What is the use of having a fastag when we need to wait in all the toll gate.. No separate lanes for fastag.. Only boards are there fastag but all the vehicles are allowed in the fastag lane. All the toll gates from mumbai to bengaluru does not have separate lanes for fastag vehicles and vehicles without fastag.. It is utter disappointment to have a fastag. National highway authority it’s a shame that i promote fastag on one side and other side not a single toll gate knows difference between a fastag vehicle and non fastag vehicle.

The newly constructed highway between rudrapur and kichha (Uttarakhand) has no lights at all. There are lights only on a strech of a kilometer, this causes a lot of inconvenience for the public as there are a few residential places in between and there are a lot of people crossing the roads as a result of this many accidents also happen. Although the lights have been put up but they haven't ever been lit. Please take some action against this problem.

Sir, i want to say that i am travelling from dwarka to rohtak there is a toll plaza named as rohad my fastag is not working it shows black listed as i move to the fastag lane they told me that there is no balance in your tag but there is a balance of 1130.00 rs in it many times i 'll call your customer care no 1033 but there is not any action on it. Today the toll plaza it department employe told me that there is some problem in your tag kindly contact your bank we could not help you.

Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible.

केन्द्र सरकार तथा उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा उत्तरlखण्ड की जनता को अनुपम तोहपा :

भारत की राजधानी दिल्ली से उत्तराखण्ड के पौड़ी जनपद के प्रवेश द्वार कोटद्वार के लिये सड़क मार्ग से मेरठ, मावाना, मिरापुर, बीजनोर एवं नाजीबाबाद होते हुये जाना पड़ता है. ततकालीन भा.ज.पा. की केन्द्र सरकार ने वर्ष 2002-03 मे मेरठ से कोटद्वार सड़क मार्ग का पुनरनिर्माण कारवा कर इस मार्ग को राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग घोषित किया था. उसके लिये तत्कालीन केन्द्रीय भूतल एवं परिवहन मंत्री माननीय श्री भुवन चंद खण्डूरी जी के अथक प्रयासों को भुलाया नही ज़ा सकता है. लेकिन आज यह राज मार्ग बहुत ही दयनीय स्थिति मे है.

गत बर्षों तक इस राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग का रख रखाव काफी हद तक ठीक था. लेकिन इस वर्ष गत 6 महीनो मे मुझे 3 बार अपने परिवार के साथ उत्तराखण्ड जाने का अवसर मिला और तीनो बार मैने पाया की मेरठ से बिजनौर राजमार्ग की हालत बद से बदतर हो गयी है. विगत 15 वर्षों मे इस मार्ग की ऐसी दुर्दषा पहले कभी नही देखी. अपना निजी वाहन चलlना तो बहुत ही कष्ट दायक और खतरनाक भी है. जगह जगह इतने गढढे हैं की गिन्ती करना भी असम्भव है. खास कर मीरापुर से बीजनोर तक करीब 35 कि.मी. का मार्ग तो बहुत ही क्षतिग्रस्त है जिस पर जगह जगह इतने बड़े गढढे हैं कि थोडी सी असावधानी होने पर भयंकर दूर्घटना हो सकती है. इस मार्ग की खराब स्थिति का जायजा इस बात से लगाया जा सकता है की जहाँ सामान्यत: दिल्ली से कोटद्वार की दूरी 4 घंटें मे तय हो जाती थी, वहां अब यह दूरी 6-7 घंटे मे तय हो पाती है. ऐसा लगता है कि पिछले 1 वर्ष से न तो केन्द्र सरकार, न ऊ.प. सरकार और न ही उत्तराखण्ड सरकार का ध्यान इस ओर गया है. अन्यथा इतने समय तक इस राज मार्ग की इतनी दूर्दशा न हुई होती.

आपको याद होगा की उत्तर प्रदेश के माननीय मुख्य मॅत्री ने आज से ठीक एक वर्ष पूर्व अपने पहले उदबोधन मे पूरे उ.प्र. को गढढा मुक्त करने का वादा किया था. लेकिन लगता है की यह राज मार्ग मुख्य मंत्री जी के वायदे के दायरे मे नहीं आता, वर्ना इस सड़क की मर्रमत कब की हो गयी होती. लगता तो यह भी है की स्थानीय जन प्रतिनिधियों जैसे सांसद, विधायक, वरिष्ठ PWD अधिकारियों की नज़र भी अभी तक इस सड़क पर पड़ी ही नही.

मुझे नहीं मालूम कि इस मार्ग के रख रखाव का जिम्मा केन्द्र सरकार का है य़ा उ.प्र. सरकार का है, लेकिन मैं इतना अवश्य जानता हूं की मार्ग की खस्ता हालत की वजह से उत्तराखण्ड की जनता बहुत परेशान है, क्योंकी यही एक मात्र ऐसा मार्ग है जो दिल्ली से कोटद्वार (उत्तराखण्ड) को जोड़ता है. अत: इस पोस्ट के माध्यम से उत्तराखण्ड की जनता की ओर से केन्द्र सरकार के भूतल एवं परिवहन मंत्रालय, मुख्य मंत्री उ.प्र.
तथा मुख्य मंत्री उत्तराखण्ड से सविनय अपील है की मेरठ - कोटद्वार राष्ट्रीय राज मार्ग का अबिलम्ब जीर्णोधार करवा जाये ताकी उत्तराखण्ड की जनता राहत की सांस ले सके.

Waiting at the highways need to be formalized by passing a gr regarding the waiting period at keystone due to congestion and lack of efficiency from the toll official personals and mismanagement from the nhai of supporting toll contractor. We also want to know that when we contacted the personal at the toll plaza they told that they don't have any gr or notification regarding the waiting period of a vehicle which doesn't have to pay toll due to loss of time or excess waiting at toll plaza. Please give us feedback or provide the guidelines where this information can be collected.
I would like you to know that we had to wait 40 minutes in line to get to toll plaza.

I was driving from lucknow to raebareli, on my car with my family, using highway nh30. Suddenly 3-4 cows jumped from the divider to road and start running. Car was hardly 2-3 meters away from them. And it is very difficult to put break at such situation, as some vehicle was coming behind my car as well. Why animals go to divider, because of plants. Can we not put barrier or increase height of dividers, so that animals never dare to cross roads at a sudden place. Usually it is fine to control speed when any cut is present.

Recently i purchased a nexa car ignis registration number rj 14 zc 1202. I was given a fastag of hdfc bank number[protected]. The same was activated on 19 feb 2018 by the dealer and on the same day i charged my account with rs 500 with the help of my pnb credit card.
I traveled to ajmer on 16 feb and i returned to jaipur on 17 feb 2018 when my card was not even activated.
I received a message on 26 feb that my account has been debited as under
1, on 16 feb 2018 at jaipur toll plaza (Manoharpura 9002) at 11.37 am rs 60
2. On 16 feb 2018 at gegal toll plaza 6001 at 12.49 pm rs 265
3, on 17 feb 2018 at kishangarh plaza 8002 at 3.15 pm rs 35
4. On 17 feb 2018 at jaipur manoharpura 9002 toll plaza at 4.25 pm rs 340
It is not understood as to when the card was not activated how toll tax was debited?
When the card was credited with rs 500 then how rs 700 have been deducted?
You are requested to please refund the entire amount at the earliest.

After lot of chasing and struggle i got hands on fastag from hdfc and was very happy to use it to save time plus wanted to be part of something new which nhai is implementing, my happines was shortlived when i figured out i still had to wait and waste time at these two toll plazas 1) paranur (Both to and fro) 2) athur (Both to and fro) 3) vikravandi (Both to and fro) 4) senguruchi (Both to and fro) 5) thirumandurai (Both to and fro) 6) samayapuram (Both to and fro) 6) boothakudi (Both to and fro) 7) chitampatti (Both to and fro) 8) eliyarpathi (Both to and fro)... Yes the fastag lanes are not working and at fastag lane was blocked by some load truck supposedly belonging to your project work, truck took 2 to 3 minutes to move and give way! Truck driver was having a chat with toll booth operator while truck blocking the the lane at exit, then manual detection of fastag was done and i was let thru! Please look into this and help us in having smooth flow thru fastag lanes.
This is my third complaint against fastag lanes and still no response on this toll plazas as i am frequent traveller i notice no difference while travelling many times.
If you are unable to sort it out please dont ask to buy fastag and also refund the amount we have paid initially.

I want to bring to your notice, that the subject toll is not managing fastag lane properly.

They have 2 taglanes.
One is separated with rope, on which they didn't allow entry, saying this is vip lane.
Which he kept opening selectively for all normal vehicles without any passes.
Some even without fastag and they were collecting cash payment at the booth.
Second fast tag lane on which he directed us is open to all even for vehicles without fastag. So a lot of waiting time in that lane.
I have pictures of all the events in both lanes.
Why this vip lane? Has nhai allowed them a vip lane?
If vip lane has to be kept, then other fastag lane should also be only fastag vehicle.
What's the fun if they don't control the second fastag lane, only for stickered vehicles.
Nobody is bothered about the customers here.
I even spoke to the manager here mr. Sumit, but he is simply giving excuses.
Please look in to the matter and set the things right at this toll booth.

I travel daily basis through bally toll plaza but when i returned back from dankuni to dum dum, i watch everyday there was huge traffic jam due to unauthorised truck parking near toll plaza in the evening... It takes too much time not only for me but also for every small vehicle passengers, aged persons etic. No one take any action against such offended vehicles... Toll plaza company doing nothing to run smoothly... Please take some action... So that a healthy faster travelling can be arranged.

At toll plaza akhepura code 166001 of nhai on nh 52 i was travelling from sikar to jaipur on 16 april 2018at 10:46:41 pm by my personel car, my car has fast tag issued from hdfc. At toll plaza no message was received by me even after deducting rupees 55 from my fast tag accout and the person at plaza also collected rupees55 in cash from me by receipt no386131. I received the message at 11:17pm then i came to know about double toll fee collection. When i checked receipt i found vehicle no is also printed wrong vehicle no. Of five digit 65252 printed. My hdfc wallet id is [protected]. Please refund rupees55 to me and take action against tc id c010 of third shift at toll plaza akhepura.

NH716 Padi Flyover Road Crossing(TVS to Villivakkam under the bridge) is difficult under the bridge, as there is no over bridge or zebra crossing people need to run and motorists acceralate more faster seeing people trying to croos. Please do the needful

No zebra crossing, no foot bridge, no option to cross the road other than running infront of the vehicle which is speeding as they want go before someone crosses.

In raikal tollplaza, they are allowing non-fastag vehicles also in fastag lane, due to this for passing fastag vechciles are getting delayed. I observed this several times. Where as sakapur toll plaza is maintained very well as they are allowing only fasttag vehicles in fasttag lane.

Please take neceesary steps at raikal tollplaza and also pullur tollplaza on same highway to maintain the fasttag lanes for only fasttag vehicles which will help for saving the resources and time.

National highways and other state highways.
In most accident cases are happening in night time due to colloide on stopping vehicles.
This can be avoided fully,
Every where in the world all big roads or highways or small roads are illuminated very brightly due to that the following things are avoided fully.
1) due to illumination on full road the head light of vehicle, s intensity is reduced, due to that driver didn't get disturbed due to the light of other opposite vehicle.
2) due to illumination on full road driver can see the road very clearly so no collide on stopping vehicle,
These are the main advantages of providing street lights on all roads
And i request national highways authorities can take lead in this.
I hope express action will be taken on this

This is about a daylight, unwarranted and certainly an avoidable accident on our national highway.

While travelling from vizag to rajahmundry on 7th march 2018 in our ford figo car, we ended up colliding with another car in front o[censored]s, which stalled suddenly after noticing an un-sanctioned speedbreakers at gandepalli village on nh-16, andhrapradesh.

There were no traffic signs or markers indicating the presense of any speed breakers in that section of the highway.

As a result of this collision, entire front portion of our car got totally damaged, rendering our car useless. We both miracally escaped with minor injuries because of ford's special design of crumple zone in engine bay and bonnet of our car figo. Also, wearing seat belt was another contributing factor to our safety.

We left the car in ford workshop for repairs and also applied for our insurance which is being attended to.

Now we request you to arrange for reimbursement of the additional charges that are not covered through insurance - as it pretty obvious that the accident was caused due to negligence from the national highway department by allowing those speed breakers to exist in that particular section and also not having right set of markers or traffic sign boards indicating the presense of the same.

Please acknowledge the receipt of this mail and also keep us updated with the details & progress of any actions being taken up in response to this email.

Paid rs.1200 on 24th march ‘18 by neft, through my hdfc bank a/c and submitted all documents.
Subsequently rc copy mailed separately on 5th april ‘18, on receipt of mail.
Confirmation mail received acknowledging and informed that all is in order.
Nothing happened since then.
Their phone is not reachable, always busy. I tried to register my complaint on their site. First it mentions ‘incorrect code’ then ‘mail could not be sent’. Every single attempt has resulted this way, hence reaching out to you. I travel on that road still paying cash at the toll gates!!

One bunnane toll plaza near garh mukt eshwar on highway nh9. Up.. Me and my father in ambulance come from phagwara punjab.. I surprise to se there r no different or que for ambulance and no toll plaza employee to attention or reaction to clear the way of ambulance.. I lost 20 minutes on toll plaza... Any have any system for it...

Yesterday i was going to shiv, on neembasar tol, i demanded return ticket, he refused, with plea that there is no traffic on this road, hence they are not issuing return ticket, he mis behavior with me, when i told him that i shall complaint against him then he gave me return ticket.
