Dear Sir/Madam,

We want to bring this to your notice that a service lane connecting gram Manoharpur, Moradabad Underpass to Krishna bal Vidya mandir school underpass Mangupura is extremely under bad condition and have quite a lot of potholes and too narrow. This condition of the road makes it accident prone and a cause of great inconvenience for the dwellers and the general public. the children also face a lot of difficulty while travelling to and fro from school and there has been always a fear for safety of the children among the parents.
Therefore we humbly request you to please look in to the matter and get the road repaired and wider.

Fastag scanner not properly working .
They enter fastag vehicle no manually.

My issued fastag under exempted category (34- persons with disability) was damaged due to broken winsheild of car and looking for replacement of fastag. But unable to do online as there is no option for replacement. Kindly look into the same and resolve issue and hence provide new fastag under exempted category i.e 34- persons with disability. Respected Sir,
Refer to the subject, I am writing a complaint about the extremely slow progress of road construction and dangerous road condition on the A’nagar to manmad State Highway-10.
You may also be aware this highway is most important and used by all types of heavy and light vehicles as well motorcycles and public transport.

Due to road condition, in past one-year multiple accidents happened with all such vehicles and all ages of humans died in these accidents from the age of 6 month baby to age of senior citizen but nobody cared about safety and security.

The highway contractor, when he started work on the highway, Mostly we found that ignorance of the safety display board as well which also affect thousand of human life within past one year. Even for the past few months, it has been under construction but later the contractor stopped work completely.

Sir, Please highlight this issue with seniors and respective authority departments on priority, Because in Ahmednagar there are no famous rich businesses, if they die or injure then to start road work immediately.
This road in 90% dangerous means our safe life in 90% dangerous zone. Why Sir? You, me and our family only using this road to travel daily. Right.

On this highway, One Saibaba Devotee lost his entire family and his 6month baby, Just because a safety sign board was not there, and had a major accident with his family.
The week before one guy died in a road accident at Rahuri, Who was the only source of income for his family. One farmer lost his wife and he is now handicap for a lifetime.Why?

Common people’s life is really not important or does someone rich only have to die on this Ahmednagar to Manmad Highway? Each human life (rich, middle, and poor) is also that much important even equally animal life is also important.

So, our concern is only with the concern of road safety and passenger life safety who is the taxpayer of this country.

It is a major inconvenience for all o[censored]s including you all who use the A’nagar and Manamad highway NH-160/MH-SH-10 on a daily basis. Daily on this road off the record incident happened which is not recorded to govt record as well. Try to understand our concern is all about safety 1st, So please take necessary actions on priorities because we can save many lives.

Please consider speeding up the construction as earlier as possible with all safety display board compliance.

This is not related to any department, We all need to work together. Because here our family's, friends and social life safety is concerned.

Line number 6 got sticker for 20 minutes. Many cars and ambulance is waiting for their turn and after 20 minutes they clear the line.

आप से अनुरोध है कि नेशनल हाईवे हंडिया से राजातालाब ओवर ब्रिज जो है वो बरौत पिलर नंबर 31 पे बहुत जोर जोर से आवाज आ रही है जिससे नीचे चलने वाले लोगो के मन मे डर लगा रहता है कि कही ये टूट ना जाये और और आस पास रह रहे लोगो को सोने मैं बहुत दिक्कत हो रही है कृपा इसे जल्द से जल्द ठीक कराये।

As per the government of India order, there should be no other toll present between two within range of 40 km, but toll plaza near d mart nelamangala connecting to tumkur is looking closed but debiting amount from fastatg when we pass through it, I'm raising this complaint to look out what hapening there, many people are complaining but no one care, I hope you look out nd give solution,

In Surapattu Toll Plaza There is no form of digital payment if fastag doesnt sufficient balance then only form of payment is cash. Is this what the Rule says?

Highway road lights near Chennasamudram Toll gate which lies on NH48 (Chennai-Bangalore) are not working for the past 2 years. As the 6 track road formation is under process the road are in very bad condition. Due to this lots of accidents occur. Kindly take necessary steps to turn on the road lights to prevent further damage.

I have travelled on NH58 and passed shivaya toll plaza twice within 24hours. But, my fastag deduction rs. 110 both times. Why it is done twice. As per govt rule, if any vehicle passed twice toll plaza within 24 hours then deduction should be once full and second times half. Please proceed to refund my amount. Vehicle No. UP12BD2622

On Hyderabad to Nagpur highway the toll road between Daroada toll plaza and Kelapur toll plaza is very dangerous and can be life theatning too..
Both the toll plaza staff is irresponsible and no complaint book is available..Please do something

Dear sir, we were travelling for Ganeshotsav with Valid Toll concession form from Police vetted by Government of Maharashtra, however with complete Disregard for the same, the tolls have been collected through Fast Tag on Mumbai-pune Expressway as wellas Pune Bangalore National highway No.48. uptill Kolhapur.
The attendants were rude & replied that they have no such Instructions. we poor people of india feels Cheated that State government gives some concession & directives due to abject precarious condition of roads in one sector to Travel by national highway & Central Government does not even recognise the same. this is not conducive environment for federal Government system that we have adopted. my vehicle no. is MH-06-AY-3376.Fast tag attached to Sarswat bank.
please return all the toll amount collected on 28/8/2022 & during Return Journey on 5/9/2022. also, Repeal the status of my Fast Tag which is showing blacklisted.

1.Road in damaged from past 1 month but no action has been taken by respective toll plaza.
2.Daily traffic jam on NH-48.
3.Approx. 18-22 Accident occurs on highway due to damaged road.
4.Holes on road observed by 1 foot deep and 1 meter long.

Abusive behaviour by Toll Staff

I am a regular commuter from Manesar to Gurgaon. The staff deployed at toll is rude and uses abusive language if you cross-question them for their wrongdoings.

I would like to raise a complaint about today's issue [08 Sept 2022 at 9:45 AM (approx)]. I was standing in the emergency line for more than 15 mins behind two vehicles. It looks like that person was not ready to pay the toll and he was arguing with him and the entire line was held for more than 15 mins. I came out of my car and started questioning him to allow others. He came from his cabin and shout at me and slapped me. The guy in fact tried to threaten me and warned me that I can do whatever I can.

How can he do so? It is a criminal offence. How toll allowed to deploy goons at the working place. I need a solution for the same and you have to take strict action against the same.

Sir I am working under government PSB bank, posted at near Chaukiman toll plaza. I am having a car with registration of Bihar Patna .
I have to cross the toll up and down daily as I am residing within 20 km to toll plaza (having local address proof).

So, why not toll plaza issuing me to local pass ?? as I have to pay heavy amount rs 2080/- in month for up and down .
Kindly resolve it and advise me what should I do.

महोदय जी मेरे द्वारा की गई शिकायत में पता- काली नदी के पास नोबल पब्लिक स्कूल के सामने गढ़ रोड मेरठ में श्रीमान मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी मेरठ के द्वारा बिना किसी वैद्य मानक, एनओसी, व अभिलेखों को पूरे कियें ही विराट हॉस्पिटल नाम से चिकित्सा संचालन पंजीकरण कर दिया है जिसमें मानको की कमी के कारण भारी जनहानि होने की सम्भावना हैं जो नियमानुसार गलत हैं अतः श्रीमान जी से प्रार्थना हैं कि शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्र में किसी सक्षम अधिकारी से निष्पक्ष जांच कराते हुए दोषियों के खिलाफ दंडात्मक व विभागीय कार्यवाई करानें का कष्ट करें ताकि भविष्य में होने वाली भयानक जनहानि होने से रोका जा सकें।

NH89 पुराना व् नया NH58 पर गांव चक ढाणी में स्वीकृत नाली निर्माण में सरिया व् सीमेंट दिए गए मापदंड के अनुसार नहीं लगाया जा रहा है तथा वाइब्रेटर भी नही चला रहे है, व् लेवल के बिना नाली का निर्माण किया जा रहा है, निर्माण कार्ये में लापरवाही बरती जा रही है जिसके कारण भविष्य में हादसे होने की पूरी संभावना है, जिस पर संज्ञान लिया जावे।
