It is Brought to your attention that the toll plazas under NHAI are deducting double money from the buses of Faridkot depot through Fastag and causing a lot of loss to PRTC .So you are requested to Refund the Double deductions immediately and Strictly instructions should be given to the tolls in advance that no doublr deductions should be made again

On August 4th 2022 on Eastern peripheral expressway regular charge of my route from Duhai Topl plaza to Dasna toll plaza is 15 rupees from one side but on listed day the tag machine of “Dasana toll plaza” was broken and the toll staff was scanning fastag from hand machine due to which they charge me 100 Rs which is very unproffesional mt Transaction id is - 0010012208060545097569 please take a look at my complaint and refund my money back

I was going from Bara Toll Plaza Lucknow Varanasi Highway I am from Indian Army I was shown the army card but they kept the card with them and refused to give the card and started abusing the manager was also being abused After that I did not let go when I told the manager that you are talking rudely, then he said that we do not accept the card, whatever you have to do, get an FIR against such manager, otherwise I get it done from my department

My fasttag account was debited with rs 595 on 06/08/2022 wit a message that my account debited with 595 at Alep toll plaza but I did not use my vehicle on that day.

There has been a wrong deduction of 265 rs for my travel through jhakauli on 5th august.i got this message 2 days later of my travel. Below is the message of deduction.

Paid Rs 265.0 toll for HR26DW3447 at Main Plaza Village Jakhauli on 05 Aug 2022, 08:33 AM. TxnId: 0010032208070040416013.Updated Paytm Bal: Paytm Wallet- Rs 0,

Kindly resolve and refund the excess amount deducted.

I have two local pass, since this fast tag was introduced on Mayyar toll plaza Hisar. Therefore I recently found out that, they REMOVED MY LOCAL PASS WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE intimation. From, Since last 4 months.

This has caused me heavy losse, mental agony and hareesmet. Due to which i have lost my inner peace. Therefore this can not be settled or covered by any monetary value.
But if compensation of five thousand inr will be deposited in my car fast tag. This will atleast settle my tangible losses.

I am resident of ballari city
Major road between ballari and hospet stretch of NH 67 is undergoing construction from at least 6-8 yrs now
No perfect temporary road is being constructed
There are all diversions on the road of construction site without any service road and without any perfect sign
Traffic on the road is very high due to industries specially Jindal steel plant
It has become very inconvenient to drive on the road
60 kms distance takes more then 1.5 hrs and sometimes 2-2.5 hrs (depending upon traffic rate )
It can cause major accidents because of no sign or improper signs while diversion
So I request you to go through this matter and complete the project as soon as possible and give perfect dates of completion of projects
We are seeing fast development in road projects all over India then why this road is ignored

I am a 10th standard student. I was traveling from edapally to nadathara in Kerala nh 544. I could see the bad condition of the roads. The roads was not well maintained and there were many bumps and pits everywhere on the road. When we were going we saw an accident. The person fell on one of the bumps and caused immediate death. The accident was on 5th of August 2022. I felt very sad and heartbroken. I request the authority to take immediate action.

Your Tool Plaza on Ludhiana Chandigarh highway at Ghulal is totally worthless. 90% of the vehicle is passed without paying Toll Tax their. Every person tell that I am local and pass the toll tax without paying Toll Tax. Its total loss of government and loss of tax payer money. Not a single Private Bus JUJHAR NEW PATIALA DHILLON HAR GOBIND LIBRA etc passed the Toll Plaza by not paying a single penny.

Toll Plaza is totally worthless. If you allowed local vehicle owner than why not you make pass for them.

For testing once my friend came to my house at samrala from ludhiana I tell him to tell that u are local and surprisingly no one ask for toll tax from him. What nonsense and non responsible run the toll tax.

In night all big vehicle pass the toll tax by pay cash Rs 50 or Rs100 to toll plaza employee and cross the toll plaza. Check their CCTV footage of Bike passage where all the non paid vehicle passed through that way.

As a citizen of india and tax payer of india I complain . Rest depends on you what action you take.

धारूहेड़ा फ्लाईओवर से साहबी पुल और दूसरी तरफ फ्लाईओवर से गुरुग्राम बॉर्डर तक 6 किलोमीटर में दोनों तरफ वाहनों की लंबी कतारें सुबह और शाम के वक्त गुरुग्राम-दिल्ली से रेवाड़ी के बीच यात्रा करने वाले हजारों लोगों को रोजाना ड्यूटी में देरी हो रही है। वहीं दूसरी तरफ रेवाड़ी से मानेसर तक के सफर में पहले जहां 35 मिनट लगती थी। अब हाईवे पर लगने वाले जाम की वजह से यह सफर 2 घंटे में पूरा किया जा रहा है।

राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-48 पर जाम की वजह धारूहेड़ा फ्लाईओवर के पास सड़क पर बने गहरे गड्ढे और उनमें भरा बरसाती पानी है। सर्विस लाइन का तो नामों निशान ही मिट चुका है। 3 से 4 फीट तक के गहरे गड्ढे बने हैं, जहां पानी लबालब भरा है, जिसकी वजह से ही वाहन फंसे हुए हैं। वहीं दूसरी तरफ हाईवे पर गड्ढों में पानी भरा होने से ट्रैफिक की रफ्तार पहले ही धीमी है। यह समस्या कोई नई नहीं है। पिछले एक सप्ताह से धारूहेड़ा के पास इसी तरह के हालात बने हुए हैं। हाईवे पर ट्रैफिक को सुचारू करने में पुलिस के भी पसीने छूट हुए हैं, लेकिन हाईवे की बदहाली के लिए जिम्मेदार अधिकारी नदारद हैं। नेशनल हाईवे अथॉरिटी को लोग कई बार पत्र लिख चुके हैं, लेकिन महज कुछ मीटर की इस सड़क के टुकड़े पर बने गड्ढों को आज तक नहीं भरा गया। ऊपर से यहां बरसाती पानी खड़ा हो गया है। ऐसे में वाहनों की रफ्तार धीमी पड़ने और कई वाहनों के इन गड्ढों में फंसकर खड़े होने से ट्रैफिक बहुत धीमा हो चुका है।

निवेदन यह है कि मैं नरेश कुमार गांव कक्कर माजरा जिला अम्बाला का स्थायी निवासी हूँ। मेरे गांव कक्कर माजरा में मई 2019 NH-73 का निर्माण कार्य पूरा हो गया था लेकिन सारा कार्य समाप्त होने के बावजूद मेरे गांव में पंचकूला कि तरफ जाने वाले फ्लाईओवर कि साइड में सर्विस रोड व् ड्रेन का कार्य अधूरा छोड़ दिया गया था जिसके कारण मेरे गांव कक्कर माजरा व् इसके साथ जुड़े करीब एक दर्जन गाँवो के निवासियों को पंचकूला व् चंडीगढ़ कि तरफ जाने के लिए भरी मुसीबत का सामना करना पड रहा है। इस रोड व् ड्रेन न बनने के कारण लोगों को फ्लाई ओवर के ऊपर धुप व् बारिश में खड़ा होकर बसों का इंतज़ार करना पड़ता है। फ्लाई ओवर के ऊपर चढ़ने के लिए जो सीढियाँ बनाई गयी हैं उनकी ऊंचाई बहुत ज्यादा है जिस कारण कई बुजुर्ग ऊपर नहीं चढ़ पाते हैं। कई बार ऊपर से उतरते हुए कई यात्रियों को गिरकर गंभीर चोट भी लग चुकी है व मौत भी हो चुकी है। पिछले 4 साल से अपने साधन से पंचकूला व चंडीगढ़ जाने वालों को करीब एक किलोमीटर गलत दिशा में वाहन चला कर ले जाना पड़ता है जिसके कारण पंचकूला कि तरफ से तेज गति से आ रहे वाहनों से दुर्घटना का खतरा बना रहता है इसके कारण कई दुर्घटनाये व मौतें भी हो चुकी हैं। स्कूल व् कॉलेज यूनिवर्सिटी जाने वाले बच्चों को भरी समस्या का सामना करना पड रहा है। साथ ही इसके साथ नाले का निर्माण न होने के कारण इस तरफ के करीब 100 परिवारों को पानी कि नकसी कि समस्या से जूझना पड रहा है क्योंकि इस तरफ रह रहे परिवारों के घरेलू पानी कि निकासी का कोई उचित प्रबंध नहीं है। अगर यह रोड व ड्रेन बना होता तो इनकी घरेलू पानी की निकासी नाले से जुड़ जाती लेकिन नाले का निर्माण न होने के कारण सभी घरों का पानी सड़क व रास्तों में फ़ैल रहा है जिस कारण रास्ते भी ख़राब हो चुके हैं और आने जाने वालों के लिए परेशानी का सबब बना हुआ है। स्थानीय pwd कार्यालय ने भी इस समस्या की तरफ से आंख मूँद रखी है। मेरी आपसे विनम्र निवेदन यह है कि आम जनता कि इस समस्या पर अति शीघ्र जाँच करके कारवाही कि जाये ताकि आम जनता की परेशानी को दूर किया जा सके। मैं आपका अति आभारी रहूँगा।

There are too many hole in between the highway which causes puncture in vehicles.
There are no washroom service on highway as well which causes great problem to women especially .

i am sahil from panipat, my lorry(HR67B2333) is standing on narayanpura toll plaza district Udaipur on which Bank Of Baroda fastag is pasted, they refuse to charge toll tax charge from fastag they give reason for not charge fastag from toll tax is that fastag is blacklisted, unsufficient balance or damaged fastag but in all of three reasons but all reasons are not valid because on various toll tax is charged by other toll plaza on same date and they did with us many time. so please do needful in this matter.

Recently I travelled from Mysore to Jabalpur by car it was almost 1500Kms. Most of the journey was OK but the stretch of NH44 near Nagpur was horrible. Excessive tolls with extreme bad roads. It was also extremely dangerous to drive during rains. I dont think the roads near Nagpur deserve any tolls. I have provided the link of google map location.

I think Toll amount should be refunded, if roads are not good why should the toll be paid.

On Nashik Pune highway near Sangamner area there are big potholes. This could have caused accident for us. We do pay ample amount of toll and expect better road constructions. Please do address these issues.

I am residing at Gondal dist.Rajkot .Bharudi toll plaza is local plaza for Gondal residents.So i have submitted my local address proof and my car rc book to localite the fastag charges in the month of april 2022. Till date toll plaza is deducting rs.10 for my local car but today 03.08.2022 it deducted Rs.40 for both the ways. Please refund my extra deducted amount rs.60 to my fastag .
