On 31.07.22, I travelled in my car bearing Registration Number: CH03K1194 from Chandigarh to Sonipat and paid toll charges at 4 places. I completed this to and fro journey within less than 24 hours and as per the rules only half of toll should have been charged on my return journey. But at toll plazas L&T Panipat and Gharonda, I was charged same amount whereas it should have been half. Screenshot confirming the same is uploaded in this message. Please look into the matter on why it has happened and refund the extra charged money.

I visited Yamunanagar in my Swift dezire car bearing reg. No. CH 01 BH 5209 on 21st July 2022, I crossed Milk majra toll plaza at 11:00 Am, they deducted Rs 90 from my fast tag wallet, again same amount is deducted at 11:21 AM for same toll plaza. Please check into the matter and refund my amt. of Rs. 90/- to my wallet.

On 26july 2022 Morning i have travelled Enter in chhajarsi toll and exit in ims dasna from my car, Car No UP13Y5641, this is total around 11km distance but they deducted Rs 140 for 11km distance.
On 26july 2022 evening same day and same car (UP13Y5641)i have travelled back and Entered in dasna toll and exit in duhai
Toll price should be 15, but have charged 15 and Re 180 additional from my fastag, I have logged the complaint over NHAI toll free no but no update from their side. I have shared the details and please refund my extra deduction .

Today when i am coming to Bhopal from Hoshangabad aide then at 11 mile toll plaza, assistant at toll plaza told to me that your fast tag showing insufficient balance so please pay rs 30.00 in cash, i have argued to him that i have added Rs 300/- in my airtel wallet and i have also paid Rs 30/- during my visit from Bhopal to Obdullaganj at around 1.30 Pm and how it possible that i have not sufficient balance in my wallet.
He told me again that you have to Pay Rs 30/- in cash due to in sufficient balance.
Looking to long que at toll plaza and to save time, i have paid Rs 30/- in cash and when i reached to home, i have seen message of deduction of Rs 30/- from my wallet.
Means Toll plaza agent are cheating to customers, i want to refund my toll plaza amount else i will go to court.
I also having cash payment receipt and account transaction receipt

Today I return with my Car Number HR30W9355 .When I Reach Gadpuri Toll Plaza to pass my Vehicle due to Low Balance my Fast Tag was not working so toll.employ ask me Rs.220/- So did, not had Enough Cash So I want to Give him By Cash - Rs.150/- and Rs.70/- By Phone Pe Ref.Transaction number T[protected] but he Directly refuse to me for take two Method of Payment and He Take my R.C ..then i Pay Him More RS.150/- Till Then he had given my R.C to Other Unknown person ..He Lost my RC with their Negligence even He also Misbehave with me just only for two Method of payment .so who is responsible for Lost my RC .Please I hope with NHAI Authority that some action must be taken by them.

INR 125 toll debited from IDFC FIRST Bank Tag 3XXXE560 for vehicle no. AS01EF3592 AT Madanpur Toll Plaza on 31/07/22 09:30 when the car was in at home in Guwahati. How is it possible? Please verify and do the needful to return the wrongly deducted amount.

This is the second time i complaint regarding NHAI website.. i was applying for monthly pass for Manesar toll plaza and getting shocked that there is some issue on website and i wrote an email to team and its more than a month they did not even resolve this issue.

Very very poor services of NHAI. We are unable to get toll monthly pass through website for manesar toll plaza

The toll plaza at Thane asked for cash saying insufficient balance and we received deducted balance payment message also 40 rs was cur plus 40 rs cash taken . Scam

As the citizen and voters I need to complain about NH 23, Ratu road to piska mode. Where they make more than 100 potholes in every 50meters. in the name of soil testing And after soil testing every potholes is open and all are more than a half meter and every day it occurs heavy accident. All government and NHAI department know this all things still it is open and every hours every day accident happened in this road because of open Patholes.
Please cover this potholes if you can't do let me know I'll check with other departments.

NHAI knowing this all things still they are sleeping in there comfort chair. There is no person of NHAI in Ranchi (jharkhand) department person who will pick call. They are telling this number is not for NHAI.

Better to solve this problem or fill this all potholes asap.

ALEP Main Plaza 21 deducted Rs 650 for my car on 28/07/2022
with trip number [protected], and ALEP Main Plaza 290 deducted Rs 650 for my car on 25/07/2022
with trip number [protected]. These rates are of 4 to 6 axle trucks, and they are charging those rates for 5 seater car, same is happening with other people, plz look into the issue

Wait time more than 300 seconds and still taking toll at BARAJORE TOLL PLAZA, kept waiting then moved to other line, toll money should be refunded back for car UP32EE0512

I Mohit Bhadani was travelling from Shri Dungargadh to Jaipur with my family in mar Scross(RJ45CH0004). At Jaipur Reengus toll we were standing in Lane 2. We waited there for 8+ minutes behind an pickup.

there was a Big truck which was in talk with the booth person regarding the overweight issue.

When my father went to the toll boy for discussion of the matter the truck driver told them that they are illegally asking for 1500Rs. for overweight.

My father told them that they are standing from more then the due time they said "Koi dikkat nhi hai uncle aapki gadi ase hi niklegi bina toll aap aage le aao"

I was driving the car so my father called me and said "aage le aa sidhi nikal jayegi gaadi toll wale bol rahe hai"
After the Pickup it was my turn so when i was about to cross the toll the barrier went down on Front glass.

Fortunately there wasnt any huge damage but the toll boy said " bhya thoda peeche lelo procedure se nikalenge."

When I reversed my car a little they deducted the toll and said "ab nikal jao, ho gaya"

I told my father that the amount has been deducted from our toll account my father asked the toll booth man regarding the same then he said " Free me thodi jaane denge, Chalo ab aage"

Then I Pulled the handbreak of my car turned it off an steped off my Vehicle and asked him that if there is such rule w=how can you charge us the amount

He Told us " Aage lo ggadi asa koi rule nahi hai"

I asked him to call the manager then he asked me to take my vehicle aside so that vehicles behind me can pass.

I refused for that because few months back when I faced the same issue and drove my car they stopped entertaining my request. (On another toll Plaza)

So I was very sure if I moved my vehicle this time they will do the same.

I stopped there only and continously asked the employee to call the manager.

He went to the office and didn't come for few minutes.
Then the security guard came and asked to take the vehicle forward and let another vehicle pass.
I again refused and asked them to call there manager or head who so ever is present.

Then there HOD came near the booth and said asa to koi rule nhi hai.

I asked them to give an return confirmation then they gave me below attached letter.

As we all are aware its been very Viral on Social Media that the 3 minute rule is to be followed but the Toll Plaza dose'nt follow the same. Can we have a confirmation from Govt. Side that this rule is actully there or not.

If Yes, We need authenticity of the letter given to us.

Dear team over amount debited in my fast tag account please check and confirm..
First time debited total 75 rs and second time debited 35 rs.. And i have local people.. Toll plaza cannot give any explanation about that.. Please resolved this.. Please check attachment.

Mubarakpur Toll Plaza is in 1 km vicinity of Raksha Vihar (retired defense personal society) colony, entrance to Raksha vihar is 50 m from toll plaza. Every time we try tell the staff that we need to go to Raksha Vihar they keep asking for toll payment even if show them our address proof they will harass us and speak in abusive language and threaten us to pay for the toll. They have been harassing and abusing and threatening Local vendors...

महोदय सादर अभिवादन अवगत कराना चाहूँगा कि NHAI रायबरेली के द्वारा, अम्बेडकर नगर जिले के टांडा से रायबरेली जाने के लिए NH128 बना हुआ है। पिछले कई सालों से उसकी स्थिति इतनी बुरी है कि उस ट्रक या चार पहिया चलाना छोड़िये, आप साइकिल नहीं चला पायेंगे। बाकी पीढ़ी में आपका टोल प्लाजा बराबर काम करता है, तो उसी पैसे से सड़क को फिर से एक बार बनवा दीजिये, क्योंकि सरकार तो रोड बनवाने में व्यस्त है, लेकिन आप के किसी भी अधिकारी को ये टूटा और खत्म हो चुका हाईवे नहीं दिख रहा है। आप खुद आइये कभी इस रोड पर तो आपको इसपर गिट्टियों के मलबे छोटे छोटे पहाड़ की शक्ल में मिलेंगे, जो कि कई लोगों की जान ले चुके हैं, कृपया शीघ्र संज्ञान लें।
इसके पहले भी मैंने इस मामले मे शिकायत संख्या MORTH/E/2022/08168
की थी लेकिन तब यह कहा गया कि कि किसी नई एजेंसी के लिए L.O.A. जारी किया गया है, लेकिन बात यह है कि, अगर आपके पास कोई कंपनी नही है तो आप रोड ही बन्द कर दीजिये लोग मरेंगे तो नहीं, जब कोई कंपनी आपको मिलेगी तब NHAI 128 फिर से बनवा कर खोलियेगा, आप लोगो को समझ क्यों नहीं आता कि, आये दिन इस कबाड़ हो चुके हाईवे पर जान चली जाती है गिर कर लोगो की, इतनी खराब सड़क होने के बाद भी टोल बराबर वसूल रहे हैं ।
खैर मैं लिखता रहूँगा जिससे आप लोगों को यह पता रहे कि आपके रायबरेली NHAI 128 की हालत कैसी है।

Respected sir, i would like to informe you that the rohad toll plaza breaking the NHAI rules.. They charged more than basic charge . today i crosse that plaza at 8:08 am they charged me Rs 65 for single entry and i return at 2:04 and crossed that plaza they again charged me Rs 65... This is not the first time sir even they hrash people so many times day by day that's why i want to file complaint against them and i want to take action againat them soon... I also want my money back as soon as possible. I attached the screen short with date and time you can check it give me response as soon as you can...

Employees in the Ambattur NHAI Toll gate are behaving in a mannerless way. And they are treating the people in worst manner. The way of speaking is really bad, and they are threatening the people for no reason.

Senior Citizens are really fed up with the way the NHAI Employees behave. Please help to place skillful and kind behaving employees in the Ambattur Toll gate. Kindly help to take serious action against this complaint.

2. You may see from your various massages sent to me yesterday that my same Vehicle was debited at 5:21:43 PM at Karman Toll Plaza on Palwal Mathura Road side. How can same Vehicle...

I waited for 30 minutes at Village pali railway fatak. But after 10 kms of the same highway at kathuwas toll plaza taken 65 rs as toll charges. Does its government fault or company fault to receive tolls. I hope public friendly government will see on this matter...
