I have been using fastag issued by icici bank since may 2018. Since lastonth i have faced the problem of my fastag being blacklisted. My bank confirms repeatedly that my fastag is active and has a balance of over 1900 rs in it. But the devanahalli airport toll booth sensors show the tag as blacklisted. I cannot find a way of re - activating the tag as toll booth says it's my banks fault and bank denies anything is wrong. Please help me resolve.

Condition of national highway 27 is very poor. There are so many very big digs on the road which could lead to bad destruction of money and people. Please take necessary steps to recover this. And also toll booths are also taking taxes which they must not do because of this bad condition. When we were travelling on this route our vehicle was damaged and also it made a wrong image of nhai. So please recover this...

Gadu toll plaza has no beriar so we think car is free bcoz a anandiben patel say gujarat toll plaza free. We not ask to pay toll a d pass slowly toll plaza near 2 pm noon date 5-11-18 mr. Vimal and 2 other person run for stop car. We stop suddenly but mr. Vimal break my car mirror. I ask to toll plaza why not have beriar he not give proper ans. Now my car mirror sange pls take some action agn mr. Vimal

Almost every month i travel by my own vehicle from dhanbad to gaya.
Which is a distance of approx 220 km.
In the distance of 220 km i find 2 toll taxes.
The one which i find in before bagodar the road there is so horrible
It doesn't look like as if it's a toll plaza.
It looks as if some one is collecting money without any reason
On the barhi toll plaza why the people collecting the money does not give the receipt of 12 hours return.
Almost every time i come back within 12 hours then also i am have to pay the full money.
Once i was late by 2 to 3 minutes then also they collected the one way money.
Can't someone be get stuck in jaam for 2 to 3 minutes

Toll amount has been deducted twice from my paytm account(Fastag).

Kindly check and update as soon as possible.

An amount of Rs. 95 is deducted in extra.

Dear grievance redressal team,
This till plaza is on road bhubaneswar to puri in odisha. When paying toll we ask for 12 hour toll ticket, but the staff say only one way and two way toll tkts are issued. It has been publicised by mr nitin gadkari, roads minister that take 12 hour tkt so that if you plan to return within 12 hours then you do not have to pay for two way tkt. Can you please clarify for us, or was the minister's sms message a publicity ploy?

Due to this many accidents occur. My bike is also slipped on motijheel tommorow .I think its condition should be better due to it is a part of national highway. Please help us.

Dear team what is the problems with you peoples y auto is not allowed on flyover it is not mentioned in anywhere in entrance and when we went on auto the toll charger was too high 65 rupees for auto where car and other 4 wheelers are charges was 45 rupees shame on this kind of rules so stupidly u people are making rules when the road will be same for all the what’s wrong with auto

Sir, nhai is having a toll at dasna. This very toll is overcharging toll fee everytime from lcv vehicles. They charge 130 (Toll charge for a 10t tyre vehicle). Please pay some attention to this otherwise moving toward hc or sc may be the only solution. This very toll overcharges fee from every vehicle as overcharged. Again a request plz make some permanent solution for the same. Only this toll a plaza which charges high toll fee.

As i check the Details Ghaziabad Toll Plaza Shakti Nagar Colony, Hapur Rd, Dasna, Uttar Pradesh 201001, Hapur Rd, Dasna, Uttar Pradesh 201001 this is not a valid toll plaza why the taking toll tax the hear please confirm

Porbandar jetpur toll booth - lmv toll charges 90 rs for single journey, too high to afford a rural person. It’s not a metro till both and, also cm vijay rupani also free lmv transitted internal in gujrat via national highway for free of toll.

Before 2 days, they are charging 45 for single journey and instantly raise to 200%.

We seems that that much of vikas not happen to rural areas.

We travelled from bangalore to hyderabad on 3rd november 2018. We are using fast tag to pay tolls. Fast tag is working at all tolls except shakapur toll. Till now more than 7 times we faced issue at this toll. Thay are not having hand scanner also and there sensor never works for us. They are least bothered to improve there scanner also they simply ask people to pay through cash and go. There database also is not updated. We have not registered at any toll, but these guys are saying we need to call bank and register. After facing issue multiple times and after waiting for an hour they are telling about registration. Since my fast tag is works at all tolls except this toll.. The way they mentioned the reason is not acceptable..
Even toll maintained guys also very rash about the people

Manager suraj protect rishi &at complaint time on phone call suraj help his friend crosstoll without fee as per his telephonic talk when i present apar of thst when i ask rishi he send me back 2km for photo copy and when i writing complaint then mr suraj (May be asst manager) take my vehicle rc to protect rishi and close the complaint by illegal ways

I was travelling from bangalore to hosur. At attibele toll plaza, i was passing through non-fastag lane by paying cash for the toll. I have told the operator about the vehicle has the fastag but they collected the amount. I have got a sms saying toll amount is deducted from fastag account.

Please look into this asap. I have all the proof with me to share.

Daily commuters between faridabad and delhi have to cross toll gate at badarpur twice a day. There is absolutely no management at toll gate and situation at fastag is totally messed up everyday at there is only one lane a side and because of no traffic control at gate, every day in peak hours, tag/no-tag cars enter in fastag lane from all side making it very difficult and risky to cross fastag lane. Most of the cars having fastag prefer to pass through other lanes for obvious reasons

I have two commercial vehicles, both of the wheels have 6 tire 8.25.20 and the weight flows is just 11950 and 12900 both the weight is equal to the weight of the 8 ton and both the toll difference is one 11950 medium toll debit and 12950 heavy vehicle toll debit but if we fill the toll of 12950, then why not take the weight of 12950 we do not have the right, if we can fill a toll of 17 tonnes, then we should also carry the weight. Just toll of large vehicles us due to the difference of 900 kg is taken, so why be recognized vehicular weight

Updated by chaudhari insurance मेरे पास दो कमर्सिअल व्हीकल है दोनों व्हीकल में ६ tyre ८.२५.२० के है और वजन में बह सिर्फ ११९5० और १२९०० का फर्क है दोनों ही वजन बराबर ले जाते है ८ton और दोनो का टोल फर्क है एक 11950 का मीडियम में टोल काटता और १२९०० का bade व्हीकल का टोल काटता है पर हम १२९०० का टोल १७टन का भरते है तो हमें १२९०० के ुवार वजन क्यों नहीं ले जाने का हक़ क्यों नहीं है अगर हम १७टन का टोल भर सकते है तो हमे भी वजन ले जाने दिया जाये सिर्फ ७००कग के फर्क में के कारन हमसे बड़े व्हीकल का टोल क्यों लिया जाता है तो वजन ढोने का भी मान्यता दी जाये

The above mentioned nh road which stretches from baikampady industrial estate to the city of mangalore is in utter shambles. The deterioration of the road had started just before the monsoon season. Authorities have shut their eyes and provided no alternatives. We have been travelling on the same road for the past 6 months. Our health condition of vehicles has been reduced. We have to have more servicings on annual basis. Being a part of the tax paying citizen, we have have been paying the costliest road tax and this is what we deserve? I would like the respective authorities to come out and give a time specific deadline for the repair/service of the national highway roads leading to/away from my mangalore city. Being quite for so many days does not mean you have to take advantage of our silence.

Since lights are not there always the college students are taking liquors and laying groups.

I was going ajmer to Jaipur on 31oc2018 at the toll plaza gegal I had pay toll and I just ask why they are taking so much time in giving toll slip but the operator replied rudely and gave toll silp with abusive word .after some time they are ready to fight and warned me go away from here otherwise they burn my car with me.i want to know the booth oprator are non educated or untrained so they are using abusing languages.i think they need to how to talk with normal person. You can check just recording at toll plaza what happened with me.Please take any action about this complaint otherwise I will file a FIR in realtaed police station.
We are really unhappy after paying money also what service are they providing.

Almost all the passenger vehicles have a ground clearance of 170 mm only. If you can make 165 mm as the height of any speed breaker on the roads (state highways, inner roads) it will be helpful.You may kindly send this to the concerned dept.Thank you.

I crossed maduravoyal byepass vanagaram toll on 28th october 2018 around 11:00am and took a return ticket (Rs.60), while returning back on same day around 6:21pm i crossed the vanagaram toll using my return ticket. Post that i had a message from fasttag stating rs.40 auto detected for crossing the gate. Need a refund of rs.40 deducted from my fasttag.
