Today Morning[protected] at 2:21AM, I got message "INR70 toll debited from Tag (Protected) for Veh. No. MH14EU0439 at Sawaleshwar Toll Plaza on 04/05/2022 21:27. Avbl. al. INRXX.XX.IDFC First Bank". But yesterday entire day my Car was in PCMC, Pune area and not travelled any where. Requesting you to please reverse the deducted money as early as possible

Dear Sir,
I got an unauthorized toll charges from Toll: [protected] near Bailhongal Taluk, Belgaum district Karnataka - 591102. I did not travel on this date and they did a manual transaction of 70 Rs. I want to register a complaint on this. Need refund for the same and act on people who are doing such illegal activity

Maine bhi wait kiya.. N after 2 min minimum wait karke meri car toll ke paas pohochi..
Unhe kahaa ki rule follow kyu nahi kar rahe ho..
Aapko gaadiya chodni chahiye agar traffic ho rahaa hai.. Toh unhone unke supervisor ko bulaya..
Aur woh toh aake kehne lagaa..
Itni saari gaadiya eksath aagai toh main kya karu..
Aur mere wajah se hi traffic horaha hai.. Toll toh dena hii padega...
N kaat liya toll..
Phirr aage jo policeman khade the.. Unhe maine pucha ki yellow line rule kyu nahi follow horaha hai..
Toh woh keheta hai..
Gadkari ji bhashan dete hai.. Aap woh sunke aate ho.. Aaur hame sikhate ho.
Wahaa wohh supervisor bhi aaya..
Aur police wale ke saamne muze ulta sidha bolne lagaa..
Toll bhi kataa aur ijjat bhi nahi rakkhi..

Agar rule follow nahii karna hai aapke tolls pe toh banaya hii kyu..
N aise gunde logo ko vasooli pe baithaya hai kya aapne

Dear Team, I am Deepam from Rajkot. At 04th May 2022 on 9:21:49 I am sitting at my home and I got the message that "You paid Rs.40 at Bharudi Toll Plaza of GJ03KC**** on 04/05/22 09:21:49. Avl Bal Rs.35.09 Txn ID:*********************** " My car is at my parking aera. I want my Money back that was cut unethical. Please Consider my Complaint and do the needful.

My car registration no TN 07 BY 6567 and i am using fastag. 30.04.2022 i have crossed NALLUR toll at morning around 11:29 AM and rs.70 deducted and while returning at 02:23 PM again rs.40 deducted, It's happening frequently.

Yesterday I wants to Travel Village - Vasad, it is located before Vasad Toll Plaza GJ SH 188, Vasad, Gujarat 388306.

Which Location is i wants to travel is before Toll Plaza, but Toll Plaza was closed road to vasad by Cement Poll.

Toll Plaza Said me if you want to travel Vasad Village then you have to Pay Toll and Make u turn.

My Compalint is this How Toll Plaza can close main road?

I Bimal Tirgar my car breakdown after Nadiad at Root No. 36 and I had call NHAI executive for toeing and they have left at reliance petrol pump and here I didn't get any assistance. And near exit is Ahmedabad which 20 km away from here. I had requested but no one has helped. And I am stuck here. No responce. Here I dont have any access to get car repair.

Kindly rectify the negligence in improper/ uncompleted construction of road activities. The road constructing by L&T form Kovalam to Kaniyakumari under the supervision of NHAI face a great environmental issues, the pits formed at either side of road had become public dump yard due to unfinished job. Kindly see the photos attached which happened in between Kanjiramkulam and Purthivilla NH. L&T contractors had dumped unwanted soil at the sides of compound wall even in front of private gates. And didn't make levelling.. which cause soil erosion over the current road as well as created dumps and dunes, which nowadays become a favourite place to dumping waste for anti socialist. I request to give instructions for concern personal to levelling dumped soil immediately rather to avoid further environmental crises.

Due to underpass construction, road connecting shamboor road and NH77 has been closed and alternate way has been created around the construction site. This however is not paved and everyday commute is become horrible. I am sure there is some amount allocated for pavement of this alternate road. This is clear sign of corruption and irresponsibility towards the commuters. Attaching photos of the same

I am travling on NH-11 from Rewari To Ateli at KHATUWAS TOLL PLAZA, they deduct my rs 65 for one side where as rate is 35 for cars. in return journey i will be back within 24 hours from same route and again they deduct rs 35. Proof of deduction of fasttag card attached. My car no is HR26BP9011.

Request you to please take the necessary action against toll operation authority and refund me back.

I have travelled to Nashik on 23rd April 2022 from Thane. Rs 120 deducted at Arjunalli toll plaza( Padgha) at 08:22:20 hrs. and Rs 120 at Ghoti toll plaza at around 10:00 hrs.
And while coming back from Nashik on 24th April 2022 same thing happened of double toll deduction. Rs 120 deducted at Ghoti toll plaza at 15:14:45 hrs. and Rs 120 at Arjunalli ( Padgha) toll plaza at 16:48:45 hrs.

So Rs. 240 amount should be refunded to my HDFC FASTAGE account. My car no is MH05/CV9680.

toll plaza for facing lote of time 20 to 40 minutes, sum time nearly 1 hrs and not maintain good staff members and toll plaza maintain and road

I am a Air force personnel. While crossing toll at Narsinghpura toll plaza, RJ SH 37, kuld kalan, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. I was charged toll tax. I showed my ID card but he said this toll plaza is ol lease and no exemption is allowed for defence personnel. We paid toll and left.
I request you to register my complaint against this toll plaza ad take necessary action.

People of Nazirakhat toll plaza in Guwahati behave very badly with people. I approached them for renewal of my monthly pass which I have from last 2 years. Suddenly they refuse to renew it even after repeated requests
