This is regarding the very very bad condition of the national highway
road between Shamlaji to Chiloda(near Gandhinagar). Since the last
three-four years, road conditions have been very bad and even tolls
are taken. One recently taken snap attached as water logging and a
deep hole in the road. Long video and other photos are their but due
to size constrain not attaching this. Also operator behavior at toll
plaza is not proper.
NHAI is not providing the service, arrange for refund for my tour toll paid on 23.07.22,
26.07.22. Payment details will be provided based on your response

I have the honour to inform you that last month on 14.06.22 and 15.06.22 Rs 260 and Rs 300 has been deducted from my IDFC fastag account at Raha and Nazirakhat Toll plaza respectively after deducting toll plaza fees of Rs. 110 and 130 on 10.06.22 and 13.06.22. After my complaint the excess amout had refunded. But to my surprise once again same problem of debit adjustment has been made on 26th July 2022 at Raha and Nazirakhat Toll plaza. On 26.07.22 at Nazirakhat Toll plaza Rs 300+300=600 and at Raha toll plaza Rs 260+260=520 has been debited from my fastag account. Why the same incident took place again and again. This time also debit adjustment message has not been received. It has come to my notice when a message of low balance of my fastag account received, then I checked my fastag account statement.
I, therefore, request you to look into the matter so that I will not face the same problem in near future and please try to detect the cause of deducting of debit adjustment again and again. Latest account statement has been attached herewith for your reference and action.

Dear NHAI,

It's been many years the patch between naldurg and omerga ( Maharashtra state) on NH65 is under repair. When can we get this problem resolved? NHAI is making highways all around India but fail to complete 50 km patch for 5 years now.

I hope NHAI hear our plea and act on it...

Recently saw a video(in social media) from a highway location, which is showing the condition of the road.

In the video, a two wheeler is seen losing control after hitting a pothole. The pothole seems to be repaired recently and the low quality work seems to have made it more worse condition, especially for the two wheelers.

The location mentioned in the social media message is:

NH 544. Potta Flyover, North to South direction.
Between Kodakara and Chalakkudy.
Nearby Toll Plaza: Paliyekkara flyover.

Please take a look at the video and take immediate steps to mitigate the situation.

At toll gate, many times the Operator is not available, so they close the lane manually. And keep the green signal on. This causes traffic and delay to pass the toll plaza .
I have attached the Photo of it.

This happed on 26th July(2.50pm ) at Palavedu Toll at NH243 ( Chennai Outer Ring Road).

This is to inform you that I have been travelling on 17th, June, 2022 to Bahadurgarh at Asoda Toll they deducted Rs. 180.00 on single side and Rs. 70.00 for the return visit instead of Rs. 70.00 & Rs. 35.00 respectively.

I have enclosed the statement of Toll deduction in which you can check the Toll prices deducted earlier on the same route.

You are requested to refund the excess Toll deducted i.e. Rs. 145.00.

On Sunday 24.07.2022 had received a SMS saying that my FastTag had been deducted INR 95 @ Tasawade Toll Plaza on same day @ 11.46.25

Please note that my Vehicle had not travelled any where on that specific day.

Please take this communication as my complaint and refund the amount which was wrongly debited from my account.

Road between Tuticorin to Madurai (NH38) approximately 120KM to 150KM don't have any cateye for better road and lane visibility.

Also don't have any reflectors on to the dividers to avoid any accidents.

This is very hazardous to public. This is a toll road with bad condition. Proof has been added in the video attached.

Need urgent attention....

What kind of service is this same toll centre but money deduction is differ while going to ambala @75rs. Deduct on return @40 rs. Deduct

Sir, I am serving in Indian air force. Today (25 Jul 2022) While I am traveling from Kazipet to Hyderabad in my own vehicle, at raghunath pally toll plaza i have shown my ID card for toll exemption but they have denied and told me that defense personnel aren't exepted for toll tax.

So, kindly give classification on the same and pass circular to above mentioned toll plaza personnel accordingly...thank you

Dear Sir, Indore Dewas road section is in significantly worse condition. On this road, huge path holes in large number. We are paying a toll tax amount of Rs. 60 for this bad road.

Please take necessary action on this road and repair this road ASAP.

The fast-tag-based toll is not implemented still in gulbarga to sedam road. but still, they are collecting money.

Please check is it a legal or illegal toll? and kindly take appropriate action on this.

As per NHAI guideline max wait time at toll plaza is 10 secs after crossing yellow line but I have waited for 5-10 mins and even charged at toll plaza.

I have a complaint of ahemdabad udaipur national highway which is worst road ever from ahemdabad to rajasthan ratanpur border . From 6 years same diversion and uncompleted overbrideges .
Kindly request you to complete it as soon as possible .

The road between while coming from
Bangalore, 7-9 kms before Tumkur and 7-9 kms after Tumkur and also from the other side towards Bangalore 7-9kms before and after Tumkur 7-9-kms has one of the most deadly potholes on the highway

On the way to Bangalore nearing tumkur our four wheeler got punctured
That too at around 3AM in the midnight
This is for the second time we had this bitter experience.
I really want to know who is responsible for this, we literally changed the tire in some pathetic service road

We were traveling with 2 small kids and 2 70+ mom's.
This is really pathetic experience someone should undergo.
For the 2nd time in a year.
Even after a year gap potholes weren't taken care off.

My vehicle number is 21BH1086A registered with NASHIK RTO but then also toll deducted for BASWANT toll plaza which is free for local travelller for ₹210/-

Yesterday dated 23.07.2022 toll amount was deducted for ₹210/- kindly refund to as my vehicle is registered with NASHIK RTO only.

I am travelling from Bharuch to Ahmedabad on NH-48 via GSRTC bus. And our vehicle is stuck in traffic for about 2-3 hours. The traffic is caused by bad road conditions over the narrow bridges on the highway. There are potholes deep enough that even the steel rodes are coming out on the surface. Some vehicle's steel ring of of wheel got bend and got flat tyres. As per the prescribed travel timing we should be reaching Ahmedabad within 4 hours, but due to bad road conditions and the traffic caused by that, we have just covered 12kms in 2 hours, we could have reached Baroda in this span of time had the road conditions would have been better. The bus also reached 45 mins late at Bharuch as well, due to bad road conditions on Surat-Bharuch stretch of NH-48.
Requesting you to please do the needful and rectify the situation as soon as possible.

Toll charges even after waiting more them 13min and ~500 meter queue at Gharonda Toll Plaza. Charged 150 min violating the gvt rule to let customer pass free if wait time more than 10sec or queue is more then 100 meter.

Please tale step and revoke my charges.

He was told that they dont accept fastag even after money been deducted from my fastag paytm account rs110

They took 220 rs

This is unaccepatble
Toll plaza staff cant cheat old people because they are not aware
