Respected Sir,

This is to bring to kind notice that at Chaara Toll Plaza (lane No. 14), District Jhajjar, at around 8:10 A.M on 31.05.2022 due negligence of toll official, the toll boom barrier fall on my car No. HR 10 AG 6961 which created dent on the car roof. The plaza officials have gone trough the video of entire incident and they have realized the mistake on their part. But they are not ready to compensate for the damage/dent caused on the car roof by the boom barrier. The behavior of the senior officials present in the office premises, was rude and irresponsible.
Towards the same I would like your good-self to kind take a strict note the same and resolve it by providing necessary refund/repair for the damage/dent caused to the car.

The survey of NH 66 Bypass crossing through my backyard, a permanent resident of Kallukettu Chira area in Chirakkal Panchayath, Kannur District, Kerala, is in progress. I lost about a quarter of a cent of my property and received compensation. But when the follow-up work started, the soil was taken to a depth of about twelve meters and my house was severely threatened. The building is shaking and cracking as vehicles travel as part of the work. In that case, I would not even sell my property or stay here. We ask that justice be done to us and that steps be taken for our rehabilitation.

This is to let you know that two out of only three toll exits at Bilakabarpur toll plaza on the Eastern Peripheral expressway always remains closed, some permanently throughout the day and some always after 9 pm or so. As a result we have half an hour or more waiting time but I know filing this complaint is of no use as you can't make the local toll booth contractors work!! They will take salary of course but no official can ensure all toll booth exits and entry remain open. So I am filing this complaint after exhaustion but also know, NHAI is not capable of resolving it. Thank you

நான் மேற்கண்ட முகவரியில் நிரந்தரமாக வசித்து வருகிறேன். என்னுடைய சொந்த நிலத்தை அரசு விக்கிரவாண்டி -தஞ்சாவூர் தேசிய நெடுஞ்சாலைக்காக என்னுடைய பூங்குணம் கிராமம், சர்வே எண் : 13/1ஏ ன் நிலத்தை அரசு கையகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. அந்த நிலத்தின் மதிப்பு என் பக்கத்தில் உள்ள சர்வே எண் :17/3, 27/2சி, 27/15, 27/14பி, 27/16ஏ.1ஏ. 1 நில உரிமையாளர் பெற்ற தொகையை காட்டிலும் மிக மிக குறைவாக தொகை கொடுத்துள்ளார்கள். இது சம்மந்தமாக வட்டாட்சியர் அலுவலகத்திற்கு நில எடுப்பு சம்மந்தப்பட்ட அரசு அலுவலர்களிடம் கேட்டால் உரிய பதில் சரிவர கொடுப்பதில்லை ஆகவே அய்யா அவர்கள் நாங்கள் பூர்வீகமாக அனுபவித்து வரும் எங்களுடைய இடத்தை அரசு எடுத்துகொண்டதுடன் அதற்கான உரிய நிவாரணத்தொகை ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் ஒவ்வொரு என்னுடைய நிலம் வீட்டு மனைக்கு அருகாமையில் உள்ளதால் அதை கணக்கீட்டு இழப்பீட்டு தொகை வழங்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

ஆகவே அய்யா எனக்கு மற்றவர்களுக்கு வழங்கியது போல் எனக்கும் உயர் மதிப்பீட்டு தொகையினை வழங்க ஆவண செய்யுமாறு தங்களை பணிவன்புடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

Two time debited amount

Dear sir,
I am Deepak Kumar having my car Santro (2018) at Roorkee.
Today, At 6.20 pm I got the message that my car passed through chhapar toll plaza at 5.59 pm and Rs 55 deducted at 6.19 pm ( After 20 minutes ? ).
While my car was with me at Roorkee and it didn't run any distance in last 20 days.

Kindly sort out the issue.

On 28/05/2022 (saturday) i was travelling from pune to mumbai on the pune mumbai expressway and took halt at lonavala. While travelling from pune to lonavla at talegaon toll plaza on yashwantrao chavan expressway Rs 203/- was deducted from my HDFC fastag account. Again on next day 29/05/2022 (sunday) while travelling from lonavla to mumbai again Rs 203/- was deducted from my fastag account at Khalapur toll plaza. The total toll for travelling...

I got below message two days later i passed by jakhauli toll. It supposed to be 85rs . But toll deducted 265rs. Please reverse the extra amount to my Paytm .

Road side Thorn trees, Road side Thorn trees and There are a couple of potholes on the road. please solve the problem.

I am travelling with my family from Ahmedabad to Surat to my home, my car fastag was not able to scan in system, they tried in many ways, we request him that if not possible to scan let us go, they started shouting on us, they started threatening to us, they gathered all employees and tried to get out from car and did very very very unwanted drama, is this way they can behave, is this way toll booth gang could threaten us? Is this way citizen of India can slave of toll booth ggoondas ? I want strong and strict action that they behave good in Manner and they must update their scan devices so that travelers on road can have easy scanning. I am in first lane from Ahmedabad to Surat way, time was 2.30 am in night, date: 30 May 2022. Transactions id: 0010032205300236057799. They did such things number of times so that I have to Register complaints, they seriously believe themselves king, behave totally rude.

I am from rohtak and i visit near by district often and pay toll tax on each plaza but road from rohtak to rewari is so worse that people think are we paying toll tax for this 3rd class road. Why this is happening. People pay hard earned money to these plazas for smooth roads but there is no road. Is there any platform where somebody will solve these problems. Why these people making India worse day by day.

2-Ref my complaint no5912533 dated 19/05/2022.3-Sir, my car DL8CAK1245 is standing in my residence at PRAYAGRAJ (UP) on same day and amount of rupees 70/- has been deducted through above txn details by KASHI Plaza DME KM5823. No any resolution of above complaint recieved till now. I request you to check for earliest resolution of above mentioned matter and also provide a copy of veh photo which passed through that tolls on date 11/05/2022.An early action is needed.Thanks

I am senthil kumar and was traveling from Bangalore to chennai on 28 May with family when we were near pallikonda toll plaza due to heavy traffic in connecting road as per Google map we diverted and tried to join the highway near a place called ramapuram..
But there was a checkpost and a man was standing and not allowed us to pass and said that vehicles must not come this side as per collector order and he said that we was police.
As my daughter was sick I requested to allow but he threatened us and was very rude and asked us to go back and pay the toll..
Can u pls check if there is any collector order in pallikonda toll plaza reg same and due to emergency also they dint allow us when I asked him to show the police ID then he refused and said that he was toll staff..
These toll people have appointed local goons to threaten the traveller's and also they have created a checkpost, a police booth and hoarding of vellore district collector...
Even if the order is true they must have allowed emergency cases...hope you can understand...and expect a reply from your good office so that others are not threatened, harnessed by these local goons..appointed by pallikonda toll ...

I travelled through this toll plaza at night on 27th May 2022, I entered Eastern Peripheral Expressway at Dasna Toll plaza to Meerut and the charges should be Rs. 85 however I was charged Rs. 265. There are already many complaints regarding this toll plaza how they wrongfully charge from fastag wallets. This clearly shows the malpractice followed by this toll plaza. My request is that the additional charges should be refunded and government should take strict action regarding this toll plaza.

I was travelling to roorkee from ambala and at MILKMAJRA TOLL BOOTH the scanner was not working so the worker deducted Rs 90 manually saying no toll deducted but later when I reached home I saw that the toll was deducted twice from my fastag for the single journey.
