Hi Team,

I travelled on Nuh toll plaza from Palwal to Nuh on[protected] at night around 10.00 PM. When I entered on toll plaza and asked that pls captured my fastag but they said yes recorded and when I exited from Nuh exit point and the toll cost is 45 for my journey but they charged today 200 INR for whole journey from my fastag account. This is not the first time. Pls help me to get my money back and take necessary action...

I used Ghot toll to go and return from Nashik to Igatpuri journy. I crossed Ghoti toll plaza at around 4.00pm on 12/8/2022 and return by same day around 5.20pm but both time i charged by 135rs i.e. Total charged paid 270 for only within 2hrs time.

Pls refund my excess 135Rs.

Reached Nasik (started from Bavdhan at 3:30pm, reached Nasik 11:30pm)

Ekdam killer *khadde* ahet on *Sangamner Bypass* after toll plaza exit. *#nhai* management is aware that atleast 100 vehicles get damaged every night. Was fortunate that my car didn't get damaged even after hard impact because of the alloy wheels and high tyre pressure, otherwise 25+ cars were standing roadside as they either burst their tyres, or broke the rim and had to do spare wheel 🛞 replacement in dark.

Forward to all those who are planning their Pune Nasik travel over long weekend 🧳

Yesterday I was coming from jaipur to bundi with all my family members on NH52 . I was driving the car.
After crossing devli there is a bridge between devli to pech ki bauri. ( पेच क़ी बावड़ी ).
There a mahindra pick up came to my side by an un authorised cut in front of me. The driver was totally stupid. Any how i succeeded to save me and my family.
I request you to take action and do need ful to stop unauthorized traffic from wrong side. It may be harmfull anytime and may accure severe accident.

I was traveling back from chandi mandi toll plaza. The toll person told me that my fast tag balance is not sufficient and asked for double money. I told him that money is sufficient but he told me to pay double money (cash). After i crossed the toll plaza i got a message of money deduction from my fast tag. Kindly look into this matter very seriously, these toll people need to strictly punished

A govt bus from redhills to ponneri stopped at redhills tollgate for non payment of toll bill.
Butt it's not true. The govt officials saying that they had paid consolidate bill for their vehicles and list has been provided. This is purely a communication issue between tollgate officials and govt officials. Why should we public should suffer eventhough bought ticket. This is purely a public neusense. Vehicle no. TN 21 N 1920. I am one of the passengers in the bus. It is already 11 pm.

While traveling on NH-130 we are continuously facing problem regarding domestic animals especially cows there heard is sitting on the road and not letting us to maintain our speed and while travelling in night sometimes we are not even able to see there heard from far distance which leads to jerk braking which is very dangerous sometimes so please try to do something about this

My self kk Reddy traveling from kadiri to Hyderabad on[protected].my fastag was working in all toll gates but kasepalli toll gate andhrapradesh was not working and their mechine was not working and they were behaving very badly and asking to purchase new fastag.These guys tie-up with fastag sellers and asking to buy new fastag.same my fastag was working ine next tollgate Amakthadu.
Please verify and take appropriate action

Road condition is very poor and dangerous in between Aligarh and Ghaziabad of NH91, though toll amount is very high.

I was passing from toll as on 11/08/2022 between 10:30 to 11:00 am and there was a multiple scan of toll but due to technical issue it wasnt able to get deducted. As the toll staff asked for cash double i asked him for the re scan the fastag and sudden another person came and than he argued heated. After paying the cash aslo there was a try to assualt upon me on karjan toll booth no 20 on same time by staff name nilesh gohil and one another.

At Joya toll plaza road condition is severe due a huge pot hole. Our two tyres of car are bursted due to that. This pot hole can cause severe accidents here. Please repair it as soon as possible.

Sir I crossed Brijghat Toll Plaza (U.P) today 11 Aug 2022 at 7:46pm by My Car Up26y 2017, the amt of rs 95 was deducted instead of rs 55 from my Paytm Fast tag, please refund my excess amount of rs 40 that has been deducted wrongly.

Fasttag booth is not working and the workers are collect toll by hand and as per the law they can't collect the toll if the the toll booth is not working and the workers their is also abusing and fight and misbehaving act with me and my family.

MY CAR NO. MP08CA3445 paid RS 80.0 TOLL AT choundha on 25JUL2022, at 11.38AM Txnld;[protected] this amount is deducted FASTAG NO.34161FA820328E[protected] . In actual nither me nor my car did not traveled through this toll plaza in life even that day I and my car stay in garage my native place GUNA m.p. about 350 KM distance but this type cheating done .I complained through FASTAG PATM but till now no solution so please checked and return my amount @80.0 rupee which was cheating by toll plaza.

Today I am travelling by my car Ahmedabad to Navsari, It's not looks like National Highway, it's like I am driving in village street, lots of Pothole, so much traffic due to bad road conditions.
why should I have to pay, if you can't do properly maintanence.
I am stuck in the traffic (after the toll plaza of surat) since last 2 hours, i hardly cover 1 km in 2 hour.
Very very bad condition of roads.
If we are giving you on bad road conditions you have to do properly maintanence

I Gotesh Kumar Maharana is a combatant member of Indian Air Force am writing this to draw your attention towards a very serious issue of my home town. NH20 has been considered near my home. Home address. Janara bypass, gyarej chhak, Janara, Ghasipura, Keonjhar Odisha. There are many families facing a fatal problem everyday. The highway is more than 20 feet height, and it makes a dangerous approach from the houses to highway. Senior citizens, ladies and children are not able to cross the highway. Everything are other side of the highway. The service road is available at market area but an area about 500 meter side by the highway doesn't have a service road. As per the master plan there is land for service road but may be due corruption the people of this area left on their faith. Many people already completed the local authority and I have completed earlier to NHAI. please kindly look into the matter and do needful.
