Request to repair service roads beside NH-44 at shadnagar, Telangana

Address: Shadnagar, near chatanpalli, near ashiana hotel

This is to bring to your kind notice that condition of service roads beside NH-44 (shadnagar bypass, telangana) is very poor and pitiable. There are very deep ditches on the service roads. They are repaired with soil and got damaged in 15 days and due to soil getting huge dust. But your company is not paying even a little bit attention towards the circumstances which are being faced by the passers who use these service roads on daily basis....

Charged 1200(600+415+245+more) at alep plaza but the round trip is only 170rs and single trip is 115rs, so please refund my 1130rs money as soon as possible, i have read other complaints also for deduction of 600 rupees,

    Hi, this related Pune to Belgaum national highway, you people have increased toll amount in the name of maintenance of road. But there is no improvement in road quality.

    Need your response on this please make improvement otherwise reduce toll price.

      Address: Surjapur Toll Plaza is located at: NH 31, Siripur Mallahtoli, Bihar 854317

      My toll charge deducted and msg received but still they didn't allow me to pass, they waste lots of time there by calling someone, they miss behaved alos, I was traveling with my family, with a kid. it is requested not to haras the public, either change the sytem or change yourself.

        1. I ask the toll employees, more path holes on road difficult to drive vehicle on road then toll main administrative officer says employee on the camera and call the police.

        2. Only toll collection is main agenda by threaten public like this.

        3. No solve any problems by toll.

        4. I request to NHAI please solve this problems.

          I traveled through Eastern Peripheral Way (from Duhai to Jakhauli) on[protected]Single travelling, not To & Fro) by car (Vehicle No. : HR20 Y0244, Fastag Barcode[protected]. 100rs deducted from my fastag account instead of 85rs.
          This is not the first time, i m facing this issue. Number of times this is seen.
          In other instance, a toll of 200/- was deducted against 25/- toll charges while travelling through another car.

          Kindly look into the matter. This problem is seen very frequently and leads to customer dissatisfaction.

            Hi, toll collection system on Delhi meerut expressway is very much buggy. Lots of daily commuters are facing problems o[censored]nfair amount deductions from fasttags. Nobody is hearing the complaints of passengers.
            From Bhojpur Plaza to Kashi Plaza, i commute daily. But toll deductions varies every time. Even some times, system is not able to detect the scanning toll plaza name correctly.
            Kindly take it into notice to make these scanners bug free.

              I went on the Tolgate there no money on my fastag I have 1078 on my fastay they filling me and get money from all of them please take action on on kollapancheri tollgate the wirte my vehicale no TN12BE 5163 instead Of TN03BE5163 on the bill

                      Hello Sir/Madam

                      It is to inform you that there was very heavy traffic jam at Chhajarsi fee plaza, Uttar Pradesh.
                      As per the government guidelines at times of heavy traffic toll fee is not collected but this rule was not being followed there.

                      Kindly see to it.

                          Several toll plaza are present at a distance way less than 60kms as per the fee rules 2008 . NH 22 has a toll plaza in panchkula at only a distance of 32 kms from the next toll plaza situated at kalka Shimla highway . Same is noticed on the way from panchkula to patiala which is only 70 kms where we have to go through 3 toll plaza

                              The toll, situated at newly constructed Gurgaon Sohna road, started deduction of toll even the road is not completed fully. We are using only 12 Kms of toll road out of total distance of 34 Kms.
                              Is it fine to charge full toll amount?

                                The toll plaza of Aganampudi of andrapradesh have excess collected Rs 120, though I have valid ICICI fasttag with sufficient balance . i showed my fast tag, but they didn't listen and collected twice amount of Rs 120 . my toll fee is collected Rs 20 at another toll plaza of Marripalem of Visakhapatnam .iIT is an example of proper collection toll fee by other plaza .So please take action against Aganampudi toll plaza of andrapradesh for not maintaining proper electronic fast tag collecting machine

                                    At Mathura today Toll Tax Rs 240 additional taken as cash though have valid Fast Tag. Toll tax operator is uneducated badmash type person. Photo enclosed. My valid fast tag is also enclosed

                                      I have traveled from Madurai to Tirumangalam in my car and kappalur toll plaza charged me 95 INR, though it is 20 kms distance and that too thirumangalam is just 2 km from toll plaza.I have informed this is local travel to person in toll plaza, still fee is deducted. Vehicle number is TN 58 AP 9712
                                      Please help to get money refunded.
