Every time when I travel between Mumbai to Surat and vice-versa, 50% of toll plaza FastTag sensors are not working. Even though the public is paying money we need to wait more than 30 minutes in the queue because of this kind of nonsense....

Sir, today morning as I cross karman toll plaza while traveling from kosi kalan(distt- mathura, UP) to hodal(distt.- palwal, haryana)
Toll plaza's worker told me that fastag was not working & they charged me double the amount(170rs) as penalty, and after sometime I got message from fastag that 85 rs deducted from your account, please help me. Thank you!

At 08:30pm on 01/07/2022, I was waiting in que at Landhari toll plaza for around 7 minutes. I asked the person with I card that I will not pay because I have been waiting for a long time citing NHAI rule. I m from jagdalpur, baster dist, Chhattisgarh.There is a toll naka.
My car no is cg04hx0112. I have a vilid fast tag with cash available.
The person standing in toll tell me he will not accept fast tag due to some fault. I paid cash with no receipt.
If possible please check.
I passed from toll naka around 2.55 pm...

FASTtag at Faridabad toll which connects delhi and faridabad does not work properly.They have come kid working on the toll and they do not know any rules around waiting time.Cars with FASTtag have to wait as the scanning system does not work.They have provided scanning devices to people and they can manually which causes alot of delay while passing toll.

The whole point of installing FASTtag is pointless if we have to wait...

Hi, I am Ashish Wankhade. I am having Tata Tigor MH 14 HW0383. I had travelled from Pune to Malegeon via Nashik on 25th June 2022. Total toll charges were around 570 INR for that route for one way. Can you please make it clear about toll charged was appropriate or not.

While coming from Agara on 31st may 2022 to my home Suncity, sector 54, gurugram. I crossed Mahuvan Toll Plaza at 04:55 pm, then crossed Srinagar Toll Plaza at 6:49 pm. After that I entered into Western peripheral road at Palwal toll plaza (entry point) and my exit point was NUH Toll plaza at 07:25 pm. After that I crossed Ghamroj-Sohna Toll Plaza at 07:50 PM.
Massages for all toll plaza were received immediately...

My vehicle number is PB03AG-4767. Today on 30/06/2022 Balluana Toll Plaza, Bathinda Malout, Section of NH-07 and Toll Workers took Rs.110 cash and gave me Receipt No 00013 TIME 10:39:56.

Then at the same time there was a text message show of Rs 55 10:39:35 being deducted from my FAST TAG.
Toll workers on non-deduction of toll tax through FAST TAG even on return took Rs.110 cash and gave it to me...

I travelled from rasoolpur sikrod to kundli today and toll is deducted twice from my account. 30 and 100....

I have entered from bhojpur (meerut Delhi expressway) exit at Dasna exit point of meerut Delhi expressway and entered on eastern peripheral from dasna entry point exit from duhai
Total toll is rs 40+25 but nhai debited rs 180.
I have called to nhai helpline they give me response that ur entry point not cleared so we charged whole highway route.but they have installed cctv cameras on every entry and exit point and even on middle...

A NHAI build a national high delhi to Mumbai, a small part is of this highway fall in haryana, My complain against Toll tax near kund (between Narnaul to Rewari) which is working last 7th to 8th month without complete it and second a very heavy jam near pali railway crossing. People stuck there for two and three hour in routine.these both problems cut pocket
and time all comman people.
Plz do something to resolve both problems...

The toll plaza named Gohana Jind Ludana toll plaza is always giving issues. There are only 3 lanes. Out of that 1 fastag lane is always closed and the staff allows only their known people to pass thru that lane.

They misbehave with the people who raise question on the same and force them to use other lanes only.

It pains me to write this complaint against some Toll Plazas, namely, Dasana Toll Plaza, Brijghat Toll Plaza, and Joya Toll Plaza ("Toll Plazas"). These Toll Plazas have been illegally extorting double amount of money from the cars while we pass these Toll Plazas on the pretext of FASTAG not scanning. They say that we are not able to scan your FASTAG and hence you have to pay double the amount, or we will not...

There was more than 1 min waiting time at bhadbhid toll post near bhavnagar. I have video and photo too...

Is this some kind of fraud happening at manesar toll. I have raised a complaint also with NHAI. Is this the fraudulent scheme launch by govt of India to loot their own citizens. What a shame. Pathetic. Your own money is not safe in your own country.

Govt of India you should feel ashamed first you forced people to use fastag to be a part of this fraud. Will be going to court against this.

Vishankheda toll plaza employees demanded me rs. More than amount display there even I have SBI fast tag card and having Rs. 435.00
I don’t know the name of employee but if I see him I will known him. He stop me at Toll plaza for more than 50min. I.e. About 06:00PM to 06:50PM Dated[protected]. You can also see in CCTV footage of toll plaza.
