Abusive behaviour by Toll Staff

I am a regular commuter from Manesar to Gurgaon. The staff deployed at toll is rude and uses abusive language if you cross-question them for their wrongdoings.

Sir I am working under government PSB bank, posted at near Chaukiman toll plaza. I am having a car with registration of Bihar Patna .
I have to cross the toll up and down daily as I am residing within 20 km to toll plaza (having local address proof).

So, why not toll plaza issuing me to local pass ?? as I have to pay heavy amount rs 2080/- in month for up and down .

This complaint is regarding Gadpuri Toll plaza which is in between Fridabad, HR and Palwal, HR.

It is being agreed that we will be issued a monthly pass of 200/- rupees, which got issued one time -

However it's monthly recharging process is extremely painful - as it seems till plaza doesn't have enough interest in renewing it so same passengers can be charged 165 rs for one day round trip.

On dated 06/09/2022 at about 17hr15min while passing by my car no OD33A 5392 through Godipada tool plaza on NH-16 the fellow gateman unnecessary & intentionally blocked 2 passages from 4 passages provided on LHS side by which it created road congestion. when ever there is provision for smooth passage of vehicle & we are entitled for hassle free movement by forceful obstructing traffic on such passage without suitable or urgency to do so created...

As per the current rule all tolls should be through fast tag. But in here they don't have Fast Tag scanner and they are forcefully collecting money. (No receipts or records)...

It is Brought to your attention that the toll plazas under NHAI are deducting double money from the buses of Faridkot depot through Fastag every day by day and causing a lot of loss to PRTC .So you are requested to Refund the Double deductions immediately and Strictly instructions should be given to the tolls in advance that no doublr deductions should be made again...

Highway 66 Kerala road side foot path land aroor church to aroor temple all the area manhandle by retail unauthorised shops with our permission. Pedestrians no way and parking not possible this leads to more accidents this area kindly do immediately remove all unauthorised shops and sellers ....

Condition of national highway NH -48 is worst even regularly paying toll at plaza. Between Manser to Bawal it is badly broken, also service road in badly wrost condition. Due to bad condition of road their is always traffic jam on it . Some of the worst pathhole you come across and leads to many accidents on regular basis.
So it is requested to NHAI department, pls look in this matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible...

Today at 12:40 am i passed through kalajhar NH 7 tollplaza. . Firstly its was not working properly. I standed for about 10 min in one lane because there fasttag reader was not working and then they asked me to shift to other lane and when i shifted. To another one then also there fastag reader take about 4 5 min and after waiting for so long n discomfort they are misbehaving with me abusing and treating very badly...

They are charging extra amount in no fastag lane and if we are telling them its wrong so they are miss behaving with us and although they were drunk in their duty hours is this the way to treat all the traveler's. I request you to guid them properly and teach them some manners beacuse it's a shame for us if any tourist will face this kind of problem.

Condition of national highway NH -27 if worst even regularly paying toll at plaza. Company is not at all maintaining the road. Feels like some state highway are better then this NH 27. One the worst pathhole you come across and leads to many accidents on regular basis....
