Dear Sir,
without publicity NH SDO, Kollam, Kerala giving permission to their people to cut trees besides NH Road. Her justification is these are small tenders so no need to publish. recently a tree worth Rs 50000 cut just paid Rs 6000. no one knows this. atleast they should paste notice on the tree then people'll know the auction date.take action

Visited on 29 apr but amount automatically deducted from fastag balance without any receipt and they did not even ask whether its one side or both side.. Vehicle no pb10fk 0228. Please enquire on this urgently as money has already been deducted.. Inspite of explaining them thats its a vip vehicle. How can a toll plaza deduct charges without even asking if you are travelling one way or both ways

Sir, i got fastag for my car (Regd no hr12aa7849) on 29th april 2018 with fastag id:[protected]. I was happy that now i will get fastag lane services. I work at tmu medical college moradabad and weekly come at noida. On 1 may 2018 (Tuesday) i was surprised to see that at all 3 toll plazas on nh-24 i. E.
1. Dasna toll
2. Garh mukteshwar toll
3. Joya toll
No one was maintaining the designated fastag lane (All other vehicles were entering the fastag lane, further their rfid sensor was not working. I was not able to get any benefit of fastag.
I cant believe that nhai is not aware of these discouragement of fastag by toll plazas.
Please look into the matter as early as possible and punish the guilty.

Dear sir,
We all villagers facing many problem due to non-underpass near rankini mandir. Sir this is the way we do daily work, we are having a lot of trouble when these paths are closed.
The biggest problem is in cultivation, which is very difficult to cultivate and bring the crops to the house, crossing sheep and goats and cows to the fields, ponds,
Please sir make necessary inquiry on this issue.

We started our journey from nagarcoil to bangalore today morning between 5 o'clock and 6. We came across a couple of toll booths and none of the fastag lines are not working. When we asked about the situation they are very much arrogant and rude in behaviour. The answer is same in all the toll booths that fastag lines are disfunctional. How could all of them are disfunctional at once.

It is submitted that there is a bhawdin toll plaza on nh 9 which has come to operation last month. It is situated in sirsa district, haryana and i am residing at village sangha, dist - mansa, punjab which is around 10 to 11 kms from toll plaza. Every time when we the residants of sangha and nearby villages have to cross the toll plaza on our way to sirsa we are being harassed by the staff. Either they don't have proper knowledge of the rules for the local residents residing within 20 kms from the toll plaza or they are making excuses for generating more revenue.
After arguing for the long time with the staff that we are local residents and want a pass for our vehicle, we are told that you are residing in punjab so your pass can't be made or we are said that your vehicles don't bear the number of "hr 24" (Sirsa) so you have to pay the full toll every time you cross the plaza.in reference to the the gazette of india extraordinary part 2, section 3 page no 8 it is clear that we can be availed with the pass for local residents. So you are requested to please look into the matter so that the people of villages nearby the plaza don't get harassed and cheated. Looking for your response and best efforts to resolve the issue.

I, colonel owen rebello, was travelling on 22 april 18 by car & it took me more than 30 minutes to cross the mprdc & dewas bhopal corridor toll plaza in the morning. Two lanes had no toll booth operators thereby forcing users to reverse back because no efforts were made to atleast block those lanes. No manager/ controller was present & the staff were very casual & displayed no concern for the users.
When i tried to speak to the manager/ controller, 2 bouncers tried to intimidate me. When they saw that i was not backing down, they gave me the manager's no [protected]. I tried calling this no at 8.13 & 8.14 am but there was no response.

We the people of himachal are suffering as much as living in hell but the government dose not wish to help. First of all i have an industry running on the highway and it was taken away due to compulsory acquisition for 4 lane work. We were not paid the 4 times as the nhai act neither were helped to relocate. Now when we shifted on our remaing land that wasn’t acquired by nhai people the gril contractors are not giving us passage even they tried to harras us and dumped there waste in our land. They even trespassed and started digging the land which isn’t acquired by nhai. The tcp isn’t cooperating as well, as they know that this industry has shifted due to cumpulsary acquisitions still they want an noc from nhai. Neither nhai pay us the 4 times cumpnsation nor relocate us and now they want a running industry which is the only source of bread for us and our workers to stop working. We wish to either blacklist the contractor or pay for our damages.

Road between samrala chowk to veer palace stopped after laying earth and stones for two months.
Road blocked by barricading and ditches. No entry point is given to lacs of people of dozens of colonies and market. Business of all traders is ruined.
Health of residents and shopkeepers is badly affected by flying of dust.
We have contacted several times to the construction contractor and nhai mohali for early completion of road, but no proper response has been received.
Pl direct ashoka buildcon ltd to complete the road.

As my vehicle got registered with district hisar state haryana with registration no hr20z-5498 and as per hisar barwala toll if any vehicle pertains to hisar then toll charges will be 45 and for rest of vehicle it will 85. However i turned my vehicle in normal toll lane not in fastag lane and paid 45/- for single crossing where as my fastag has been wrongly debited with 85/- in addition to 45/- cash i paid. Get the same checked and initiate reversal of same in my fastag account to avoid any further escalation.

I was passing through Indore Dewas Tollways Limited dated 30/04/2018 through my personal 4-wheeler, Make-Tata Zest, Vehicle No.: MP-04 CP 8753.
My travel Route was from Bhopal to Nashik via Indore, Sendhwa, Dhule, Malegaon.

I am going to Nagpur by Road with my own car with my family with two children, when I am reaching Mathni toll plaza the Ian in que to pay toll and went to Nagpur, in between in our que four vehicle ahead of my car a truck operator angrily discussed with toll pay counter employee in that discussion 7-8 minutes is passed and after that our number has came I told the toll counter employee you are taking excess time so according to rule we are entitled for free pass of this toll. At that time a NHAI employee wearing white shirt with red colour mono of NHAI is came and speak loudly with me. I am telling that person speak with manner but that man is speaking more laudly and misbehaving me and my family too and ordered to other employees to push my car from that area. From this type of incidence I am afraid of such type of cases and i am wondering the working culture of NHAI. and it is not digest the such types of person is a employee of NHAI just like criminals.

Heavy traffic piles up at jalahalli cross, and 8th mile tumkur road during peak hours, following are kind request from me,

1. Create road crossing bridges for pedestrians to cross the road at jalahalli cross and also at 8th mile

2. Please make the flyover toll free at least during the peak hours, so that it reduces the traffic in the junctions below the flyover

NH66 - Mangalore Pumwell Overbridge work started in 2012 and still not completed even 50% of the work. What is the contract period to complete this Project ? Many people died due to not made any arrangements for the smooth passage of vehicles and thereby have committed negligence in their work.

Toll plaza on nh 334 meerut roorkee road is not giving 12hr toll and one rfid tag line is not eorking. For paying toll all have to wait around 30 minutes as one line number 03 is not wprking we enter in line 03 then after 10minutes they said to back all cars and to enter to another line and wait for 20 min this waste our 30 to 40 minutes when we ask for 12 hr toll they said that we donot provide 12hr toll its either one side or two side

What is the use of having a fastag when we need to wait in all the toll gate.. No separate lanes for fastag.. Only boards are there fastag but all the vehicles are allowed in the fastag lane. All the toll gates from mumbai to bengaluru does not have separate lanes for fastag vehicles and vehicles without fastag.. It is utter disappointment to have a fastag. National highway authority it’s a shame that i promote fastag on one side and other side not a single toll gate knows difference between a fastag vehicle and non fastag vehicle.

The newly constructed highway between rudrapur and kichha (Uttarakhand) has no lights at all. There are lights only on a strech of a kilometer, this causes a lot of inconvenience for the public as there are a few residential places in between and there are a lot of people crossing the roads as a result of this many accidents also happen. Although the lights have been put up but they haven't ever been lit. Please take some action against this problem.

Sir, i want to say that i am travelling from dwarka to rohtak there is a toll plaza named as rohad my fastag is not working it shows black listed as i move to the fastag lane they told me that there is no balance in your tag but there is a balance of 1130.00 rs in it many times i 'll call your customer care no 1033 but there is not any action on it. Today the toll plaza it department employe told me that there is some problem in your tag kindly contact your bank we could not help you.

Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible.

केन्द्र सरकार तथा उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा उत्तरlखण्ड की जनता को अनुपम तोहपा :

भारत की राजधानी दिल्ली से उत्तराखण्ड के पौड़ी जनपद के प्रवेश द्वार कोटद्वार के लिये सड़क मार्ग से मेरठ, मावाना, मिरापुर, बीजनोर एवं नाजीबाबाद होते हुये जाना पड़ता है. ततकालीन भा.ज.पा. की केन्द्र सरकार ने वर्ष 2002-03 मे मेरठ से कोटद्वार सड़क मार्ग का पुनरनिर्माण कारवा कर इस मार्ग को राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग घोषित किया था. उसके लिये तत्कालीन केन्द्रीय भूतल एवं परिवहन मंत्री माननीय श्री भुवन चंद खण्डूरी जी के अथक प्रयासों को भुलाया नही ज़ा सकता है. लेकिन आज यह राज मार्ग बहुत ही दयनीय स्थिति मे है.

गत बर्षों तक इस राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग का रख रखाव काफी हद तक ठीक था. लेकिन इस वर्ष गत 6 महीनो मे मुझे 3 बार अपने परिवार के साथ उत्तराखण्ड जाने का अवसर मिला और तीनो बार मैने पाया की मेरठ से बिजनौर राजमार्ग की हालत बद से बदतर हो गयी है. विगत 15 वर्षों मे इस मार्ग की ऐसी दुर्दषा पहले कभी नही देखी. अपना निजी वाहन चलlना तो बहुत ही कष्ट दायक और खतरनाक भी है. जगह जगह इतने गढढे हैं की गिन्ती करना भी असम्भव है. खास कर मीरापुर से बीजनोर तक करीब 35 कि.मी. का मार्ग तो बहुत ही क्षतिग्रस्त है जिस पर जगह जगह इतने बड़े गढढे हैं कि थोडी सी असावधानी होने पर भयंकर दूर्घटना हो सकती है. इस मार्ग की खराब स्थिति का जायजा इस बात से लगाया जा सकता है की जहाँ सामान्यत: दिल्ली से कोटद्वार की दूरी 4 घंटें मे तय हो जाती थी, वहां अब यह दूरी 6-7 घंटे मे तय हो पाती है. ऐसा लगता है कि पिछले 1 वर्ष से न तो केन्द्र सरकार, न ऊ.प. सरकार और न ही उत्तराखण्ड सरकार का ध्यान इस ओर गया है. अन्यथा इतने समय तक इस राज मार्ग की इतनी दूर्दशा न हुई होती.

आपको याद होगा की उत्तर प्रदेश के माननीय मुख्य मॅत्री ने आज से ठीक एक वर्ष पूर्व अपने पहले उदबोधन मे पूरे उ.प्र. को गढढा मुक्त करने का वादा किया था. लेकिन लगता है की यह राज मार्ग मुख्य मंत्री जी के वायदे के दायरे मे नहीं आता, वर्ना इस सड़क की मर्रमत कब की हो गयी होती. लगता तो यह भी है की स्थानीय जन प्रतिनिधियों जैसे सांसद, विधायक, वरिष्ठ PWD अधिकारियों की नज़र भी अभी तक इस सड़क पर पड़ी ही नही.

मुझे नहीं मालूम कि इस मार्ग के रख रखाव का जिम्मा केन्द्र सरकार का है य़ा उ.प्र. सरकार का है, लेकिन मैं इतना अवश्य जानता हूं की मार्ग की खस्ता हालत की वजह से उत्तराखण्ड की जनता बहुत परेशान है, क्योंकी यही एक मात्र ऐसा मार्ग है जो दिल्ली से कोटद्वार (उत्तराखण्ड) को जोड़ता है. अत: इस पोस्ट के माध्यम से उत्तराखण्ड की जनता की ओर से केन्द्र सरकार के भूतल एवं परिवहन मंत्रालय, मुख्य मंत्री उ.प्र.
तथा मुख्य मंत्री उत्तराखण्ड से सविनय अपील है की मेरठ - कोटद्वार राष्ट्रीय राज मार्ग का अबिलम्ब जीर्णोधार करवा जाये ताकी उत्तराखण्ड की जनता राहत की सांस ले सके.
