this is to inform you that today i met with an accident on NH 58 betwwen purkazi and muzzafarnagar due to biggggggggggggggggggggggg pot holes and going to sue on NHAI for not maintaining the highway .However a private company worked on this highway from last 4 years and the situation is more worse then ever people met with accidents regularly and u people even dont want to do anything.Last 3 months back im warned u about the road condition on Facebook but no action was taken now the sitaution is more wors, if NHAI dont do anything within a weak then i will definately go to court.

Since I m a frequent visitor to the Holy place of mathura vrindavan, I go through the agony of sorry state of this road.
If possible please visit the stretch between hodal and mathura, you ll be surprised to see the n number of pitholes which is not only a stressful drive to the driver but also a disaster to the vehicle, the unnecessary a burden consumption of the fuel, and all the more chances of road traffic accidents...The sorry state of affair of this road gives a bad impression to the foreighner travellers too. This kind of scenario is never expected when the people have to pay one sided toll of Rupees 85- 150 per vehicle.
I hope my concern to be taken seriously and appropriate measures ll be taken to allay the anxiety of lacs of commuters like me.

Dear Sir, Patancheru hyderabad (Andhrapradesh) Toll Plaza PATANCHERU MUBAI TOLL ROAD is collecting huge charges in the toll booth.When we asked to show the official gazette and method of calculation for rate fixed. But the TOLL employees misbehaved and not shown the gazetted rates. They are using vulgar language. Pls tell the calculations and official gazette notice also not displayed for public. Pls take necessary action before going to appellate authority. Pls take necessary action on the below mentioned TOLL employees.

I am frequent traveller between korai toll plaza in up between agra and bharatpur. The amount for local travellers are rs.11 the emplowyes charge rs.21/ anyone and leave them and they save rs.10/ on every vehicle and customers too are happy because they save rs. 22/- on each trip. More than that today i paid rs.64/- at lane 5 operatior id is opap123
At 10;26; 19 s/n 2088831. The operator issued a receipt for rs.43/- since i was in a hurry i only cheched the vehicle number on the receipt and proceeded. While returning only i realized the operator cheated me and pocketed rs. 21/-
I hope concerned authorities would do the needful at the earliest.

I, Jatin Aneja is living in Faridabad. I am traveling every day (to & fro) from Faridabad to Delhi. This is to inform you that the following roads are broken and need urgent repair: 1) Road at Ali Gaon Crossing (main Mathura Road) while coming from Faridabad side is broken right just after the red light of Ali Gaon. Due to this traffic gets too slow and which causes long queues of traffic jam. 2) The newly constructed slip road at Ali Gaon Railway under bridge is broken at the starting. Traffic coming from faridabad side is suffering lots of trouble due to this. I would like to request you to look in to matter and do the needful at the earliest. Thanks and regards, Jatin Aneja

Hi- This has been 2 year since we are facing issues with JAM on Toll plaza while commuting from delhi to gurgaon & gurgaon to Delhi. The additional Booth after passing gate # 36 & 35 were not operating today (17th Feb-2014) due to which there was a delay in crossing the toll by 30 mins. When I tried to raise the concern to at cell # [protected] & [protected], Cell # [protected] was switched off and Cell # [protected] was not even hearing my complaints. The guy in-fact tried to threatened me and warned me that I can do whatever I can. This was really frustrating as we do not have any problem in giving toll but it has really become very difficult to assess the time within which we can reach to our office due to inconsistant approach of toll management. Chennai Vanagaram (TamilNadu) Toll Plaza M/s. MEP CHENNAI BYPASS TOLL ROAD PVT. LTD is collecting huge charges in the toll booth.When we asked to show the official gazette and method of calculation for rate fixed. But the MEP employees misbehaved and not shown the gazetted rates. The actual mentioned Base rate is Rs.5.00 and per km rate is Rs.0.65 paise. Pls tell the calculations and official gazette notice also not displayed for public. Pls take necessary action before going to appellate authority. Pls take necessary action on the below mentioned MEP employees.

Sir I am an exserviceman from trichy tamilnadu who underwent a by pass surgery and travelling to chennai from trichy by road and showing I CARD and orders from Highways and minor ports( HV1) ltr no.16188/HV2/2010-1dated 18.10 .2010 and Nhai ltr.no. NHAI/CMU/GMA/off/Exempt/Toll Tax dated17.11.06 is allowed to cross the toll booth without paying the tax but now they are not allowed any ex defence personal without paying the toll tax .kindly clarify the the why we exserviceman are now not allowed it is against order and injustice to the exserviceman .kindly take necessary steps to effect the order for the welfare of ex defence personal. sir/madam while travelling from vapi to mumbai on 23rd January 2014 we crossed IRB Surat Dahisar Tollway Pvt.Ltd. Charoti Toll Plaza NH-8 at kms 420.403 at 5.51 am where we paid rs 82 as a return fair and at reached Dahisar at 7.24 am. While returning from the destination we came at IRB Surat Dahisar Tollway Pvt.Ltd. Khaniwade Toll Plaza NH-8 at kms 470.00 there the representative misconducted and misbehaved with us by telling us that we didn't paid for the return ticket though we have already paid rs 90 for it, he had given us the fraud ticket of rs 60 of single journey of time 5.00 am and didn't provided us complaint book and even the customer care number was not been given to us also the higher authority contact IRB Surat Dahisar Tollway Pvt.Ltd. Charoti Toll Plaza NH-8 at kms 420.403 at 5.51 am 3) Reached Mumbai at 7.24am 4) how we can cross toll IRB Surat Dahisar Tollway Pvt.Ltd. Khaniwade Toll Plaza NH-8 at kms 470.00 at 5.05am on 23rd Jan which lies in between IRB Surat Dahisar Tollway Pvt.Ltd. Charoti Toll Plaza NH-8 at kms 420.403 an Mumbai. there is a fraud going on at the toll. We do have all the details of toll tickets and even of the employ who misbehaved with us.

i am a regular traveler on pathankot jallandhar National highway and paying the tooltex Rs. 35/- per trip for one side but the quality of road is very poor and the company is not repairing the pot hols etc on road on some areas the road is very wavy due to big pot hols near to there toll Tex collection center, i started suffering from backache

I want ur best openion and ur concentration on National Highway 76E.

at the place of Toll Bridge of Tamsa (Tonse) river. near the place of Devari - Village, on the Allahabad - Mirzapur Highway. around 5 km away from Mejaroad to Allahabad city.

this bridge was made a long ago aroun 30 years, from that time the toll tax was paided by the people. the taxes are also increasing daya by day. but local government don't want to do anyhing aginst them becuase they are ingaged in taking maney from the local Thekedars.



it is my humble request to u that plz do something in favour of the people and save them from this unlawful activities.

On 30th december 2013, iam returning from jaipur to kota along my family on my wagon r car rj20 cc 0862, it is rainy day.
At 1:50 pm, when i pass second toll tax from jaipur side after mahendwass, suddenly a cow was came in front of car, now a days the condition of road is very good i was on about 90 kms/hr speed, u think whats happend, thanks god no one was injured.
My point is that when we pay toll tax, is it only to maintain road condition or all others problem solved by them.
I want along with road condition, animals should also restrict on the nhai by providing barricades.
On this day only my car was damaged .But many o[censored]s lost their life .
Who is responsible?

I, Deven Prachchhak is living in Veraval and working with Ambuja Cement, Kodinar nearly 45 Km.far away from Veraval. I am traveling every day (to & fro) from Veraval. This is to inform you that National Highway 80E (Veraval to Bhavnagar) is in the worst condition between Veraval to Kodinar. The surface and polish of the road is totally washed during last monsoon and there are many pits with huge depth on the road. Weekly one accident is being taken place on this road due to pits / uneven road. I would like to request you to look in to matter ande do the needful at the earliest. While travelling from Pune to Satara, just before Khambatki ghat section .earlier a toll booth was in operation. After its subsequent closure, the actual booths were removed, but lane dividers are still as they are.Since these are not visible from far and also are not known to many, some day could cause a accident. I myself am a frequent traveller to KOLHAPUR, and as such use this road many a times. I have often watched drivers getting confused over here and need to suddenly brake or turn their vehicles. Requesting u to remove these dividers. [same applies while coming down [after ] the ghat

This is in connection with the subject above.I am disable person with disability of more than 80%.While I was travelling on NH-1 from Chandigarh to Amritsar I was being harassed by operator and staff manning at JATL TOLL PLAZA near Kurali on 19/12/2013, they forced me to pay me toll Tax in spite of I produced my disability certificate, and same happened on return journey on 21/12/2013 at same Toll Plaza.

They refuses to hear our voice and said that they do not exempt disable person from toll tax, I am sorry to say that
these are the common affair that disable person are being harassed and face hardship at toll plaza run by NHAI.

Staff member manning at these Plaza are violating the order of Govt.of India secretary Notification no-11065/12/2003, dated 14.12.2003 for subject mentioned above.

The order clearly mentioned that if anyone violating this order will be penalized and even may cancel there contract.
So Please look in this matter..

On the way to Simrahi from Dabhanga there in no lights during night at Kosi Mahasetu of East West Corridor (NH-57). Specially in winter when we face fog problem and many accident occurs on NH due to lack of lighting. Although, light stands are there it was in function in beginning but now there is no lights. Kindly do needful for lights on Kosi Mahasetu

sir, i am a truck owner and want to submit a complaint against charging more money. At gorakhpur bye pass (Tendua toll ) near Bihar Border Tamkui Raj on your toll they are charging more money and issue duplicate slips of 375 to the every truck passing(12 tyres). sir this is a huge loss to the consumer and also for NHAI.we know the toll rate for the 12tyre truck passing is 215. so please look in this matter otherwise i will go for legal action. The Roads leading from SenneerKuppam to Saveetha dental college on the NH-4 (the service lane) the commuters (across all vehicles) are finding it very difficult to travel and we are not able to drive at all on the service lane, just to avoid this road, we would have to take a big deviation to reach Saveetha or to travel on the NH-4, and due to the road condition the traffics are piling up so badly during the morning hours, requesting an action to be taken against this, this road is lying this way for the past 2 years and there has been no change and no action at all, if at all they fill with some mud and other stuff which makes the road even worser in 2 days, during rainy season because of teh water we do not see the dept of the ditch and have seen so many people fall down or the vehicles hit badly, the roads so bad that stleast a feet ditch every 10- CM's, requesting some action to be taken immediately.

Dear Sir, When travel Icchapuram(AP) to Visakhpatnam(AP), we cross two rivers Vamsadhar and Nagavalli. Over bridges over them, are not repaired since many months. Recent rains spoiled them further. Night time travel on these bridges is very risky, especially for cars and two wheelers. I advise NH-5 authorities to do patch work on them at regular intervals. with reference to: Srinagar toll plaza, Palwal, NH2, trans no.7GBD0196, ticket no. 0158, lane DM7, dated[protected], time 7:22, the person who collected the toll did not give back right amount, when we asked for money he verbally misbehaved also when we tried him to realise his mistake, other persons working there gathered and started physical misbehaving. when we asked for complaint book, they said book is at toll plaza office . when we contacted Mr.DINESH at office he said the book is at toll booth, so they only pretented but did not provided complaint book so we could not lodge a complaint. so we request you to take strict action, and please also acknowledge us about the action.
