In spite of paying to and fro rs 95 cash at l&t bpptl sandia to pali section deducted again rs 65 thru my fastag etc ac no 20775413 while coming back operator argued and denied please take n a and generate refund into my account

Car having no proff for passing toll gate were allowed to pass without paying tall tax. Please check cctv footage of the last gate (S-9) which is revenue leakage of government, even the incharge of the toll tax was not having the id proff when we told him to give his id proff. Due to blockage on drainage high diameter pipe was replaced with this newly constructed c section slabs. But there were 4 new c section slabs placed in the place of old pipe. But they were not maintained proper slope for water flow also other end not joints straightly on canal. They have not contacted kseb for replacing an electric post over there for proper construction of drainage system. Please find the attached pictures for your info

It has been three big years that the construction of hospet-ballari highway is taking place (Nh67). It is a troublesome for locals who travel daily or students who study. The road is terrible and eats up much of our time. Also it is more prone for accidents. We would kindly request you to take necessary action to speeden up the process.

Dear sir,
I was traveling on nh4 near lonavala toll naka i saw two trucks with construction stell rods in open vehicles. neither the police stopped them. it's risky for both four and two wheeler vehicle.
On of the vehicle no is mh 14 f7470. you can get footage of the other vehicle from lonavala toll naka timing 11:04am to 11:14am. it's a criminal offence punishable under section 190 (3) of the motor vehicles act, 1988. we request you to look into the matter and direct the authorities to punish such offenders.

Sir,
It is not allow to do advertisments on the wall of national highways and somewhere it is also the mode of pollution.
There is so many posters or banners are sticked on the walls of national highways and no any inquiry or investigation ever happened on this.
Its my kind request to you, please think about it and take a serious action.

I visited toll plaza karnal. Mr varinder singh behaved so rudely and used abusive words when I showed him my handicapped quota card and realised me that as m good for nothing he said he cannot give waiver to toll plaza fees for being handicapped
I think these types of officers gives a very bad image to our country. Who speak so harshly to their own country people how will they be behaving with other country citizen who use to visit very usually at this toll plaza. I think he should be given proper training about the rules and regulations of govt authority

My vehicle is registered at 23 km from kognoli toll plaza but my agriculture land is located at 4 km from kognoli toll plaza i have to pass toll plaza for agri reason daily. Kognoli toll plaza people's were not ready to accept agri 7/12 as proof for issuing monthly pass.
As we have to go to agri daily we request you to accept agri 7/12 also proof to issues monthly pass
Also we request you to clarify 20 km is air or circumferential distance or by road distance is to be considered to issue monthly pass

1 st of all gf toll plaza staff are very rude and stiff and misbehave with public and second tag lane is not be used for tag car, it will be used as normal toll. But when i want to enter in tag lane the toll employee came and put barricades infron of my car i dont know y as lots of car entered before as same case. But when i was asked y they didnt give me any answer and said this lane is not for u. And behave vry rude and used abusive words but when i left the lane he at same tym open barricades. Plz do some strictly action against him

Highways (Nh-31) are completely occupied by trucks which are parked on the road from bihat to zeromile length of 4 kms. Many times police was called to clear road but situation remained same. This congestion caused accidents. Pedestrians/ bycles are not safe on the road. Its happening since last six month. No actions taken by police as local authorities are completely inactive.

I have complained you hoping that u take appropriate action and make safe for pediatrician and bikers and bucks rider.

The subway at Hebbagodi, bangalore is very poorly maintained and very unhygienic. Especially during rainy season the water gets logged and making it very difficult to pass through. The highway is blocked with barricades and subway is the only access to cross the road. Water logging causes difficulty in the morning when we have to go to office. Kindly treat this complaint with high priority and take necessary action as needed.

This is about m/s. Nandi highway developers ltd situated between dharwad and hubli in karnataka on nh4.

This is a single (Two lane) road considered as hubli-dharwad bypass.
The road is too busy through out day and night and the number of accidents and deaths reported on this road are considerably very high because there is no divider and no fencing for the road.

The toll tax collected is too high as compared to other toll plazas on the bangalore-pune (Nh4) highway. For a car/van they are charging rs. 70 as one way toll tax and there is no return ticket as well. Which means we have to pay rs. 140 for a return journey. An image showing all charges is attached for your reference.

This is an open loot in the name of toll tax. Without providing proper facilities and a 4/6 lane highway, the consumers are highly taxed.

Requesting you to check the toll charges of this toll plaza and take necessary steps to reduce the toll charges. Hope you will do the needful as early as possible.

I want to log the complaint regarding dig in road. There is many dig in nhai 334 road in roorkee to bhadrabad haridwar (Uttrakhand) highway near patanjali while road is new. Daily many accident happen on this road. Here is huge dig in road. No body bother about it.. All new road is very unplanned and accident prone road. Please do needful.

I am from mangalore and the condition of the road nh66, mangalore to surathkal highway is pathetic, infact condition being so worst, toll charges are been taken from us. Kindly repair the roads soon enough. Roads are completely damaged for a stretch of more then nearly two to three kilomiters, if some pregnant lady is travelling by this roads i am sure she will get delivered on this road itself.

I was travelling on the devihalli hassan nation highway (Karnataka) with family on 14 sep 2018
For the 5 rupees chainge toll guy scold me abused me and he was almost ready to beat me (I was paid 100 rs). I am tax payer and also paid toll but for the 5 rs chainge i have taken the scold. Is nhai hiring the rowdies and gunda's to colect the toll??

Dear sir, this is to bring your notice that toll tax collection started for service road near mulky hejmadi. The people from near by village using the national highway for 1.5km as there is no service road, and enter the hejmadi town we have to pay toll. Please take necessary action for service road or if people are using more than 10km of highway then the toll tax to implemented.

Keesara toll plaza (Krishna district, andhra pradesh) on nh65 is not providing 2 way toll ticket, i have enquired at the plaza and they said that they had orders and have no idea regarding that, kindly enquire and look through this issue. Other toll plaza in this route provide 2 way tickets, this is a old plaza and does not even have enough entrances for vehicles. Regular commuters like me are facing this trouble. Kindly solve this issue or provide an explanation regarding this

Dear nhai we kurnool people are unsatisfied with the constructed which is passing through kurnool (Nh44), almost 3 km extent of it has pass through the main city!! And nhai is responsible for lots of accidents and people died due to them, the road was purely unplanned it seems, how a nhai take decision to run a nh road inside a city!! Such a poor decision, everyday the people around those areas are difficult in passing or crossing the road for various purposes, several times public and traffic authorities complient about the same, but no reply from nhai till date, it shows the negligence on its responsibilities, soon nhai will face pil from us with necessary penalties.

Nh - 10 which passes through a village mundka in delhi is in very bad condition. It is totally broken across 2-3 km especially in mundka. There are too much pit holes on the road and due to which many accidents took place here on regular bases. This is also another reason for traffic jam in west delhi because this nh connects to haryana i. E interstate. Water on the highway keeps on standing 24*7 and because of which people are facing too much inconvinience. We have approched you with a view that you will help us from getting rid of this serious problem. We are suffering too much from this problem and we request you to contruct that nh-10 again with good material so that this problem can be permanently solved. I requst to the concerned authority to visit once in mundka and see the pathetic condition of national highway and take necessary steps to resolve it.

On 13/09/2018 time 11:50 a. M. I am going passing through bastara toll plaza
(Near karnal, haryana) they ask me recharge the pass i replied that i will get it recharged from the main counter as the employee sitting in the both are giving hand written slips which can't be relied. But in return he starts abusing us & threaten us by calling goons sitting near the toll, who are their paid employees some how i reached their office & asked their officer to register my complaint but not only refuses to register our complaint but also threaten us.
