Sir the street light of service line Dhanger, Fatehabad, Haryana NH9, are not working since 2 year, Hope you will take appropriate step toward the same

I have entered from bhojpur (meerut Delhi expressway) exit at Dasna exit point of meerut Delhi expressway and entered on eastern peripheral from dasna entry point exit from duhai
Total toll is rs 40+25 but nhai debited rs 180.
I have called to nhai helpline they give me response that ur entry point not cleared so we charged whole highway route.but they have installed cctv cameras on every entry and exit point and even on middle on expressway

At that time in local newspaper news is that meerut Delhi expressway some instruments stolen and toll charges doubles from every rider.

As my car was hitted by barrier even after toll fee deducted, and barrier opened and suddenly hitted my car thrice,
At the same time I requested toll staff for this issue, there was proper response and they told tomorrow from toll plaza they will call
But till now I have not got any information, and I waited more than one hour with my family, my journey was disturbed and mental harassment happened to me

A NHAI build a national high delhi to Mumbai, a small part is of this highway fall in haryana, My complain against Toll tax near kund (between Narnaul to Rewari) which is working last 7th to 8th month without complete it and second a very heavy jam near pali railway crossing. People stuck there for two and three hour in routine.these both problems cut pocket
and time all comman people.
Plz do something to resolve both problems as soon as possible.

The toll plaza named Gohana Jind Ludana toll plaza is always giving issues. There are only 3 lanes. Out of that 1 fastag lane is always closed and the staff allows only their known people to pass thru that lane.

They misbehave with the people who raise question on the same and force them to use other lanes only.

Other fastag lane sensor is not working most of the time and it takes too much in cash lane with valid fastag.

This request is to seek support and we request you to please take appropriate action against the toll plaza management team for smooth drive for us.

Dear Sir/Madam,

It pains me to write this complaint against some Toll Plazas, namely, Dasana Toll Plaza, Brijghat Toll Plaza, and Joya Toll Plaza ("Toll Plazas"). These Toll Plazas have been illegally extorting double amount of money from the cars while we pass these Toll Plazas on the pretext of FASTAG not scanning. They say that we are not able to scan your FASTAG and hence you have to pay double the amount, or we will not less you pass. This is being done despite the fact that the reader says "Fastag is valid" and despite the fact that I have balance in my Fastag. This has happened to me on 5 occasions and this harassment of these Toll Plazas simply cannot go on. On 15.05.2022, I went through Brijghat Toll Plaza two times, and paid twice the amount each time. On 15.05.2022, I went through the Joya Toll Plaza two times, and paid twice the amount. On 27.06.2022, I went through the Dasna Toll Plaza once, and paid twice the amount.
This weird allegation of the Toll Plazas is laughable as the statement of my Fastag clearly shows deductions from my wallet before and after these incidents. This means that my FasTag is working perfectly fine. Why should a consumer pay twice the amount if the fault is that of the Toll Plazas?
My Vehicle Number is UP 15 DS 7889.

Kindly look into the matter, and resolve the same, and refund the amount illegally extorted from me, along with the compensation for mental agony that has been caused to me by these Toll Plazas which refused to let me go and had illegally detained me and my car for more than 15 minutes in certain cases. Kindly take exemplary penal action against these Toll Plazas and revert back to me as soon as possible.

There was more than 1 min waiting time at bhadbhid toll post near bhavnagar. I have video and photo too

Is this some kind of fraud happening at manesar toll. I have raised a complaint also with NHAI. Is this the fraudulent scheme launch by govt of India to loot their own citizens. What a shame. Pathetic. Your own money is not safe in your own country.

Govt of India you should feel ashamed first you forced people to use fastag to be a part of this fraud. Will be going to court against this.

Vishankheda toll plaza employees demanded me rs. More than amount display there even I have SBI fast tag card and having Rs. 435.00
I don’t know the name of employee but if I see him I will known him. He stop me at Toll plaza for more than 50min. I.e. About 06:00PM to 06:50PM Dated[protected]. You can also see in CCTV footage of toll plaza.
Kindly take action against him, if you will not take action against him then I will complain to the Minister of Road and Transport Shri Nitin Gadkari ji.

Surapet toll plaza is located within city limit of Chennai -Tamilnadu, collecting a toll of Rs 70.00 which is not worth and not fair, the roads have much potholes and ups and downs, like traveling in a roller coaster, no maintenance. Please suggest me where should I take this complaint?

Hi Sir,
I use NH24 Highway very frequently to visit my hometown (Uttarakhand) from Delhi with my family. In this route we cross 3 toll Plaza's

Chhajarsi Toll - 140 Rs Single Side
Brijghat Toll - 55 Rs Single Side
Joya Toll - 40 Rs Single Side

All Toll Plaza toilet's are in very bad condition, even they are not in usable condition and its a basic facility which should provided on every highway ny NHAI

Please consider this request under "Swachh Bharat Abhiyan" and maintain these toilet properly so that all travellers can use it

Lot of fuel station and shops restaurants are given illegal entry and exit point on NH44 especially near sirhind rajpura regional

This is davala raju, actually the complaint is, our site 0.07 cents was illegally occupied by NHAI. I. E Also confirmed by RDO of kovvur in the form of Endorsement three months ago. Due to From the above from our side two times legal notices are served but until upto this time NHAI have not responded.
Hence, due to this kindly verify our matter and give me the compensation has given me as early as possible for the illegally occupied site by NHAI.

With utter dissatisfaction, I've to inform the Jharkhand -West bengal border on the GT road over the barakar river is highly unmanaged and is life threatning. The police on the West bengal side of border have blocked 2 lanes of highway and only one lane is open. This causes long line of traffic and with more dangerous situation over the bridge where overcrowding of cars and majorly trucks can be seen.

Waiting more than 25mins in the queue at Guduru Toll Plaza on national highway 163 Telangana state. This is a horrible service but still I had to pay the toll free to cross

Currently the tasawade plaza has more than 100 meters line and for the people who know the rule they just cant get oit of the car and go to domeone to tell that the vehincles should be passed. Hen i stopped for the toll, i conveyed the message to the representative that the line is too big but he gave a stupid reason that today is sunday. Where in the rule clearly states that for any reason the line should not be more than 100 meters otherwise vehicles should be allowed to pass. I want a refund for mg toll and even others should not pay until the line is less than 100 meters

As we was Travelling from Pune towards Panvel, we paid Toll amount of ₹203/- at Talegaon Toll Plaza & the Toll collector said that your car will be allowed to pass by Khalapur Toll Plaza by showing this Receipt. Also its been clearly mentioned on the receipt that the Exit plaza for this Toll receipt is Khalapur Off Ramp(West) (I’ve mentioned it below in the image).
After reaching to Khalapur Toll Plaza, the Toll collector denied to pass this Receipt saying that this receipt is not valid for this (Khalapur Toll Plaza), you’ve to Pay ₹203/- for this Toll Plaza too.
I tried telling them that this is wrong, but as their were many cars waiting behind me, I didn’t made a huge issue & paid the toll amount again & left from there.
It’s not a big deal about money, but this things happens with many people everyday.
Kindly Look into the issue and do the needful immediately.

I, Maj Kiran Reddy A serving Major in Indian Army while on duty travelling from Bangalore was denied for exemption of toll tax in my vehicle KL13AS9075 at Mulbagal toll gate and was charged Rs 75 which got debited automatically from my fastag . I have spoke to the manager also but he denied to refund and saying that it should be reverted from NHAI then they will refund me. I request you to refund the toll tax paid by me.
