Dear sir,
I'm from dehradun, The free pass is not being issued by the toll plaza near lacchiwala, the pass is given free within a radius of 10 km by the government, but it is being said by the toll plaza that now no free pass is being made. while, in front of me someone's free pass created there. After this, when I made a paid pass for one month, he created a pass for 23 days only.
So, it's right or wrong, please solve this problem ASAP

Today During my visit alongside National Highway 45B road, Thoothukudi road, at 7.40 am, the toll plaza at Pudurpandiyapuram lacks basic amenities as the toilets here has been locked leading to public inconvenience.
The toilet block at the toll plaza were closed and the gates were locked with the chains and locks.
The toll plazas falling under the NHAI are supposed to have operational public toilets separately for handicapped, women and men.

So i request the authority to take immediate action against the responsible toll plaza manager and provide good functioning and maintenance of public toilets and basic amenities.

When we crossed daulatpur toll, when we crossed 4-5 km there was a big dig on the road, car jumped and both left tyres got burst, after we came to know that after 5 cars were in the same condition as ours, and we tried to so many mechanics, but everyone declined, and we tried to call nhai too many time for the help v, no one came . Why you people charged the toll, if you can not contruct the road properly

It is observed that from many years this toll plaza is giving concession for KA19 ____ vehicles. Which is not valid in all cases.
Case 1: A second hand vehicle brought from bengaluru or udupi or from other areas of having KA 05, KA 20 registration but residing near surathkal are not getting local concession from this. As they dont have KA 19 registration.

Case 2: Thought in another way, a vehicle purchased from mangaluru with registration number KA19... but residing at puttur or sulya or some other far away places, when he crosses this toll plaza will get concession as the person is having KA19 registration plate, actually which should happen.

So I request to give concession based on a valid address proof not on registration number plate.

The political banner and birthday flex are tied illegal on NHAI street light. Tied loosely which causes threat to the vehicles passing by please take the quick and strict action regarding the issue.

(Near makli, Tci, madavara, anchepalya, dasanpura etc )

Khedshivapur toll plaza is always busy and they insist on paying the toll even after the delay and waiting please that is in your consideration.

Hi Team, this is my 4th complain agains same subject,
I repeat the same statment everytime There are a lot of stands on the highway, so why pay toll?
Do you have explains?
Lots of existent happened, lot's of maintenance, so why should we pay toll?

The following pieces of land were acquired by NHAI for widening of NH60A(NH314) a few years back. The notice for acquiring the same were issued by Purulia Zilla parishad on 20/09/2016. The highway has been widened a few years back but am still at dark regarding the compensation. The details of the land are as under:
1. District- Purulia, Block-Hura, Mouza-Parasia (No. 116)
2. Name of land looser- Kankaram Soren
3. Category- Scheduled Tribe
4. Plot numbers: 6205 (0.0031 acres valued at Rs.19, 767.34) and 6361 (0.0326 acres valued at Rs. 2, 57, 875.86)
Kindly furnish me the following information under the RTI Act:
a) the date when the land was officially acquired
b) the total amount payable as compensation, plot-wise with details like penalty or interest due to delay, if any
c) the time limit for payment of compensation after acquisition as per extant NHAI rules/guidelines
d) the stage at which my case is stuck
e) the office responsible for delay, if any
f) the expected timeline by which I can expect the amount to be paid

Hadapsar All India Radio Pune Solapur Road to Kadam Wakvasti Toll Naka in the city side of the main road in the middle and in the middle of the thermoplastic paint and Cat's Eye due to the accident while driving. Thermoplastic paint and Cat's Eye should be applied as soon as possible.

Respected Authorities,
At NH 44 which was formerly known as NH 2 i.e., GT Road, the drains built between the main road and the service road are left uncovered since 4-5 years. It led to various casualties and minor or major accidents.

Kindly have a look into the seriousness of the matter.

While travelling from Nashik to Dhule on 5th July, Rs. 210/- got deducted from the fastag at the Pimpalgaon Baswant toll plaza, instead of Rs. 105/-. Also, Rs. 165/- got deducted at the Chandwad toll plaza as well...even though total toll on this route is Rs. 165/-.
While returning back from Dhule to Nashik on the same day, Rs. 165/- were deducted at the Laling toll plaza, and Rs. 105/- at the Pimpalgaon Baswant toll plaza.
So for the to and fro journey which should have charged a toll of Rs. 330/-, a total of Rs. 585/- got debited from my fastag account.

Mannuthy edappally stretch of NH 544 is in very bad shape with so many potholes and waterlogging during raining. A road where we are paying toll to travel should not be in such a bad shape. The condition is very bad between palliakkara toll plaza to Angamaly.

I am Tanmoy Chatterjee son of Nirmal kumar Catterjee, my birth place is Village- Gangatikuri, Post - Gangatikuri, Distt. Purba Bardhaman, PS- Ketugram, West Bengal.
Here I want to pull your notice that how since freedom our place not get develop in the sense of road and infrastructure and this pieces of land is basin like between Mayrukshi and Ajoy river, very rainy season it get flodded as because both the river loss it water storage capacity .
There is no connectivity of road from Jharkhand to nadiya .
Here my suggestion a new NHAI which will will be start from Tehatta (Bangladesh Border) through Debogram - Gangatikuri-Nanur- Bolpur- Ilam bazar- Asansol NH-2.
Whole the way the only huge river bridge require that is on The Ganga (Six KM north from Katwa) and rest all the rout will pass between the river Mayurakshi and Ajoy.
It will help border connectivity in the sense of National security and force movement to the border and also will split water block in two so less wastage of monsoon crop .
since freedom Bardhamn and Nadiya are two neighbor district but due to span of The Ganga there is problem in connectivity.
My request to Government of India through NHAI for this highway and hope my plea will meet kind consideration.

I have requested on 06.07.2022 at about 09:00 PM to Mr. Deepak Udhadya (Toll Plaza Incharge, as told by himself) to provide me CCTV footage of 30.06.2022 at about 10.11.26 AM when my vehicle (HR 59/7117) crossed the lane No. 05 of Dhareri Jattan Toll Plaza located at Patiala Rajpura National Highway.

In the beginning I narrated the history of incident that on that day my vehicle got Hydrostatic damaged at Mohali in Sector 79 due to heavy rain fall and I am ready to give in writing and follow the procedure to get the CCTV footage as it has to be submitted to Insurance Company for claim of Insurance.

After understanding the total incident, He told that we will provide and a directed a gentelmen in the same toll plaza to look after this (I don't know the name of that gentleman). This gentleman and I worked for about one hour and able to trace our vehicle.

Then this gentleman told me to get the pendrive so that CCTV footage could be transferred in the pendrive, as at that time I was not having pendrive so I brought my external hard disk from my another vehicle which was parked below toll plaza.

Thereafter Mr. Anil Kumar Patel (IT Head as told by him to me) has been called at about 10.15 PM, he came and bluntly denied to give CCTV footage without FIR. I again narrated the case history to him and requested him that my family is waiting in my another vehicle HR 59/C - 7771 from last one and half hour and now you are denying to provide CCTV footage, this is not fair with us, you could have told in the beginning that we can't provide CCTV footage without FIR.

Further no injury is involved in hydrostatic damage and even I showed him the pics of my damaged vehicle and also provided him mobile number of surveyor so that he could confirm it. But he told I will not give you CCTV footage without FIR and after about one and half hour Mr. Deepak Upadhayay now started saying the same and denied to provide CCTV footage without FIR.

Sir my few questions are about this total Physical and Mental harrasment occurred to me and my family, which was waiting in my vehicle below the office of Toll Plaza for about one and half hour -

1) If FIR copy is required why Mr. Deepak Upadhayay didn't told me in the beginning when at about 09:00 PM I approached him and was ready to follow the procedure to get CCTV footage.

2) Is copy of FIR required to get CCTV footage to Toll Plaza of our own vehicle, if yes, what is the procedure that I shall adopt to get the CCTV footage as no FIR is registered about the incident of my vehicle.

3) Who is responsible for mental and physical harrasment happened to me and my entire family that waited for about one and half hour at Dhareri Jattan Toll Plaza from 9:00 PM to about 10:30 PM on 06.07.2022 in my another vehicle HR59/C - 7771.

04) When I told to Mr. Deepak Upadhyay and Mr. Anil Kumar Patel that I will make your compliment to higher authority, both of them told you make to whom you want to make our complaint, we are on Govt. Job no body can take any action against us.

Sir, as a citizen of this country I humbly request you kindly take appropriate disciplinary action against both of them so that In future no person shall be harrassed by behaviour of such irresponsible person in any Toll Plaza.

Further Sir, kindly provide me the procedure to get CCTV footage of my vehicle crossing from Dhareri Jattan Toll Plaza on 30.06.2022 at about 10.11.26 AM (HR 59/7117) so that it could be submitted to insurance company for insurance claim.

“A document from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways says that road users in a four-wheeler need not pay toll if they have been waiting at the toll plaza for more than 10 seconds. At the same time, toll plazas have been instructed to draw a yellow line 100 metres before the booth entry. If there are vehicles behind the yellow line, then the toll operator will have to let the cars ahead go without paying the tax.” Today i was waiting in a palavedu, chennai toll plaza for more time but still the fashtag got deducted. When i was inquiring that toll employees don’t know even have any info about the law. The only thing they know is if fastag is not sticked that vehicle has to pay double the charge. Kindly assist me to get justice. It is a well defined theft by government. No response in 1033 helpline as well, they are useless.

I have travelled by my car HR14 H 8225 on 26 June 2022. At PIDHI Toll plaza the Toll is deducted twice.
