Respected Sir,

I'm serving in Indian Army. The incidence is Chajju Nagar (Haryana) Toll Plaza of Kundli Manesar Expressway. After repeatedly telling me that I am in the army, they did not give me exemption in toll, but started threatening me that you will go from here to damage your car.
And this has happened to me twice.
I request you to inform the toll authorities not to misbehave with the army personnel, give them respect.
And reprimand the people of Chhajju Nagar toll plaza.
If action is not taken on this complaint or misbehavior on toll then I quote this complaint in RTI 2005.

Toll gates are closed unnecessarily at Ropar toll tax, leading to traffic jaam, congestion and time wastage. Today on 6.6.2022 At 11.20-11.30 pm approx crossed this toll. Lines were closed and it took more than 10/12 minutes to cross the same. When contacted the toll head on [protected], his tone and response was rude and worse. Even was not accepting the facts. Pls register my complaint, get freezed all the record camera recordings etc for proper investigation and enquiry and do the needful so that people are not harassed. Pls inform regarding the enquiry proceedings and outcome.

I was charged 245 from Masesar to kundli on kmp express. This is quite high. I got to know after it cut from my Paytm.

I wanted to inform you that on Eastern Peripheral Expressway I charged Unexpected toll multiple times, 4 times this happened with me, only one time return I got in 45 Days, 3 Complaints are still pending, last time they charged 30 Rs./KM to me which is a highest toll in the world. I am complaining on the behalf of my society Pebbles-2. Most of the street lights on service road outside our society are not functional.
There are 4-5 street lights near Sonak Toyota are not lighten up since last 6 months.

Due to which there is very dark on service road and people are feared to use it.

I have traveled in my car on 05/06/2022 via paranur toll plaza to Puthucherry and returned same evening.
But this particular toll changes the same amount for up and down . It’s not only my vehicle, many fellow travelers also had the same complaints.
Please look into this anomaly.

Moving from Kurnool to Hyderabad. Toll deducted for car KA53N3891 for INR 70/- at Raikal plaza even though the wait exceeded 1minute 45 seconds (Toll is not payable for wait times exceeding 10 seconds) at 355pm on 5th June 2022. Wallet ref [protected], Order ID: [protected]

I went to Gidderbaha from Bathinda on 04/06/2022. On the way came Balluana Toll Plaza. Rs 55 from Paytm wallet through my fastag on crossing it Cut off. 03-04 hours after that I passed through the same Balluana Toll Plaza on my way back. Rs 55 again from my Paytm wallet Were cut. While in the list of toll charges on NHAI website Rs.50 for single journey of car / jeep and Rs.25 for return journey are assigned. Then Rs 55 instead of Rs 50 from me Why were taken? And Rs. 55 instead of Rs. 25 on return Why were they taken?
Millions of vehicles pass through this toll plaza every day. Not every man can complain like me. If thousands of people are being robbed like this every day, then you have to calculate for yourself how much is the illegal earnings of the toll plaza every day. I request that serious action be taken on this issue and this illegal looting of tolls be stopped. At the same time my illegal money deducted in the form of toll should be returned. With this e-mail I sent you a screenshot of the toll cut and the NHAI assignment.

I would like to bring to your notice that I have been charged rs 210 on onward journey to prayagraj from varanasi and on return to varanasi from prayagraj i have been charged rs 105 ...why was I charged doubled on onward journey. I m attaching the order ID number here, kindly look into the issue and refund my money. Thank you.

Toll fee Rs. 60/- deducted from my fasyag account at Keesara (AP) on[protected]:03. Where as my car TS 01 EP 3800 is at my house in Bhainsa of Telangana.
I am very much astonished by seeing the toll deducted message.
So, I request to look into the matter and do the needful to revert the deducted amount to my fastag account

On 04/062022 I was travelling from pimpalgaon basawant to mumbai in Honda city (MH15-EX8114)
I crossed pimpalgaon basawant toll plaza at 18:53hrs.
my car was ragistered at same toll plaza as local car.
I paid toll tax through fast tag. I found that it was charged Rs. 210/-.
Actual official toll for me is Rs 40/-.

Kindly investigate and return my excess amount.
Also see to it that this will not repeate again.

This type of mistake will put question mark on use of FAST TAG facility.

We are coming from Muzaffarnagar and on meerut toll plaza we face a long queue longer than 100 meters beyond yellow line and we are waiting for 10 minutes in queue and we are in hurry because of our meeting and they are wasting our time, this delay effects me a lot that's why I'm complaining, i need compensation for my time and expecting any solution from your side as soon as possible. As on 04.06.2022, passed from Shahabpur Toll, Toll Tax not deducted from Fastag linked with above said Chasis No.
Kindly recover the Tax at the earliest.

We started from Panvel towards Pune. At start of Pune expressway, amount of Rs. 203 got deducted from Fastag.. At the end of expressway toll my fastag account balance was low.. So again they charged me Rs. 203 instead of Rs. 67. And this time i have done Gpay as balance was low.. Gpay No. [protected]. You may cross check.

Dear Sir, I have submitted my documents at Nearest toll Plaza for Local charge.
When I reached at toll Plaza I get to know that I have to resubmit documents for avail local charges. We expect document submission is one time process so we don't need to remember document submission again every year.

There was a delay of more than 5 mins to cross the toll, in omalur toll plaza in Salem Tamilnadu, we were not allowed a free pass due to the delay. When asked for free pass, the operators were not complying

The time of crossing is around 6.10 pm on 4th JUNE 2022

I’ll appreciate a full refund of toll charges.

Pl let me what other details will be required for refund
Also, do we get a compensation for the delays

I would like to inform you that the national highway no 344 has got very big speed breakers/joints which are very dangerous. Highway is where vehicles runs at a very high speed and those big joints/speed breaker can cause a big harm to children, old people and pregnant ladies. So i humbly request you to repaire the highway between saharanpur and yamunanagar area. I have also sent this complaint to respected Nitin Gadkari sir and respected chief minister o[censored]ttar pradesh.
