There is no road safety has been implemented and more of the road users does not aware or follow the lane discipline. Most of the long / heavy / container lorries does not follow the lane discipline.
I have made several complaints to the toll plaza authorities. They does not care about it.
I have visited china, they have implemented well. Why india can't do it?

A local person refuse to pay tax, and there was a huge traffic jam for 25 mins, authority did not talk any action against it.
While at last authority at last allowed that person without paying tall tax
He was in bolaro pickup.

So its a request to you to take some strick action for toll tax for locals also so that other people do not get disturb due to them.

Always it is a case that fastag is shown blacklisted even if it has enough balance and active at every moment on mumbai pune express highway tolls. Everywhere else it works fine problem is only on mumbai pune express highway. I am a regular commutter on this highway and everytime it has costed me in cash.
Purposely they have disabled collection of toll via fastag. This issue occurs on khalapur toll naka and khopoli exit shedung toll...

We are daily observing an encroachment on our Nashik Kalyan Bhiwandi Corridor.
This is increasing day by day n increasing the traffic jam problem as you can clearly see from the photograph.
This nuisance need to be controlled.
Even police n RTO is not acting on the same.
This problem will be more incremental in nature as nearby villagers are doing this after looking at each other.

Whenever i pass shahjahanpur toll plaza on delhi jaipur nh48 i, m charged full amount on return journey instit of half amount with in 24 hrs. Vehicle no ap07cy9086 it is handicapped vehicle (Invalid carriage vehicle). Applied for fast tag at kaza toll plaza as per circular no. Nhai/co/13/2016, dt.13/10/2016 on 02.11.2018. But till to date no respond from the competent authority. Hence please solve my problem as early as possible and issue me fast tag for easy movement at toll plaza.

During my travel to kumbakonam to chennai @ paranur my fastag acct debited
Fully 2 times though my up travel to chennai 3/31/45 pm, & down travel to kumbakonam 9/41/57 pm on same day 17/11/18. Rs 60 x 2 times.

Eastern peripheral expressway was inaugurated in the month of may. Even after six months, road lights are not working at many important junctures. Looking at approaching winter season, it's very critical. Also bikes can be seen running on expressway, which is prohibited and may lead to accidents. No of toll counters working is 60% even during peak traffic hours. Fast tag service is not available....

The toll worker at azizpur toll plaza (Zirakpur to chandigarh) said it was not allowed to make a second journey on a return trip ticket (Ticket number [protected] booth number lr4) within the 24 hour limit of return ticket.. He insisted to pay for the toll and he even typed on the wrong vehicle number for the ticket which i checked on later as he could not punch in same vehicle number within the 24 hour time period i assume. One day i was travelling from mumbai to madgaon and when i reached mumbai kolhapur highway some guys came on bike near my car and started saying something when i brought my window down they said my car is punctured and then i stopped and got 5 to 6 punctures
When i reached my destination someone told me that these guys travel from one area to other and keep on stopping the cars and put some pebbles so that your car gets punctured badly...

Now from last 20 days it has been obvious to face the heavy congestion on gurgaon to delhi highway, which is just crossed to mahipalpur flyover at aerocity, some construction work is going on under the highway.

Heavy jam starts from gurgaon toll and it remains till crossed mahilpalpur flyover and the distance of jam is appx 10km and it takes about 1/1.5 hour to complete this 10km distance.

The passengers are having problems regarding the nh 91 road conditions it takes too long to reach from aligarh to etah, the road between these two cities is fully filled with pits and takes so 4 hour to reach 70 km earlier it takes only 1hr 30min but it takes 4 hour now due to bad condition of road. So please take serious action regarding this issue as soon as possible...

I live in kota and my car no. Allotted by kota rto. Office. I went bundi on 11 of november when i was return to kota then at kota bypass hanging bridge toll plaza server online debited of toll plaza charges in my fast tag account.
As per govt. Rule kota and bundi personal vehicle no. Is free on kota bypass toll plaza so please refund my amount in my account....

I am a frequent traveler to bangalore from hosur and i would have to cross the attibelle toll plaza. It would always take a minimum of 4 to 5 minutes to go through the fast tag. I am still surprised to see that non fast tag are being allowed and poor management is one of the main reason for congestion. Some times you need to wait for more than the 10 minutes to get cleared. Dear authority,

Severe damage has been done to the national highway - 8 mahipalpur - delhi where underpass contruction work is being conducted.. All of a sudden a bump is developed on the road which has put traffic on halt.

During peak hours, jam is extended to several kms causing waste of our valuable time... Standstill vehicles are adding more poison in the delhi air.

Kindly fix this asap as...

On enquiry and they also give you pass for that much, the toll plaza of azizpur (Zirakpur to rajpura) charges 1100 rs for monthly pass and a month ago rate was 1300 rs while the real fees is 240 or 250rs. You need to know it from sources or need to fight a lot to get monthly pass on real rates. This is illegal. You can check it yourself anonymously or do a sting operation or something.

Also, i am not sure about return journey...
