Address: 27th k.m. Surat-Hazira Road, Hazira-394270

Hazira: Heavy Industries Like Adani Port, ArcelorMittal Nippon india Steel, Larson & Toubro, Reliance industries, Kribhco, Indian Oil, NTPC located in the region.
Thousands Of people Commuting on daily basis for work to the HAZIRA from Surat.
Only commuting medium in the area is Road network. which is NH53.
Pot Holes & bad Road condition On this NH53 (Surat-Hazira road)
Which creates Lot of traffic Jams Daily during peak hours.

Kindly Look into this matter and improve Road condition on urgent basis.

        Triple charges on toll plaza

        Dear Sir,
        It is submitted that I crossed national highway toll plaza of Dharer Azizpur Punjab for going Zirakpur to Rajpura by my car Regd no. CH01AH 4887 at 10.48 am on 4th September, 2022 and deducted charges of Rs. 60/- through fastag . On returning toll plaza man said to me that fastag has no balance, therefore he demaned cash Rs.80/- .         2 times amount debited in my SBI Fastag (Rs 55 + Rs 65). Both times my SBI fastag no used while cross the toll. Because my SBI Fastag got tear off from vehicle.

        Compliant # 6589449 / 5th Sep
        Compliant # [protected] / 15th Sep

        I got status of compliant has been resolved and ticket was closed, but amount not credited back to wallet.

        While talk to NHAI helpline 1033, not able to understand due to language barrier.

        Kindly address this issue and resolve.

            Please provide me with details of land accquired by below, numbers
            Cidco, Belapur, navi mumbai, Please i request you to install cctv in all cidco premise's and proper info contact on sign boards email, etc. Corruption is going on a very high level and high degree officers to involved very shocking, cheating, grabbing farmers property on their name or builders. I have the proof you can check file number 644 wadghar (panvel)(karanjada) 12.5% department and file number 676, 673, 101, 823, 431, 3, and many other file's missing very strange . i believe in indian law. File.644 wadghar panvel 12.5% scheme is the key to all door's ))), hope to you hear good positive news from you.

              Address: Delhi-faridabad toll

              This is to inform the esteemed authority about the regular jam on the Faridabad side after exiting from toll 33 to 36, which fall under the management region of the toll. Lots of private cars and buses stand there to lure passenger instead of the dedicated place that's under the flyover.
              Hope for swift action on the toll running company.

                I travelled from Meerut to Delhi on 8th Sept, 2022 and returned the same day. I was over charged on this trip as Rs. 155 were deducted from my fastag each time we crossed the toll.
                The transaction IDs were[protected]-731662716442172808409P time of travel at 21:16:41 on 8th Sept 2022 and[protected]-731662670834420259899P time of travel at 23:56:16 on 8th Sept 2022 for Car No. UP 15DC 2040.
                Please arrange to refund the excess amount deducted from my fastag.

                  Toll Charges and Service road in Horti Village Karnataka

                  Road I am referring in the complaint.

                  NH 52 – Road Start from Vijayapur Karnataka join to solapur to pune.

                  I have two complain in this road.

                  1) There is toll collection center near Tidagudi village which collect one way toll charges of Rs 105. Which is highest throughout the toll charges collected from Bangalore to Pune. Further, this toll is situated just 20 kms away from Vijayapur. Very recently Minister has said toll collection center situated within 30kms distance will be closed. Till now no action taken.
                  2) There is village called Horti. In the village there is bridge which cross the village all vehicle will go under the bridge. Both the sides of the bridge there is very narrow service road not even two cars will cross each other. The service road which runs almost 1.5KMs. Throughout the service road there is problem for crossing the vehicle. When constructing the road the marking was done. But road was not done as per marking. Within a year many injurious have happened. Kindly take the complaint on record and resolve the issues.

                      I have been traveling to Thane from Kalyan via Bhiwandi Bypass, the situation on NH 48, NH 160 and NH 61 is too bad. There are numerous potholes and traffic jams daily. My commute is of just 26 kms one side. But it takes around 90 mins daily.

                      The bridges are too narrow and in very bad situations.

                      I request the authority to take the correct initiatives to improve road conditions.

                        I had invested in NHAI Bonds in 2018. I have not received any correspondence till date. Agent is not ready to take any responsibility. He just gives the number from net where no one picks up the call. My money was debited through cheque. Please look into the matter immediately.

                          On Mumbai Agra national highway between Indore and gwalior there are so many cows sitting on highway which are facing accidents by vehicles so there is death of cows which is gauhatya.gauhatya is biggest crime.so kindly look into this matter as soon as possible

                            I traveled on purvanchal express way on 11 September 2022. I have entered from Dostpur and exit from Lucknow. Total distance traveled approx 160 km.
                            Rupees 315 was Toll charged at the entry point.
                            And again at the exit point I were charged Rs 675. Which was totally wrong deduction.

                              Hello sir/ ma'am,

                              I am a resident of Crossings Republik (CR) township in Ghaziabad.
                              I generally used to reach my home from Delhi to CR via NH24 using slip road near IPEM and lead to a service road next to Carbon Continental company and then underpass to ABES Engg Collage to home.

                              The connectivity of the slip road is not properly designed and leads to a jam on slip road near IOCL Petrol Pump.
                              I personally believe that the slip road should be available after the Petrol pump, so commuters will not make any traffic Jam.
                              Also the Slip Road condition is very pathetic, there are lot of potholes and no proper street lights available there.

                              I am requesting you to please do a survey with people residing in Crossings Republik and nearby locality and take a proper and quick action to atleast repair the slip road in a timely manner.

                                  I am a regular traveler or road Toll plaza Indore Ujjain, Ujjain - Indore Road, Gram Baroli, Madhya Pradesh .

                                  So I Have taken a regular recharge plan for the same but today dated on[protected] at 7:33 AM .they have deducted amount from my Fast Tag which is not be done .

                                  As I have already paid for the same then how could they charged extra amount for the same.

                                  Refund my amount back

Whenever i go for pass, he starts abusing me and threaten me for beating if i come again. According to book of law, im entitled for monthly pass. Please look into matter and resolve my query.                                       But sometimes due to lack of knowledge person sitting on toll argues with NCC officers. NCC Officers are Commissioned Officers. So please pass on fresh instructions to tolls. Thanks a lot.
