I crossed the toll plaza and showed state govt id for the pass. Which refused by the lady representative and asked for local fee. Having a long argument, even after taking to mr. Shukla, who refused the exemption for state id but was very rude... I were asked to pay local fee and i gave the money. When i said that i will lodge a complaint and pay, but a guy, with some _indra prajapati with one of his coworker started compelling me to say, "i will not pay" and then we'll show you how to get collection. Later when mr. Shukla refused i gave the money for the fee payment, same guy came out of nowhere and said you just go and din't let me pay and said you leave and now i'll complain against you.
I couldn't lodge a complaint there as they said that no complaint can be registered without a slip number.
7-8 workers came out of nowhere and out of them two threatened to teach me a lesson.

Today on[protected] i paid rs 100 for return journey on 14:38 pm still they have deducted of rs 65 from my fast tag wallet even i did not enter into fast tag lane when i return on the same way they have deduct rs 35 on 16:51pm

On national highway nh 8, gurgaon to delhi highway, just after mahipalpur flyover towards dhaulakua there is some construction work going on, its a underpass from airport side to mahipalpur and contractor m/s gawar construction ltd is doing the work, there is huge bump on the entire width of road which is causing traffic jam every day and night. Its a massive problem past 1 month. Take it seriously and take action immediately as it comes under nhai.

We passed through kurukshetra expressway pvt ltd toll from booth number 8 at 11:15 am. First of all, fastag means fast lane tagged vehicles. Two trucks blocked the way and we stood there for 6 minutes 40 seconds, which forced us to go into other lane as there was no scope movement from the trucks. When we moved into the other lane and complaint about the fastag lane issue, the person sitting there was least interested and told i can't help in this regard and was just standing there. He told you can see what you want to do and he can't help inthis regard. He was very rude and not at all helpful. I want this issue to be escalated and looked into.

It is to inform you that the biggest fraud of the era is going under your nose. "joya toll plaza moradabad" has deducted 65 rupees as toll fee from my account through paytm where as i have always paid the toll fee in cash. The amount was small thats why no one keeps the recept with them but this time i intentially paid the cash and keep the receipt and i am attaching the receipt along with this letter.

The same thing is happening with the "brijghat toll plaza" and they have reducted the money from my paytm account inspite of paying in cash.

The time since i have bought my new car (Dl 3ccp3993), the fast tag was given by the car company after the payment of rs1000 but everytime we are pay the toll fee in cash but the amount is deducted from my paytm account as well.

I intimate about this biggest fraud to the paytm authorities but they verbally call me and said that this game plan of "looting the public" and cheating the public in open, infront of everyone eyes is masterminded by nhai team who is collecting the toll fee in cash as well as via paytm electronic transactions (2 times for the same car)

We know that nhai is a very reputed name and such dirty act cannot be done by nhai. Sir i request you to please check this matter seriously because web cam are installed in both the above mensioned plaza and if found guilty then cancell the licence immediately and order them to refund my hard earned money since july 2018.

I have now deactivated the paytm account because of this act. Sir we expect justice from you with immediate effect so that we will not take the help of honourable court of our nation in this matter.

I am attacking the slip along with it.

They charge 20 rs each at both start at nelmangala and tumkur. Total 40. It's 35 rs if we pay cash. Lot of vehicles travel this route. They won't accept cash if we have fasttag. What's the point going digital?
Additionally there is no two way option for this stretch.. It's a loss for customers.

Road quality from tumkur to nelmangala stretch is sub par
Please correct this difference.

Work(4 lane) between the Nashik and Pune is still not complete because of this the people phase various problem and various by-pass are still incomple. So I want you to look at this project.Major bottlenecks are Chakan, Rajgurunagar, Manchar, Narayangaon, Alephata a ghat section just ahead of Rajgurunagar and a small village called kalamb. Honourable Minister should look into this problem because of this incomplete work the required time required to travel between the Nashik and Pune is increasing as the traffic load is more in this highway.
I hope you will look into this problem and the stopped work in this route will again start.

Its often seen before acquiring land for expanding road more number of trees are cut by that contractor. These contractors told local public as we will plant 3 times more trees after completion of road. But as in practical it is always foolishness to public. Bcoz contractors submit their bills and passed away.
As globally temperature increases due to tree cutting i am requesting you to compulsory plant trees outside boundery as road execution starts.
It is very example of pune to kolhapur nh4. More number of trees cut by contractors but not a single planted by them. Reverse of them punj lloyd ltd. Company started it's work from kagal to belgavi on nh4. More number of trees are planted on side of main carriage way and in median also..
Freshly ratnagiri to nagpur nh sanctioned. Strech from kolhapur to sangola trees cutting started before
Land acquiring from farmers.

Hi team,

We are frequently travel in national highway. When we took toll ticket for double they ask us return with in 24 hours if not we need to take new ticket again if we have any extra work in our office or our destination surely it will take some extra time so we can't meet that time. Kindly re consider and remove the time limit for return if the consumer already hold double ticket.

It is to bring to notice that i lost my old sbi fast tag card (Purchased from sbi kiosk at lalru toll plaza in distt ambala) because of rsa.
I called up helpline they directed me to new agent near my residence. I purchased new tag but it remains non functional.
Reason assigned is: i shud purchase it from same vendor else a new tag i'd and new security everytime. So sbi is charging security everytime i have to get a new fast tag. Agents might change as my workplace might change, why do i have to pay security everytime? Also my credited amount in old fast tag card can be transferred only is 1st agent allows that. If 1st agent is untraceable, that means i am losing out on my entire money tagged to my 1st fast tag i'd.
This process is to facilitate my commute or harass my travel.
It's been 1 month running around, i have requested at i'd team. [protected]@sbi.co.in
Kindly look into the atter asap.

I have been using the NHAI fastag at the Attibele (Bangalore-hosur) toll and the Bangalore-Electronic city Elevated tollway. however, the fastag lane seems to be slower than any other lane, as the toll staff are accepting cash and are entertaining non-fastag vehicles in a fastag lane. The security personnel manning the fastag lane seems to be allowing other vehicles of his choice. This is very surprising as other lanes work much quicker than the fastag lane. As per the attachment (in yellow marking on 24th & 25th Nov) at the Bangalore Attibele toll, it took me 30 minutes to use a fastag lane, when it was done in 10 minutes for other lanes.

The fastag and the tollboths seem to be a failure to me. NHAI tollboths are an environmental disaster, as they are filled with public nuisance, pollution and vehicles blocking the way. even for an ordinary person walking on the road is difficult near an NHAI tollboth. In such an event, it would be better to stop collecting toll all-together.

Dear sir,
Sivaya toll plaza at meerut dont accept leased accomodation provided by employer (Allahabad bank) as local address proof, they always charge 85 rs to me in place of 20 rs for local residents.
Toll plaza is around 500 meters from my accomodation and i always need to pay this single sided toll amount to the toll plaza for visiting my customers, collegues, friends. Sivaya toll plaza also dont provise return journey ticket so just to travel 1 k. M. I always need to pay 170 rs to the toll plaza.
They argue, they fight, force, use rough language all the time i request them to accept my leased accomodation as local address proof.
Kindly take suitable action and guide me in this matter.

On the tuljapur - solapur (Maharashtra) route, there is a toll booth at tamalwadi. It has a lane for fastag but not dedicated exclusively to fastag customers. I frequently travel on this route and have requested to operationalise dedicated fastag lane. But the booth opeartors play dumb and say fastag is operational on all the booths at tamalwadi. Moreover its manual acroos the booths.
Its my request to kindly look into the matter and operationalise dedicated fastag lane. It should be automatically operated and dedicated to fastag users. Otherwise there is no point in subscribing to fastag if its going to be operaqted maually and users have to wait in line along with the non users to proceed.

We frequently travel to asangaon (Our second home) from mulund east via mumbai nashik expressway.
From past 1 - 1.5 yrs the toll naka near pagdha has been charging enormous amount of rs. 105 one way. Asangaon being just 18-20 kms from this toll naka we have been objecting to pay this much amount for such short distance. They do not have any provision to charge less nor they listen to our request. For nashik go'ers it seems ok to pay this amount but for us paying rs. 210 to & fro is huge. We hope you take immediate action against this, do something and give us some relief.
Also to add these people were taking rs. 30 (Without receipt) 1 1/2 years ago.

श्रीमान में मुंडका गांव का रहने वाला हूं मेरा नाम परमजीत लाकड़ा है मैं आपसे यह प्रार्थना करता हूं कि जो नेशनल हाईवे 10 नांगलोई से लेकर और मुंडका गांव तक बुरी तरीके से टूटा हुआ है कृपया करके आप इसको रिपेयर जल्दी से जल्दी करवाएं क्योंकि इसकी वजह से आए दिन एक्सीडेंट होते रहते हैं और ट्रैफिक जाम की समस्या बहुत ही ज्यादा रहती है क्योंकि रोड पर बहुत सारे गड्ढे हैं और पोलूशन इसी की वजह से सबसे ज्यादा हमारे इलाके में हो रहा है क्योंकि धूल यहां पर बहुत ज्यादा उड़ती है

Cpt. Kaushik ranjan has hardly controlled his car at a bigger height and unmarked speed breaker near the jp toll plaza of yamuna expressway. The speed breaker has indeed experienced a dangerous one and it may cause a badly accident situation in future, if it will be left as it is. A verbal complaint against the has been lodged in the yamuna express way control room.
Please do the needful again the dangerous breaker so that travelers can have a freely and safe driving on the highway.

Right after the radisson flyover due to construction o[censored]nderpass from aerocity to vasari kunj the toad has risen above and there's a bump also due to the highway get chocked and the traffic accumulated till the toll
Would request to please resolve this issue at the earliest as travelling to delhi from gurgaon is taking more then 2 hours everyday
Also the toll plaza needs to be managed in a better manner as stopping traffic is also causing a lot of delay

The road work in this stretch is happening for last 2 years. From the earlier days the road diversion is very bad it may cause injury who are all commuting in this road. Now it become very pathetic there is no proper signage, road diversion, worst hse implementation, non availability of barricades, poor maintenance of existing roads, potholes etc.,
