Toll on all vehicles should be abolished immediately as the same takes a lot of time when passing through a toll plaza. Instead one time upfront toll tax may be taken at the time of purchase of vehicle. Present toll plazas may be converted into check for weighing of commercial goods loading vehicles. This will also lead in more collection of tax bcaz there is a lot of corruption at toll not only by employees but also by toll companies of which many show losses but re-apply/bid for toll collection.

A unauthorized cut open by dhaba owner near sikandrabad bypass flyover on nh 91 for illegal passing customer vehicle like roadways bus and trucks maybe with the cooperation of your officers. It is a big issue can create a serious accident on nh 91. So requested to you kindly close the unauthorized cut as early as possible and take appropriate action of those who is responsible for that.

BETL Bangalore Attibele toll gate traffic jam every morning towards Bangalore and evening towards Hosur

Because of this it takes 10 to 15 minutes every morning and evening to cross this toll gate

Please ask your person to visit Attibele toll gate between 8 am to 10 am a then you will understand how difficult is for a commuters to wait when they are going to office.

I'm not sure still you need more data or explanation. Even I tried to add photo but could not sure to low memory error from your site. So please check and visit the site and do the needful to public.

Is there any rule indicating that if we stuck on toll plaza more than 3 minutes due to non management of toll plaza officials, we can deny the toll tax..? As i have seen many videos regarding this & it usually happens with me @ mumbai toll plazas and also at worli sealink toll.

We have request to road crossing facility for human at new b-colony gate in kondapalli, krishna district, andhra pradesh on nh-30 (Vijayawada to jagadalpur... National highway). This is 4 line highway with divider, no crossing facility to nearly 1 km and strongly built by iron railing nearly 4 - 4.5 feet height. Hence please arrange the crossing...

This is regarding the access to nh 17 from veerad road (Moothedam rd on google maps) in vazhikulangara, n. Parur, cochin, kerala. After the land acquisition for broadening of nh 17 few years back the access to nh17 has been a mud path from veerad road which connects kaitharam area to nh. The residents in the area fill it up with sand or level it some way when it becomes impossible to use the stretch without reminiscing the time our ancestors used bullock carts. This has to be done often as the filling gets washed away easily.
There has been various maintenance activities that has taken place on veerad by the pwd (Kottuvally grama panchayat) and also on the nh. But pleas to tar this stretch was only responded by pwd with 'it belongs to nhai, not pwd' whereas the nhai responds with ' the road widening project is still under discussion so we can't do anything on the land aquired.
Since the whole purpose of both authorities is to provide better transportation facility and accessibility for people i request nhai to either tar and make an extension or give orders to pwd to provide access road.

I want to know the actual timing at toll booths of nhai. I always spending minimum 20 min. To half an hour.. So i just want to verify that what is rule for compansation given to vehicle owner or commuter?. What is actual waitng time for vehicle to wait for its turn at toll booth? How the calculations done for the charges of vehicles to run at highways at all toll booth? Is it necessary to paid the said amount by toll plaza? How it may be checked?

Daily i am crossing nh7 etturvattam toll plaza.
I am just using only 8 kms from my native to cross that toll palza, but still they (Toll operators) asked to pay toll.
Daily i need to go sattur which is the nearest town for me.
For purchasing groceries, vegetables, fruits, sometimes hospitals, for all purpose i need to go there.
Sometimes there will be multiple time visit.
Now my question is, why i should pay toll for reaching nearest town.
I have local regd car as well.
Please explain how i can avoid paying daily toll fees.

We waited 25 min for pass through kaja tole plaza between vijayawada and guntur.
We asked when we paying rs.128/- for up
And down about waiting and rules. But
They simply laughed and said no rule.

As knowing the supreme court bench of justices gyan sudha mishra and pinaki chandra ghose, on april 17 2014 set a new deadline of march 31, 2015, for the 29./. Project that remains to be built, still pending till 2017 half year has crossed. It is my submission to be closed the toll plazas of soma isolux panipat jalandhar on nh-1 highway, as somaisolux has been collected all the project money before stated in court orders also, so it must be closed and commuters should be freed from this toll fee taking by soma isolux as the private vechile paid one time road tax on purchasing.

At gt road paragpur jallandhar near amar highway filling station there is a large pit in the centre of the highway.
At 10:00 am when i was passing by from the road my car hit that pit because of which the left front tyre of my new car innova crysta bursted. I had to look for a mechanic in this scorching heat and got my tyre replaced. It took us about 40 minutes for the same.
My car no. Is pb08dl0432. I got diesel filled and air in my tyre after it got replaced, the receipt of the same is with me and of the pit as well.
I request you to look into the matter and get the roads replaced. It is the main highway and there are not one but many such pits.
You should understand that it's not a matter of a tyre being burst or our time be wasted but it is a subject of life and death.
Our car could have turned to the left and there were other cars passing by, i never had an option to go either to the left or right side of the road or hit the brakes because there were other cars alongside. And it should be noted that our speed was only 30-45kmph.
I as a citizen did my best to save other people but it is your responsibility to do the same for us. I request you to look into the matter and take an instant action before it gets too late.
I have faith in the system and i hope i will not be disappointed.

While going from ambala to chandigarh on july 09, 2017, i happened to cross the toll plaza at about 13.11 hrs.

There was a traffic jam at the toll plaza and it took me about 10 minutes to reach the toll window, i also have a recording of the same.

When i asked the person about how much time a person is supposed to wait after which he is not supposed to pay the toll, i was told by him that there is no such rule....

Recently, government of india sanctioned a bypass road in our village. At first the highway authorities opted one route, later the respective authorities have changed the route path of the plan. But the issue is the path which they opted first is having many government lands. Of a sudden how the path is changed by not acquiring government lands and acquiring farmer's lands. Even this plan it will increase the budget of the governments proposal. As far as the local saying, few people have influenced the authorities and changed the route map with some influence (Name, money, etc..). If the above rumor is true, then it will be a clear evidence to the people of india that influence will be a easy method in our country by forgetting the benefit of poor farmers. So we request you to check and verify the budget of money spend by the nhai authorities for that particular nh 165 project and how much the government have to pay by not acquiring the government lands and occupying farmer's lands. With respect to the above case, we request you to probe the issue with a proper investigation and try to function the project with out any influences and benifit the govt of india.

I travelled from jammu to amritsar on 13.07.17. The staff at toll plaza on pathankot to amritsar road on amritsar side collected toll of rs 85.00 from me. This was done inspite of my repeated requests that armed force personnel even in their private vehicles are exempted from paying toll. But all my requests fell to deaf ears of irb staff which manages that toll plaza.
Requested to do the needful.

Today we reached at toll plaza at 12.37 and exited at 12.51. Mean while we asked for move out there staff blocked us and forced to pay, we informed them regarding the delay of time they asked us to show the rules. After all this conversation we paid and left the toll by 01.07am hope next time at least staff should aware of these information attaching traffic photographs

Durg bypass charging toll for two wheelers .My house is near toll plaza.Every day they used to stop me and charging 15 Rs for single journey. I want to know local people travelling by two wheelers has to pay toll or not.If yes why they are taking 15 Rs.They were taking charges from may 2017 then next month they have not taken any charges.Again they are taking charges from July 2017.

मंगलवाड़ चौराहे से उदयपुर यात्रा के दौरान पाया कि रोड में काफी गड्ढे हो रहे है, ऐसा प्रतीत हुवा की हम किसी ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में कच्चे रास्ते पर सफर कर रहे है। राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग होने के बावजूद रोड को स्तिथि बहुत खराब है, ऊपर से टोल प्लाजा द्वारा भारी भरकम कर लिए जा रहा है, कार की कर दर 75 rs है। अतः इस संदेश के माध्यम से आग्रह है कि जब तक टोल कंपनी द्वारा रोड ठीक नही किया जाय तब तक ग्राहकों को कर में छूट दी जाय

I was driving from Hyderabad to Bengaluru on 2nd July 2017 and almost I waited for an hour at NEHRU OUTER RING ROAD SHAMSABAD TOLL PLAZA - Nanakramaguda Toll Plaza... For 3 lanes there are only 2 Toll booth counters and vehicles from 2 lanes merging to single toll booth counter which causing the delay... This is really worst plan and causing much delay to the commuters.

If there is no response on this complaint I will appeal to the next level.

I wish to draw your attention towards the poor maintenance of road in NH16O near Pimplas, Bhiwandi, Thane district, Maharashtra.
The incident took place on 02/07/2017 at 11.30pm. while we were driving from Kalyan to Mumbai. We became the victim of the deep potholes and the front tire of our car burst, because of this we faced alot of problems also it resulted in an expensive damage to our car.

These potholes are are causing many problems in this area. Driving has become a nightmare here. These potholes can cause many accidents and wrongful deaths in future if necessary action are not taken.

I, therefore, request you to kindly take necessary action to improve the condition of this highway.

It is clearly mentioned that an executive magistrate shall not be charged at a tollbooth lying under his work space. Still the DWO (district welfare officer) was harassed repeatedly for money even after he was traveling with the designation board on his vehicle which clearly mentioned that he was executive magistrate. And furthermore they disagreed with the fact that the DWO is an executive magistrate. If such unknowledgeable and irresponsible people are present at the tollbooths as the head supervisor, it shows a really bad face to the people. These people wasted more than half an hour at 23:00. They also misbehaved with the driver and refused to contact their senior when asked to. This incident is of Dedarganj tollbooth Patna Bihar.
