I am a resident of mohali and i work in solan, Himachal pradesh. I travel for a diatance of 65kms and have to pay a total of ₹135 toll tax for this diatance travelled one way. I encounter 3 toll tax barriers, on at chandimandir another near parwaano and the final most expensive toll at sanwara. The diatance between the tolls is in no way 60kilometres as specified by the transport minister. And since I am working in Himachal Pradesh and not travelling for leisure why am I being forced to pay state entry tax. Kindly look into these matters and solve as soon as possible.

My tanker is standing at mohania toll plaza from last night 17/06/22 15 hour has been past their internet problem has not been solved They are telling to pay double toll tax in cash and pass the toll plaza

This is to inform that I Harish chandra citizen of india crossed mathura toll plaza road on 17 Jun and extra money has been charged from me . The cost to travel through mathura was 70 . And to Agra was rs 155 . however I planned my journey till mathura not to Agra . So in that case only 70 rs should be cut through fast tag.
So it my kind request to look into the matter and refund my money as soon as possible.

On 17.06.2022, at srinagar Toll Plaza (KM 74.500 on NH2) I was charged Rs. 240/- vide Ticket No. 1H6M2563, Operator SAT2279, Booth Lane1 - FASTag, Date & Time 17/06/2022 23.25.53, Car No. UP80EP8176. I told that I have sufficient balance, still Operator not only charged but also misbehaved. Being night time & young lady in car, paid the cash. Later SMS received that Rs. 120/- were deducted on FASTag No. MA3NFG81SJ. Needless to say that there was no problem in FASTag deduction on same journey at Mahuvan Toll Plaza on 17.06.2022 at 21.52.44 & Badarpur Faridabad on 18.06.2022 at 00.53.05. I want my Rs. 240/- back along with compensation and also demand for action against misbehaving employee.

On dated 15/06/2022 heavy rain occurred and whole water passed through my house down the stairs till foundation as slope of road has been made towards my house
The clogging of rain water has lead to subsidence of the floor of 2 of my rooms resulting in huge loss of material and threat to life 2 years ago . It costed me a lot jeopardizing the strength of my house. Now the same problem is happening again
Many times this problem has been brought to the notice of concerned field officials but all in vain
So I request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action and help me to avoid previous circumstances leading to wastage of my time and money creating unnecessary stress

I have a complain for Ladowal Punjab toll plaza.
I am a local resident of Ludhiana. And my office at Vpo Aur. I have to commute daily from ludhiana to vpo Aur.
When I went there to enquiry about local pass. They told me different documents everytime.
I have visited there 3 times. First time they told me that I have to submit car rc and local address proof. Then they told me that in ur Rc address is of Khanna. Then u have to bring local address proof along we office appointment letter, transfer letter, office address proof, 3 months salary. And Third time when I went there with all the required proof then they are asking for secondary local address proof. What is this? Pathetic services was provided there. Kindly guide us which documents require to make local pass on monthly basis.
And take action against the people who sitted there.

Extra amount debited
Dear Customer, ICICI Bank FASTag Account linked to VRN KA36N6339 has been debited with Rs 230.00 for dispute on trip number [protected] on[protected]:40:37. In case of discrepancy, please share RC copy and vehicle image by raising a complaint under Dispute transaction/Chargeback in Fastag Customer Portal.

At baroda and anand express highway toll booth every time I have passed through I have to remain in que for atleast 10 to 15 minutes. The scaning of fastags are very slow. At anand there is only one exit and the time foe scanning is too much slow. And it makes long que. Resulting over trafficking at this toll. The staf are very rude.
Further after passing baroda toll there are always lots of trucks standing on road though on express highway there is no one can stand.

The quality of road on the entire Delhi- Jaipur highway is very bad on both sides, starting from Manesar till the entry to Jaipur town. Can lead to fatal accidents.
Also no planning for movement of vehicles at the toll plazas. At least some dedicated lanes for cars and other small vehicles should be there.

The roads need immediate maintenance

Paytm india was the worst company of india ever Paytm not recharged fast tag about 72 hrs in the name of pan card update but I submit my pan card 72 hoursago but till time pan card not updated and they don't respond but I have call customer care 5-6 times but they did not give right response. Please take action against Paytm and please ban in India

Paytm company regularly create disturbing for recharge Paytm fasttag in the name of not updated pan card and after submission of pan card till date pan not updated and not recharge my fast tag after submission of pan card 72 hours before please ban Paytm to do fast tag business in India

I am living in place near to karur, In between karur to Dindigul NH7 road exactly at place named onthampatti piruvu, malaikovilur, here we are facing lot of accidents due to road angle issue mostly at during rain time. If there is rain we can see 2-3 accidents in one day mostly the cars are getting upside down accidents. In last one year I have seen upto 10 accidents. Here there is no traffic and no houses near, but accidents are happening due to road angle issue mostly at rain time

Could you please take some actions as soon as possible, lot of public peoples are losing their lives due to road mistake not because of driving mistakes, Kindly please take some necessary action...

On 11th June 3:42 PM, I travelled from TSPA to Nanakramguda toll plaza in Hyderabad. But it is deducted 70 Rs. This should be 10 to 20 Rs. it is a FastTag deduction linked to Paytm

This is regarding the issue I faced everytime while passing from Gharaunda toll plaza in karnal. This Toll plaza has faulty sensors, which are incapable of sensing vehicle niumbers/FASTAG and operators doesn't care about blocking line for long delay. Also the staff is very unprofessional and slow.

This is happening when we are installed with FASTAG by Government. Extremely poor service.

I tried to cross toll plaza first, it showed blacklisted due to insufficient balance. I recharged immediately and got an sms for the confirmation of same with updated balance. But people at toll plaza didn't allow us to cross again and asked us to wait for 20 minutes siting that their machine will update at least after 20 mins. Why this bug in technology? If someone's balance gets low everytime they need to wait 20 mins? This is totally disappointing. This incident happened at Narwana Toll Plaza, Haryana on NH-52

1. Number plate identification cameras were not functioning
2. Employee asked for car number, as I did not remember the same, she entered it by herself.
3. She then suggested it is blacklisted.
4. Thus, I ended up paying in cash, 2X the amount, I was supposed to paythrough FastTag.

5. Just as I crossed the toll tax, got a message on phone of having my balance deducted from FastTag account as well. Screenshot attached.
6. Thus, I ended up paying Rs 320 in total, where I wasn’t required to pay any amount as the infrastructure was itself not working.

Request: For a refund of full amount (RS 320 – As 160+80), as no driver/traveller is liable to pay any tax if the infrastructure at toll tax plaza is not functioning. Also please see that the issue is rectified from toll tax / fast tag ed as well and kindly confirm on the same. Please process the refund to FASTag No. [protected].

Today i take a entry from dasna toll plaza and take exit from bilakhbarpur toll plaza . The real amount to be deducted was ₹35 but the amount was deducted ₹140 . My vehicle number is up13bj4084 please refund my amount as soon as possible

Kindly pay attention to the very poor road quality near toll plaza phillaur Distt Jalandhar Punjab.It can cause accidents and damage to the vehicles.This road approaching from laddowal side is in bad condition. It is worse as compared to other toll plaza in the state.
