and returning 105rs. Whereas it should be only 40rs as my car is Nashik passing. Everytime I travel 40rs is deducted of one side but this time in total 315 rs were charged through fastag. Plz refund my extra money which was deducted.

Havig sufficient balance in paytm fast Tag toll plaza at Dadri UP asking for double money

I was made to to wait more then 5 min at Karjeevanhally Toll Plaza by the toll operator due to one over load in front and simply scrolling with him. I insisted to take that vehicle front and talk to him which he didnt accept and made us to wait. Later toll operator asked all standing behind vechiles to take reverse and take another line. I insisted not to collect toll for my vehicle as we waiting more then 3 minutes but still toll operator forceably scanned and allowed us to pass through.

I request to take strict action against this toll operator making unnecessary wait us and request to refund this toll amount. Details of toll attached

My car no is HR29 AM 7572, was in my residence parking and amount of Rs= 110/- deducted from my Paytm wallet.
So I request you to please return my deducted amount

There are 2 toll plazas which are just 16kms apart in the Bangalore-Mangalore Highway. They are Kirasave ( BOT (Toll) )
Km 119.100 - NH-75 in Karnataka & Karbylu (Bellur Cross) ( BOT (Toll) )
Km 101.250 - NH-75 in Karnataka. They are collecting 50rs and 45rs respectively.
Just for 16 kms, we are paying 95 Rs.
Please look into this, Also Nithin Gadkari has told that toll plazas should be 60 kms apart and remaining ones will be closed.

Dear sir, one toll gate near anantapur named Marur toll gate is keep on increasing toll fee ubnormally. It was 90 previously and it parallely increased to 110, 125 and now 130. I don't why they are increasing their fee. No toll gate has increased fee above 110 and road maintenance is also poor.

Every toll gate has board that contains toll fee charges. So that user knows how much they are charging for each type of vehicle. Here in this Marur toll gate they strick off the fee rates on board.

Please take it as complaint. If the charge is fine according to you then atleast update that charge fee on the board.

There have been a lot of mattresses in this road, many people have died, today on 23/9 only a child has died after falling from the bike due to riding in a mattress. Get the road repaired by suffering.

I am Shrishti Dewangan, working in HPCL Raipur. Mandir Hasaud( BOT( Toll)) operator is not issuing local monthly pass even after repeated follow ups

Respected Sir/Madam,

We are facing same issue at same toll plaza i.e. Palwal- on KMP.
Most of time we are facing 245 /- deduction charges instead of 45.
we have raised the all the time but after 24 days they are rejected the request and there is no reason. It is happening with me last one year's more than 20 times.

I am requesting to you please help me on this if possible.

last Saturday i went to Agra from Gurgaon-Sohna and i cross the Ghamroz- Sohna toll plaza AT 18:52:53 and i have Also paid there 115/- and than enter the KMP by Nuh toll plaza and exit FROM the kmp at PALWL toll plaza from LINE-1
At 19:33:40 pm (Trip No 312046E[protected]/[protected]) and the have deducted the amount of 245 instead of 45/-.

This is the repetitive issue which we are facing and there is solution and i have raised the request so many times but not get the solution simply the rejected the request without any reason.

Once again ai request you please kuch kero yar it is not fair...

ठेकेदार और संबंधित अधिकारियों को इसकी सूचना प्राप्त हो चुकी है और वो इसको रफा दफा करने की तैयारी में लगे हैं
ठेकेदार से केवल ठीक करवा लेना और उसे छोड़ देना ही पर्याप्त नही होगा ऐसे में वो दोबारा करेगा पकड़े गए तो ठीक कर दो नही पकड़े गए तो कमाई हो जाएगी, ऐसे ठेकेदार को ब्लैक लिस्ट किया जाना चाहिए

मैंने ऐसा किया पर मुझे इस विषय मे कोई हलचल नही दिखी ना ही मुझे कोई आश्वासन मिला कि कार्यवाही हो रही है अपितु उस सख्श तक ये खबर पहुच गयी है कि उसके खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज की गई है

सरकार बदली मुखिया बदला पर अब इंतज़ार है तेज कार्यवाही और कड़क प्रशासन का

उम्मीद है तुरंत कार्यवाही होगी और उसे और उसे बचाने में लगे लोगों को मौका नही दिया जाएगा

Streetlight Pole Utkarsh का अप्रूवल लेकर लगाया है और ब्रैकेट लोकल फैब्रिकेटे करके बिना Galvanize करवाये अलुमिनियम पेंट करके लगा दिया और लगभग आधे ब्रेकेट कमर्शियल पाइप से बना कर लगवा दिया ये फ्रॉड केस है

ऐसा बहुत कुछ और भी है अगर बारीकी से जांच करेंगे तो ये सब बाहर आयेगा

जहां तक मुझे जानकारी है कोई भी इलेक्ट्रिकल काम का ठेका उसी को दिया जा सकता है जिज़के पास इलेक्ट्रिकल ठेकेदार का लाइसेंस हो पर ऐसा नही हुआ और ठेकेदार को काम के लिए साइट पर इंजीनियर नियुक्त भी करना जरूरी है ऐसा भी नही हुआ.

कुल मिलाकर सब कुछ गलत हो रहा है इसकी जांच होनी चाहिए और दोषियों पे उचित कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए.

पोल के ब्रैकेट्स की जांच अवश्य करवाएं वो नागपुर से बनकर गए हैं और में 200% दावे के साथ कहता हूं कि इनको Galvanize नही कराया गया है

ऐसे ठेकेदार को ब्लैक लिस्ट किया जाना चाहिए

With reference to the subject I wish to lodge complaint against malicious behaviour of toll manager JIWANA toll plaza. I am working in Bank and there is jiwana toll plaza between my residence and branch. Earlier I had monthly pass for the toll and it was being renewed every month but now new manager came and told you are not local resident and pass cannot be given to you and misvbehaved with me. He has put my vehicle no. UP25DH6832 in the blacklist. I have balance in my fastag still it is showing blacklisted because he has done something in his portal.

Kindly help me, it is ok if he is not renewing the pass but he has no authority to block my vehicle no due to his personal grudge.

The National Highway a stretch of 30kms from Belagavi, Karnataka to Hattargi, Karnataka is damaged since 5-6 months. And it has not been repaired yet, not while traveling i could not see any maintenance work being carried. Our vehicle are being damaged by running on those roads. The toll collection booth dosent take proper time to time maintenance.

My vehicle's fast tag was activated on vehicle's number but i had not received fast tag. On 18th Sep I started off from mayur vihar delhi went to haridwar and back . All charges were paid online for the journey while at kashi toll plaza they refused to allow without physical fast tag. The toll manager sitting in office Malkhan Singh was too arrogant and asked to file complaint as the toll tax receipt provided had different vehicle number. Most of the employees are next to illiterate on this toll and minus customer service.
Malkhan Singh acts as an IAS there. Somebody should check on them. Pathetic experience.
