Yesterday I was travelled to Bidar, so toll plaza TP02 kamkole management took extra amount with me, I asked thoroughly but they said silly reasons to me, and I need to take this as serious no one is answering and no one is responsible over there ..

I have shown toll free pass konkan ganeshostav 2022 for my car 22BH2996A at Talegaon Toll Plaza on 28/08/2022 still my FASTTAG is debited for Rs.203/- vide challan no.MAKGN254AN4100026. Kindly refund my toll amount

The entire stretch of roads after crossing Adilabad towards nagpur there are so much of pot holes and very bad quality of roads for this kind of road i have been charged several road toll plaza changes that too from Rs. 100 to Rs. 50 each tolls.

Toll plaza - 1. kelapur, 2. Pippalwada

But there is no proper maintenance of roads all the public vehicles are facing huge difficulties in this worst road.

Hence pls take necessary action immediately. Don't collect toll on these roads untill you provide good condition roads.

On 11 Aug, I was travellng from dewas to Indore around 7:30PM, Near to Kshira one by one new Tryes of My Vehicle were fully tear and busted due to damaged road. I was travelling with family and by God grace nothing happed serious other then tyre damages.
Later with the help of near by Police station people, we have filled ip Damage section which was nearly 1 feet in depth and many other vehicle around 20-25 were damaged till this time. Police tried calling toll people by no one responded and finally tehy helped in filled damage section. Till date, the condition is poor of entire road and I been incurred into loss of 30000.00 due to trye replacement. I request respective ministry for quick resoluion and compensation against our loss, since we are regulary paying toll tax as a good citizen

Vashi Naka toll Naka always have long traffic jam while going to Navi Mumbai to Mumbai and return.

Can you make rule to take Toll once either at entry or Exit, (For entry and Exit)
This will save Traffic jams, save fuel and time.

our pipe line going 1 form to other farm this pipe line was damage and broken by NHAI contractor during excavations of soil plz replace my pipe line

On 24 th of Aug 2022 I travelled to Kathua and crossed Thandikhui toll plaza and I got a message of payment deduction of Rs 155 of Bann toll plaza Udhampur.
After returning again I crossed the thandikhui toll plaza and I paid 160 cash at the counter due to low balance shown by the staff inspite of having Rs 300 in my paytm wallet and I got the payment deduction message of Rs 75 of Nashri Toll Plaza Ramban and Rs 80 at Bann toll plaza Udhampur.
Same has happened with me on 12th of Aug 2022
Kindly look into it and help me in getting out of this harassment from NHAI otherwise I have to take legal action in this matter

This Is To Draw Your Attention To The Fact That There Are Two Toll Plazas Within The Range Of 36 Kms Which Is Totally In Inaccordance With What NHAI Has Proposed And Is Completely Opposite Of What Nitin Gadkariji Had Proposed In His Lok Sabha Speech In March 23

and The Toll Plazas Are At Village Bharudi, Gujarat And Village Pithadiya On Rajkot To Jetpur Highway NH 8B

I am Kasi Viswanathan, a retired Central Government Officer residing in the TWAD Colony 6th Street, New Natham Road, Madurai, Tamilnadu making this complaint w.r.t Madurai-Natham fourway road project, including the elevated corridor for 7.3 km from Chokkikulam to Oomachikulam on New Natham Road, NH-785 in the state of Tamil Nadu.
2. All the roads connecting TWAD colony with the New Natham Road were closed for drainage/underground cable and EB Pole shifting work, but were opened except 6th street of TWAD Colony, which was closed some one and half years ago, (emphasis supplied). On enquiry with the local NHAI (JMC) office at Veerapandi, I was informed that some electrical pole has to be installed in that point then only drainage/underground cable work would be completed and finally the closed 6th street would be cleared. But surprisingly no work is progressing in that particular point even after the lapse of one and half years which causes much hard ship to the school going children /elderly persons and other road users. Also I do not know why that particular point is purposely kept ‘out of action’ causing much inconvenience as above. We request the NHAI authorities to do the needful.

I have been a frequent traveler to Nashik pune Highway. The road situation have been worse despite collecting so much money in terms of tolls, the quality of Asphalt is poor with so many potholes everywhere, i has become difficult to drive a vehicle.

निळकंठ सोसायटी जवळ सध्या चांदणी चौक हायवेचे काम सुरू आहे तेथे रोलरने सपाटीकरण सुरू आहे सदर रोलर हा दिवस रात्र कधीही सुरू केला जातो शेजारील सोसायटीतील लोकांचा काहीही विचार न करता रात्री बारा एक वाजता सकाळी पाच सहा वाजता कधीही काम सुरू केले जाते सदर काम करीत असताना निळकंठ सोसायटी पूर्णपणे हादरून जाते जणू भूकंपाचे धक्केच बसत आहेत
वास्तविक पाहता डीपी नुसार सदर इमारत ही बाधित होत होती परंतु प्रशासनाने जाणून-बुजून सदर इमारत बाजूला ठेवून काम सुरू केले आहे यापुढे सदर इमारतीला तडे जाण्याची शक्यता आहेतरी प्रशासनाने सदर बाबीचा गांभीर्याने विचार करावा व निळकंठ सोसायटीजवळील काम त्वरित थांबवावे ही विनंती

Very bad and pathetic service roads on and around Bangalore Mumbai Highway in PCMC area starting from baner till Dehu road. Service road conditions are very bad and highly prone to accidents in Punawale, Tathawade, Wakad, Baner.
Lots of potholes are seen. Two wheeler riders are risking their lives everyday to commute on such roads. Four wheeler drivers are driving in zigzag lines to avoid the potholes. All these things end up in traffic jam and accidents. If we try to register a complaint inPCMC they do not entertain and suggest us to file a complaint to notational highway authority. Request the immediate attention of concerned authorities in this matter.

Sriperumbudur toll plaza, near Chennai. The road expansion is under progress from Chennai to Walaja. The diversions are not properly placed, roads are damaged. Very difficult to commute with long time delay. Some of the sensors are also not working. Paying so much for toll, but for improperly maintained roads. Vehicles are getting damaged.

Very very bad conditions NHAI ROAD 314.Pavement layer is poor quality. Taribaterdihi bus stop to Purundihi bus stop is very much effected by low quality material. Most time causes accident. Please maintain NHAI 314 road under Bankura District and State of West Bengal

My fast tag is active but toll line tell me my fast tag is blacklist why

Dear Respected Sir,

Good Morning.​

21st August 2022 night, there was heavy rainfall in the Nainwain area, particularly for village RAJALAWATA district Bundi Rajasthan . as per media records total rainfall is reported 219mm in 8hrs only. resulted in a lot of water logging happening nearby the NH 148D between Milestone number 262-263 due to poor planning of NHAI during construction of the road during 2016-17 because there was an old stream/Nala flown from north to south direction for filling of RAJALAWAT TALAB/POND, This Nala/stream collects the rainy water of about 10 KM Radius and flow through the Nala only because there is no way to flow this water through the road. Now the road is the obstacle to this natural water flow. The NHAI authorities laid only one cement pipe dia 1200x1 hence this is not sufficient to take the load of this huge water. There are the following reasons for this water logging in 10-15 KMs radius of this area and all crops of the farmers badly damaged due to water logging. Even about 2 feet of water flew over the road in a span of about 800 meters low lying area at this point of Nala. The main reason for this wager login is the following:-
During the construction of this road, the survey team couldn't do a proper survey of the water flow towards Rajalawata Talab/Pond. They put only 1200x1 cement pipe to flow the water towards Talab of Rajalawata...even this road partially runs through the Talab area...The technical team of the NHAI must be constructed a Bridge about 5 Meters in length so water can be flown quickly and waterlogging can be avoided in the future.
Due to this water logging, the crops of poor farmers are badly ruined.
At that time of road construction, the Villagers reported to NHAI technical team for the making of a bridge in this low-lying area for the free flow of rain waters but they couldn't heed. Even the concerned contractor also did not listen to villagers, resulting in every rainy season such type of water logging problems occurring and damaging the crops
and poor farmers are suffering.
The concerned contractor of this road might be minimized the cost so he could not be built the bridge and simply laid a cement pipe for the flow of huge water.
The Rajasthan government should be carried out the survey of damaged crops and must be paid compensation to all suffered farmers.
The NHAI must be immediately constructed a 5 Meters bridge on this road in place of 1200x1 cement pipes for the free flow of rainy waters.

This complaint is related to my illegal deduction of money from my fast tag.

My car with Registration Number: UP 16 Y 3383, was going on a roundtrip from Noida to Agra via the Yamuna Expressway on 19.8.2022.

My car reached back to Noida at around 4:00pm. Later that night, i.e.., on 19.8.2022, I got several messages w.r.t the deductions of toll on Mathura Plaza. When I checked my phone in the morning, I got around 12 messages from fast tag portal w.r.t the deduction at Mathura and Agra toll.

It is hereby pointed out that 11 times toll was deducted from Mathura Plaza and 1 time from Agra Plaza, in addition to the toll tax cut during the journey. (Please find attached the photos of the illegal toll tax deductions from my account along with the taxation number.)

I immediately registered two separate complaints on the toll free number 1033 and registered complaint no.s 6492835 ( mathura plaza) and 6492853 ( Agra Plaza) respectively.

Kindly look into the matter at hand and resolve the issue by not only refunding the money, but also enquiring into such malfunctions by toll booths where money is illegally deducted from the fast tag account as this amounts to an act of fraud and cheating.
