Last night i. E24.08.2018 7:40 pm car number hp19e3071. Road maintenance team didnt fill portholes due to that my car tyer blast at philor. On calling to toll, they refused to take liability and told we are not able to help you out. For any doubt or help came back and then contact us. Shame on nhia. Who so ever take rs 120 but fail to maintain the road. Hrassed with this message and irresponsibility of manager.

Sir, at toll plaza uthman, nh62 they are taking rs600/- for issuing the fastag label of car. I think in digitalization the charges of label is much more.
My vehicle is rj24ca4060 & contact nos [protected].
In view of above may i request you to instruct authority to make fastag label in least cost.
As per your instructions what is the charges of fastag label.

The highway conditions are worsened during the rainy season. Effectively there is no road in some of the patches where huge number of potholes has been developed. It has become highly difficult to travel through this road. I am working near pirangut village which is normally 45 minutes drive from chandani chowk. However due to bad roads and heavy traffic jam caused due to pot holes, has increased the time to 2 hours and more than that in pick hours. Pirangut industry is developed, locality is developed in the nearby villages including schools and due to this traffic load has been increased on this road. Please take the road repair activity on urgency.

This is to bring in your notice that, i am facing issue with the toll plaza staff regarding the monthly pass of rs 255, as per the official advertisement in the newspaper the charges for the residents who are residing in the area of 20 kilometers the pass would cost rs 255 (Monthly for noncommercial vehicle), however the staff in your office has denied for the same. I have my car registered in rajpura and presently i am residing in banur on rent as my wife is working in one of the school in banur and i am doing job in chandigarh. Both banur and rajpura are very well under 20 kms from the tool plaza, nowhere on the official website or in any newspaper advertisement it is written that the monthly pass will be made basis the registration number of the city or the indian citizens who are residing on rental accommodation below 20 kms from toll plaza will be denied for concessional pass.
If there is any official communication on the same then, please share the link of the website or copy of law passed for the same.

I was at toll plaza for more than 10 minutes sitting in a line with just one car before me and the people there was reacting like goons that you have to pay toll whereas according to law no one have pay toll after few minute. I have a video proof as well of goons on toll plaza who was speaking bulgar language. The time was between 8:50 to 9:20 pm

Hello, i traveled from mumbai to nashik on 18th august 2018. I was surprised to see the horrible condition of road. I paid rs.105/- for 100 km. But road conditions are pathetic. Toll road has path holes. Visibility of road at night is worst. Could not able to see the reflectors. Direction signboards are absent at most of the places. White paint border also not available. This may cause accidents in this toll road. If they are not maintaining roads then for what service they are charging money. It is good to give this toll to other party who is good in maintaining all rules.

Both thiruvarur and tanjore district head quarters of tamipnadu the connecting road is very bad due to poor maintenance due to state highway department please take this project under national highway as the road route is through needamangalam koradachery ammapettai punnainallur marianna temple saliamangalam. Revenue can be generated by putting up toll booths.

Sir I am master warrant officer k SAKTHIVEL a combatant member of indian air force serving 34 yrs of service. Frequently, i am being troubled by the staff of toll gate located at hirebagewadi near belgaum. After showing the identity card, their response and gesture is totally disgusting. They thing that we are begging for the toll exception. They never behave properly and. Give any feedback. This is ths fourth time facing this problem. Today 23 Aug 18 at 5 O clock also something happened. Compulsorily they collect toll from defence personnel. They just ignores the justification and govt notifications too. Kindly intervene. The potholes condition on nh 48 (Mumbai - bangalore bypass) has become worst near pashan lake. It has been over a month since this has happened. The traffic is jammed heavily on a daily basis and no action has been taken yet. Public safety is being played with. The potholes are getting bigger in size every passing minute. It is a pity such is the built quality of our national highways. Kindly asking you to fix this at the earliest

Myself shantanu ghodke, residence of pune. Since last 7-8 year pune satara road construction is in progress which was supposed to complete in two years, everytime there is mega block at diversions and at toll plaza. Since last 3 months roads are in pathetic condition after khed shivapur plaza and immediate diversions after that. Why should we spent 1-2 hrs at diversion and toll when i am paying complete toll and road taxes. Why roads are not being fixed since long. If someone dies because of potholes who will be responsible? How many more days/ years we should suffer? Why there are alternate plan before starting such work? Why can't we follow sla of work completion? Why should we pay toll for such services? And finally as common indian citizen when can i expect this will be fixed and we could live normal life?

The Borkhedi (Nagpur ByPass) NH-7 Of Madhya Pradesh toll plaza has increased the toll rate by previous Rs-95 to Rs-115 for single journey(Car/Jeep/Van) by 15 Aug. I don't found any updated notification on NHAI website regarding the same.

Is this hike is legal?

Also what development has been done for the 35 Km road to increase the rate by such margin?...

Speed limits on kmp expressway are not updated (From 100kmph to 120kmph) for vehicles less than 8 passenger capacity including driver as per the gazette of india circular dated 6th apr-2018.

Police with speed guns are stopping vehicles even if they are below 120 kmph.
I told them that the speed limit is 120kmph, but the police personnel were arguing that the limit is still 100kmph as mentioned on the expressway.

They are halting many vehicles there.

That the complaint is for the worst conditions of the roads due to huge pot holes on the roads in badarpur region in delhi. It contributes to the heavy traffic jams on the national highway-2 which leads to the increased number of accidents in the area. Several complaints have been made to you and the area's local authorities but all in vain. The major pot hole is near the subway/ underpass in front of the badarpur metro station which is so huge that even the trucks and buses got stuck into it creating a huge problem for the people to pass through it. As the people left with no other option, it is the only road to pass through, it is creating a menace in that area.
So i kindly request you to order the concerned authorities to construct the roads or at least repair the roads by filling the pot holes in the badarpur region, new delhi as early as possible.

As I am a govt officer and my Vehicle WB68 S 1616 used as an office purpose vehicle so I need relaxation from toll, but frequently they give me relaxation and argue all time, waste my valuable time and they says Higher Education department of West Bengal govt has no relaxation on toll .Pls grant my permission as for toll relaxation and I have all documents regarding it .I wait for your kind support .

On 17th august 2018, around 1300 hrs we went to chittorgarh for visit in the midway a toll plaza came and we wait in a queue around 5-6 minutes and when i say to toll plaza person that as per the nhai rule if any person wait more then three minutes than you cannot authorize to charge toll fees and when we met the toll manager he refused to show the cctv footage and also misbehave with my family member, my sister came form landon and she went such type of memory form the india. We are requesting to manager that you can see the cctv camera footage but he didn't hear the customer,
My request to you that if government of india (Nhai) make the rule then how can a toll person avoiding the customer request and why he didn't gave the current information to the customer,
My family member has taken the video which i have and you can also see how they misbehave with my family member. And a customer have the rights to now the rule of the toll road which the toll person cannot brief.

Dear sir and madam main national highway 11 ooper gadi chala raha tha uske upar police walo ne yeh keh kar chhalan kata ki aap ki speed 96th hai jabagi national highway speed limit nahi hoti hai and mujhe avgat kareve ki national highway par speed mein nahi chal sakte hain kya yea challan galat hai challan galat hone par sambandhit adhikari par karvai kare kyo ki anuchit kam ke virrudh me aapko avgat kara raha hu iski ek report pm office me or ek sadak parivahan mantralay ko bhejne ja raha hu

While traveling from karla to navi mumbai. We paid 138 cash as the toll collector said there was a problem with fastag and he took cash from us. As we reached kalaphur toll and showed the cash receipt and passed by later we realised that the money was deducted from our paytm wallet also mobile no. [protected]. This is the 3rd time it has happened to us. They are cheating people this way and taking double toll.

1) i am facing lots of problem in your toll booth, specially in fastag lane. Whenever i am passing through fastag lane they shows black listed,
2) but minimum requirment of money is 150 rs, i am always carry more than 150 rs in my fastag account /vallet.
3) on the date 17 august 2018 i am passing through toll booth at 7:30pm,
From last lane. Your employ says take fastag matchin and scan your fastag code
4) fastag scanning is our duty?

Toll plaza near vagaikulam is not renewing the monthly pass.. They r saying we should renew it by 5th of every month otherwise you should a pay full amount for every travel you make after 5th of every month. Suppose we din't travel due to medical leave or some unavoidable reason for that first 5-10 days, then we need to pay a amount comes around 3000 rs.. This is unfair. Theses men's behaving so rude using harsh words. They r not treating women properly. Kindly take a necessary steps to fix this problem
