At Arjunali Toll Plaza we had asked the operator for return journey pass. He gave us single journey pass and said it is return journey ticket. We asked him as it shows single journey ticket. Then he replied only single journey ticket is allowed and abused us. We asked him the reason for amusement and he came out of booth with stick and hit 2 o[censored]s. We tried to ease with situation and he again hit one o[censored]s and throw the stick at our car.
The person name on booth plaza slip is Mr. Rafi.
We are looking for better approach and better service from these operator.

I go early morning Dhoraji to upleta I paid 45 rs and when returne 11:am force fully Toll butch person take fromemme90 I just purchase car before few day from ahemdabd and I also show the paper but he tells
Me give rc book any one know when I purchase car not instantly give rc book on your name not value of 45 rs but ethical very rough behevier of person stay at tollbooth so immidialtly terminate I show my licence when I go uple persons understand but when I returned same tool booth other persons force fully take 90 rs so I hope take

Runni Toll Plaza on NH-77 of Bihar State is frequently issuing Plain toll receipts. The receipts are without bar code. From the same lane they are keeping two system of issuing receipts. Some vehicle they issue Bar Coded receipts and some of them the plain receipt. Some Financial fraud is surely going on in the toll plaza.At the same time they are issuing both types of receipts. The vehicle which was ahead of me of my family only got the bar coded receipt whereas I behind him got plain receipt.

Dear sir, i traveled pindwara to udaipur on 7th july 2018. The road section pindwara to Jaswantgarh have many patches and potholes, the approaches of many bridges settled / upheaved. the riding quality of toll road is very poor required immediate renewal. the complain register was not provided by toll staff. i wish my complain is solved as soon as possible. thank you.

Dear Team, today I had an embarrassing situation. I gave valid 10 rupee coin at hoskote toll in bangalore, Karnataka. They have not accepted. As you know, RBI has not banned these coins. Why your staff is not happening? If you want I can scan and send you my toll ticket. Kindly provide me a notification which I can show next time to your staff at toll.

I R.BHASKAR working for CENTRAL GOVT. am a regular traveler to zaheerabad via kamkole toll gate. Right from the beginning of the toll gate all ways there is problem like long waiting period in the que, unskilled operators, worst supervisors who use filthy language and abuse the passengers, and one in 4 gates is all ways under breakdown condition. The rule position says that if the waiting period extends more than 3 mins the passenger can leave without paying the toll fee.
Yesterday i.e. on 05.07.18 I had a very bitter experience with one of your staff member named by Mr. PRASAD. We were already waiting in the que for more than 15mins due to breakdown of one of the gate when my turn came, without any proper indication he pulled over the barricade with bad gesture and stopped my car abruptly. When I asked him for the reason this guy Mr. Prasad started yelling and abusing me and made way for some unknown car which was neither a VIP’S car nor an ambulance. If this is how you want to run the business it wont last for long time as these uneducated and ineligible staff like Mr. Prasad are directly putting your reputation at stake. There are many complaints on this particular toll gate performance right from the beginning. I want you to take severe action on Mr. Prasad in order to save your image. If this issue is not addressed properly and the GUNDAISM of the staff persists further I may have to take it to the COLLECTRATE of Sangareddy.

I have traveled amost 290 kms on a single straight highway from ambala and heading to salasar, Rajasthan
And I have paid for 5 toll taxes on a single highway.

According to the law toll can be put after 100 kms of already existing toll barrier.
But I have paid for 5 toll that came accross in every 50-60 kms.

This is shear injustice and this needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

Complaint is against encroachment and interruption on service road national highway 24 new name of highway is NH9, illegal building of shed for cattle which is creating nuisance on public road and there is illegal running of milk dairy due to which often fear to accidental zone area

Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible by taking necessary steps as per the Supreme Court direction against illegal build upon National highway service road.

Dear sir,
The ex-serviceman vehicles are not allowed to pass through the toll plazas situated over the national highways without paying a huge toll price ranging from 100 to 300 rupees.
Though the exemption is being provided to the personneles in service. Why this steply behaviour with those who have served their maximum life guarding the nation in the national interest?
If we the ex-servicemen are exempted it will be a great relief in this expensive
Time. Hats off to you if you bring a change in your policy hereby benefiting the ex-servicemen.

1made road to leave bypass road towards patiala within at urban estate with huge pits unable to drive through it and
2 full of water logging around all urban estate due to water coming from flyover but saintion pipeline bot working even car was unable to move water level half of door height opp atwal pump and phase
3 road was broken by mudloader and used for construction is destroyed not made again made hell for computers around urban estate phase 1

My name is arun kumar from mavaiya kanpur nagar uttar pradesh 208007. I have complain regarding the subject is that while traveling on national highway 19 from barajod to chakeri. I have seen the rediculus maintanance of road, dust everywhere, bloked water drainages, over speeding vehicls, over loaded vehicels, there is no police who make to follow the rules and regulations on highway.
I wish my complaint is solve as soon as possible. Thankyou

Sir this is to bring to your kind notice that there is gross misuse of the lanes at abovementioned toll plaza. The two mentioned fastag lanes on each side are used by non tag vehicles. There is no proper segregation of the lanes. On top, the lane marked as emergency lane is used by local reg. No. Vehicles and illegal cabs and manned by rude bouncers. Also the concerned operator has silently increased the toll for return journey for cars. Earlier it was 90/95 but now it has been increased to 100rs. There has been earlier reports of mismanagement at this toll plaza last year when it was opened but no strong measures have been taken. Kindly look into the matter.

I have paid rs 602 on 24th may2018 for icci bank fastag. The payment was successfully and costomer id was generated[protected] in less than three days and tag is in activated condition... But eventhough long waiting 40 days were over still the tag was not delivered. While contacting the costomer care executives every week, they were telling tag is in activated condition.. Need not to worry will get this week end (Same message was telling even the 1st week itself). Now i dont have belief in icici fastag.. So i request to fully refund my hardly earned money...

I have been traveling from hyderabad to zaheerabad and enroute we need to pass through kamkole toll gate from october 2017 onwards. I wish to inform you that never in my numerous trips i have faced at this i'll managed toll gate smoothly. Always there is a delay while passing. Either you change the staff or system which is being used in other nhs. I traveled a lot, but this is the worst i came across. The security guards above all are callous they speak in very rude and filthy language. No body cares. Always you find some technical hitch in carrying out their job. If it was new it was ok. Now 6 months passed the same problem continues. Please intervene in the matter immediately as the people in public transport or private become restless and feel uncomfortable while passing the toll. If that is not possible please close the toll so that everyone will pass through smoothly.
Hope you understand the situation and act immediately on the subject through your regional heads or whoever it is.

I am akash travelling from sohagpur to pipariya while i m crossing toll plaza 4 time in a single day upside and downside both they charge rs 53 each time toll tax, but there is not mention anything in toll ticket whether its charge for one side or 12hours in a day, same i asked to toll person they also not able to give answer to my question, (They said lagega to lagega) i request to kindly please check these toll tax, toll agencies naam chetak enterprises ltd (Pipariya plaza)

Commuters are facing problem at Faridabad-Gurgaon toll road. Commuters have to wait more than 10-15 min every day in a long queue to cross the toll. Commuters, going from Faridabad to Gurgaon, face problem in the morning while commuters, going from Gurgaon to Faridabad, face problem in the evening. This has become a daily practice for several days and commuters are reaching their destination late. Please take a serious action on this.

On date 1st july 2018 at chalakwadi and hivargaon pawasa toll plaza i was waiting for 20 minutes, when i refuse to pay toll of rs 40 the toll employee argued & told there is no rule for waiting more than 3 minutes or 10 minutes you have to pay, when i ask to show i card & rules details they refused, but i got the name of employee -hitendra jadhav, emp. Code-c3784

this person spoke in a rude language & took toll amount from me .
Please take action on him if there is a rule for waiting time at toll plaza.

My vehicle no. Is hr30q7777 and i am resident of palwal (Haryana). I had submitted a letter signed by sdm palwal stating that i am permanent resident of palwal which allows me pass through the toll @ rs. 65 per month, then the srinagar toll plaza palwal authority had issued me a monthly card for the same.

Now, in april 2018, the toll authority had issued a fastag to me in place of card.

The issue is that yesterday i have passed through the toll and then i asked the staff to recharge my fastag, they told me that this can be done only at toll office and rs.150 was deducted from my paytm wallet which is not a valid amount as i am eligible for monthly charges of rs. 65 for multiple journeys.

So please refund my amount i. E. 150-70= rs.80/- and activate my fastag for monthly rental.

Sir at this toll tax for car is 100 for a single trip. And after one hour if we return again 100 for return. I want to know what is the formula that you calculate the toll price for cars and if some one return in a hour is necessary again toll tax because some other toll plaza rates is too cheap. Aprox.50 per km. Please reply.

My self dharmaraj, residing in chennai. I used to go to my native via chengalpattu toll plaza, there many times i faced the issue that they are not at all print correct vehicle number and while we re-enter they are saying that vehicle number not correct so we won't allow. One time i asked that please mention correct vehicle number to the chengalpattu toll plaza executive but he refused. He used bad words and he called 5 member who are all road rocks they started to beat us. None of them are nhai employee. Even in toll plaza no one wearing id card. They are doing rowdism in toll plaza. I have seen many toll plaza but in chengalpattu only i faced many problems.
