Surapattu toll plaza in tamilnadu near chennai, roads of the toll plaza which is not maintain properly, the roads having more pits and damaged for more than 2 years. Toll plaza having many unauthorized persons in the toll both and manager's are not in shift leaving this unauthorized persons in toll plaza as his representative....

I am using monthly pass issued by NHAI to travel from Manesar toll to Gurugram my office. I have recharged to renew my pass on 31st Aug 2022 at 11 am (which was expired on 30th Aug 2022) and received the confirmation from IDFC gateway regarding the confirmation of payment of Rs. 875. But still that monthly pass is not reflected in my Fast tag account. I have stuck on toll plaza at late night with family due to this issue and i have paid twice...

We request your kind attention about bad road condition of Surapattu Toll road
1. Starting from all access roads (Madavaram, Ambattur, Maduravoiyal) to the entire stretch including the toll plaza, the roads with potholes, undulated roads, patch roads are seen
2. Proper scanning of fast tag and other basic facilities including toilets (locked) are absent in the toll plaza, the Staffs are very rude and undisciplined....

I travelled on ghamroz toll plaza yesterday 4 times means to and fro 2 times and have been charged 115, 60, 115 and 115. How is it possible .
