Amount of Rs 125/- was deducted from my Fastag account without travel.

I complain to NHAI having complain reference no: 5665488 but even after repeated follow ups amount not refunded by NHAI....

Dear sir/madam today dt 20/05/2022 we coming on single journey from pathankot punjab our LMV vehicle no.PB10EE2946 .we paid single journey RS 120 by fastag at harshamansar toll plaza mukerian to pathankot transaction id is LN[protected].
But toll plaza incharge took double cash payment rs 240 from us at same time CASH PAYMENT TICKET NO [protected]. BOOTH OPRATOR 05 & 1184
please return 240 rupees in our registered fastag...

On Salem-Kochi Hwy - TVS intersection, vehicles on NH is not stopping in traffic signal, causing accidents. It is very scary to cross this intersection as i almost met an accident with motor cycle. Clearly i got signal to cross, but the motor cycle travelling toward Aluva crossed the red light, somehow i managed to steer away.

An amount of rs 110/- debited from fast tag no. 7800 vehicle no. AP28DT2116
at Guduru toll plaza on 12.05.2022 at 10.48 am.
While returning another rs 55/- was deducted from the same vehicle fast tag on 12.05.2022 at 16:06 hrs.
An excess of rs. 55 is charged.
Pl. arrange to refund the amount to the fast tag account.

One side toll charge at Mandir Hasaud Toll plaza is Rs.55, same amount is deducted at time of return always, even if toll plaza is crossed within 12 hours of initial deduction… Also there is no provision for frequent daily users from the side of toll collector..This totally unjust…Please look into the matter....

Sir recently I went to Hyderabad by my car from Kurnool. On the NH 44 I found that the speed limit boards were placed illogically. You notice 80 speed limit board within just 10 meters you’ll find another speed limit board with 60km. Sir myself Ananya Swain. I have recharge my paytm wallet with Rs.2000 from my bank account on 21st of February 2022.
I already have 400 rupees in my account so overally it's 2400 rupees. The merchant from the toll plaza at manguli plaza transfer that whole amount to my fastag

Today me and my family were return from Karur to Chennai. Hi, Recently i visited Maheshwar from my personal vehicle from Indore. There is no signals to speed breakers, no paint on speed breakers, no sign boards. This causes more accidents and more dis-balance at the time of journey. I request to take responsibility of this and make all speed breakers visible with suitable yellow/white paint at-least. This is very dangerous and can cause many accidents....

Toll plaza lakhanpur deducted my money from my fasttag account.. without my movement from toll plaza. My car was at home and toll plaza lakhanpur deducted my money.
