On 21-8-22 i have travelled to Shillong via my own car and while crossing the Byrnihat toll gate an amount of rs 90 was cut from my fast tag of IDFC first bank account and while returning on the same date another amount of rs 45 got deducted which was ok according to rule. But again after some time an amount of rs 90 got deducted from my fast tag account for no reason. That extra amount of money that got deducted from my account i want it back in to my account. Can this matter be looked into, and please provide me a solution.

On dated 20.08.22 we start in from dasna toll to bil akbarpur in the morning they deducted 140/- instead of 40/- . Please find the attached file. Please return back my excess deduction amount as soon as possible. Reference no. [protected] and vehicle no. UP16BN6116 Fastag id no. 34161FA820328E40245FFCC0

I want to bring it in your notice that the toll plaza between kharkhoda WPE (KMP) and kundli WPE (KMP )is not working properly. Toll between these tolls are Rs. 35. They will not scan your fasttag at entry point either you are entering from Kharkhoda Toll or Kundli toll but They will allow you to enter on highway (by reading your fasttag) and once you exit then after 2 days you will get a message that Rs. 245 or 210 has been deducted from your fasttag instead of the actual amount Rs.35.
It has been happened with me on 13th August (8:12 AM)and 16 August (12:14 PM)and they have charged me with Rs. 245 and 210 respectively. (vehicle no dl9car8993)
If you will contact them they will give you false information to contact your fasttag provider. They are cheating people by doing this on both the toll gates to not scan your fasttag. The fasttag scan problem will be on entry point only, on exit there will be not any issue. Even they will not ask you to pay in cash because card not scanned at entry point. Sometime even you pay in as well your fasttag will be deducted with the same amount means you have paid twice the actual amount. I would request you to take strict action against them.

I have already raised the complaint for these 2 incidents (6474016 & 6503829 and shared the desired information at watsup as requested. Please refund my money.

There are craters that are almost a feet in depth The condition of this road is awaiting accidents....

Please look at the condition of road at Bhilwara -Bassi section of Rajasthan.

On kheda toll fastag system not working properly and staff is very rudley and jam more then 1 km and par one vehicle takes 5 mins kindly do need full

Application for exempted FASTAG ( for gallantry awards) duly authenticated wit Application No : RO- DEH -[protected] was approved by RO DEHRADUN on 14/6/22 and is pending for action at CO Division NHAI since long . Despite reminders and Complaint ID - 3279661 dated 16/8/22 no action is forthcoming. Request issue the exempted category of FASTAG. Col Jayant Thapa, Narsingh Bari, Almora ( 263601)

NH 21, LUDHAWAI TOLL PLAZA MR Krishan charges tripple toll fare from me, date 21 august, 2022.Rs 50 charges by cash hand (rs 25 fare and rs 25 penalty fare) Time 17:12:39 and Rs25 charges through my fastag (bank of baroda). So about this matter I would be go to the consumer court if you have not solve my problem immediatly and refund my extra rupees charges by you

Atleast do patchwork of road in kerala day by day accident number increasing the bikera falling the pond in roads. Do action against this

This complaint is to inform about illegal commercial construction on National Highway 25 (NH25) Bar-Jaitaran national highway. This is to inform that unlawful construction is being done on 433/16, Nimaj bypass road, bheru choraha,
NH25, Jaitaran, Pali, Rajasthan. The construction is against the 177 of Rajasthan Tenancy act 1955.There is also stay order on the land 433/16 and commercial construction is illegal on that land. I have complained about this unlawful construction to regarding local authority but there is no response from them. The illegal construction is in under road boundary. Sir/ma'am take action as soon as possible.I have provided photos and video regarding unlawful act.

I was charged Rs 135 after waiting for 10 minutes with in 100 meter range on 21 Aug on Luharli toll.. While asking to person about this she immediately denied no such rule will be there... You have to pay the toll charges Pls refund it

Daily many people face so much big dump and bad roads on highway near karangam... between surat and navsari...due to this traffic also occurs and many people face accidents due to suddenly dump comes on speed..this is occurs due to monsoon but as we pay tall tax so it’s ur duty to repair this..
Please take serious and immediate action.

I have faced deduction of toll amount for 12 occasions (from 17th May till date) even I have not/my vehicle has not crossed any toll road. I am using PayTM fastag, and after escalating this to PayTM customer care number, I have got refund of just 5 incorrect deductions only. Remaining 7 deductions, I have not yet got any refund.

नेशनल हाइवे 112 पर अजमेर से जोधपुर के बीच निमाज गाँव के बाइपास पर रोड बोडर के अन्दर अवैध निर्माण हो रहा है जिसको बार बार लोकल प्रशासन को कहने के बाद भी कोई कारवाई नहीं हो रही है जिससे दुसरे लोग भी अवैध निर्माण करेगे अत : आपसे निवेदन है की उन अवैध निर्माण को तुरंत हटावे

Nashik Peth road. Near Gawalwadi very big pathholes are there. Due to which yesterday late evening car damaged heavily.

This is with reference to toll plaza fees being deducted between two toll plazas where distance of less 60 km is not applicable as per Central teansoprt minister MR. NITIHIN GADKARI said in Loksabha on 22 March 2022. But still toll plazas are operated with in 60 km in this NH65 and NH16 highway.
For example distance between Kalaparru and pottipadu is 23 km, between pottipadu and kaza is 47km, similarly between chilakallu and keesara is 33 km.

These toll plazas are illegally looting consumers money despite government has made officially min distance between two toll plazas is 60 km.
And NHAI not taking any action against these toll plazas operating with complete deviation from ministry guidelines even though are less than 60 km distance between two toll plazas.

Please take action against these toll plazas and shut them immediately as early as possible.

Bad road condition, 10 km traffic jam, it takes 11 hours to travel from Baroda to valsad. My 5 tyres burst in the last 4 months, if called to 1033 help line no for the bad road condition, they never pick up your call. If they picked one in a blue moon they would ask for the landmark of each pit, how many landmarks they needed.

Even not bother to clear traffic,

You only increasing toll prices and we have zero facilities.
