Dear NHAI Team,
Multiple ups and down in NE3 from Partapur to ghaziabad which results in accident of cars and sometime cars are jumped.

Section 4 : Dasna – Meerut
Length - 46 km (29 mi)
From -Partapur, Meerut
To - From -Dasna, Ghaziabad
And vice-versa.

Please look into it on urgent basis otherwise we can’t stop accident without resolving this big issue.

For a car, they are charging 100 rs for one side, and while traveling found that work is in progress near Kuthiran Choram (Kuthiran tunnel)

The lines and speed are limited (20 km ) near the Kutheran tunnel.
a There are lot of obstacles placed in between the roods to control the speed of vehicles .

Questions:

1) How can an NH authority give the flag to collect tolls for these roads?
2) Don't you think you are allowing the toll agencies to loot the customers by collecting tolls for the incompleted roads?
3) Do you think charging 100 rs for one side is fair for this kind of complete toll road?

The washroom is very unhygienic and there was no electricity at night and there was no water for flush and to wash hands. It frighten me when i went in that washroom because it is not at all safe for a female to do toilet at such dark place.

There is around 1feet height water clogged on the national highway 222 near link road to kedgaon, near railway cross bridge, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. Due to this heavy traffic is seen. The total highway of 30 meter is damaged badly. I have attached a photograph of cross section of road... Please repair it as soon as possible. The photograph is not uploading due to technical error.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the pathetic state of NH48 roads specially 20- 30 km from Shahjahanpur toll plaza (Taking 155 Rs for one side trip ) towards delhi.
For the last four months, the road has been almost impassable, but no action has been taken.

The road is not patched and a rough and uneven layer of concrete was dumped on these segments which made it extremely hard to drive on these segments. The surface of the road was also broken by rains which have created the craters, making the journey even worse. Most of the vehicles keep avoiding these concrete patches and stick to one side of the road resulting in slow-moving traffic/Jams/accidents
Creating damage to vehicle aligment and tyre puncher
So; I request you to take an immediate step to repair the roads.

Unauthorized charges on 01/09/2022 &n 06/09/2022 on western periferal expressway of rs debited 245 and 200 inplace of rs. 45 only.

Myself residing in Guduvanchery and working in Sriperumbatur
where i will cross the Varadharajapuram Tollgate on daily basis.
past 5 months i'm asking for the Tollgate Local Pass which is deined by the people in the Toll .

Sir, since last 6 months the road construction is stopped completely from Siddheshwar market yard to mulegaon. Service road work is incomplete that is why vehicles are using wrong direction to enter inside City roads. That is creating danger of accidents. Who is responsible for those accidents if takes place? Common man is not in a position to drive in the right direction because of this.Electricity polls are in between road. don't know why this much negligence towards human lives.please look into the matter and complete all pending work.

Please return my extra charge which is charged by you otherwise I will go to court against you.

Today morning at Dhaneshwar toll plaza on NH76 toll staff blocked the scanner and told me that my fast tag not working, so either I pay penalty or buy Paytm fast tag. I insisted that my HDFC Fasttag has Rs 4000+ in balance but he refused to listen to me and sold me Paytm fast tag . In subsequent tolls my both vallets got toll deductions. Man responsible for this act was Some Mr Ajay. Please look in the issue.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We want to bring this to your notice that a service lane connecting gram Manoharpur, Moradabad Underpass to Krishna bal Vidya mandir school underpass Mangupura is extremely under bad condition and have quite a lot of potholes and too narrow. This condition of the road makes it accident prone and a cause of great inconvenience for the dwellers and the general public. the children also face a lot of difficulty while travelling to and fro from school and there has been always a fear for safety of the children among the parents.
Therefore we humbly request you to please look in to the matter and get the road repaired and wider.

Fastag scanner not properly working .
They enter fastag vehicle no manually.

My issued fastag under exempted category (34- persons with disability) was damaged due to broken winsheild of car and looking for replacement of fastag. But unable to do online as there is no option for replacement. Kindly look into the same and resolve issue and hence provide new fastag under exempted category i.e 34- persons with disability. Respected Sir,
Refer to the subject, I am writing a complaint about the extremely slow progress of road construction and dangerous road condition on the A’nagar to manmad State Highway-10.
You may also be aware this highway is most important and used by all types of heavy and light vehicles as well motorcycles and public transport.

Due to road condition, in past one-year multiple accidents happened with all such vehicles and all ages of humans died in these accidents from the age of 6 month baby to age of senior citizen but nobody cared about safety and security.

The highway contractor, when he started work on the highway, Mostly we found that ignorance of the safety display board as well which also affect thousand of human life within past one year. Even for the past few months, it has been under construction but later the contractor stopped work completely.

Sir, Please highlight this issue with seniors and respective authority departments on priority, Because in Ahmednagar there are no famous rich businesses, if they die or injure then to start road work immediately.
This road in 90% dangerous means our safe life in 90% dangerous zone. Why Sir? You, me and our family only using this road to travel daily. Right.

On this highway, One Saibaba Devotee lost his entire family and his 6month baby, Just because a safety sign board was not there, and had a major accident with his family.
The week before one guy died in a road accident at Rahuri, Who was the only source of income for his family. One farmer lost his wife and he is now handicap for a lifetime.Why?

Common people’s life is really not important or does someone rich only have to die on this Ahmednagar to Manmad Highway? Each human life (rich, middle, and poor) is also that much important even equally animal life is also important.

So, our concern is only with the concern of road safety and passenger life safety who is the taxpayer of this country.

It is a major inconvenience for all o[censored]s including you all who use the A’nagar and Manamad highway NH-160/MH-SH-10 on a daily basis. Daily on this road off the record incident happened which is not recorded to govt record as well. Try to understand our concern is all about safety 1st, So please take necessary actions on priorities because we can save many lives.

Please consider speeding up the construction as earlier as possible with all safety display board compliance.

Line number 6 got sticker for 20 minutes. Many cars and ambulance is waiting for their turn and after 20 minutes they clear the line.

As per the government of India order, there should be no other toll present between two within range of 40 km, but toll plaza near d mart nelamangala connecting to tumkur is looking closed but debiting amount from fastatg when we pass through it, I'm raising this complaint to look out what hapening there, many people are complaining but no one care, I hope you look out nd give solution,

In Surapattu Toll Plaza There is no form of digital payment if fastag doesnt sufficient balance then only form of payment is cash. Is this what the Rule says?

In surapattu toll plaza there was no digital payment .if fastag doesn't have sufficient balance only mode of payment is cash. is this is only type what all toll plaza is following?
