Dear sir /madam
My vehicle no:MH47BB6685, We were stopped at Khaniwade toll plaza saying that fasttag is not working bcz we didn't had minium balance . But actully we had balance .they asked for cash and they charge the double amount ie. Rs 150 instead of 75 rs . Still we didn't argue and paid the amount after reaching 10 min ahead we got mgs of amount debit from fasttag of rs 75... why im suppose to pay toll thrice ... we asked the person b4 paying online debit nhi hoga and he said don't worry online debit nhi hoga... please its request kindly look forward to this .please wave off the charges .. attaching the photos of receipt and screen shot of amount debit.

    We reside Chengapalli(638812), Uttukuli tk, Tiruppur Dt, TN. In 2008, NHAI built a flyover crossing our farmers land. So there is some leftover part of land which NHAI bought from local farmers. NHAI announced that service road will be laid on that land. But ever since, that land is used by passer by's for urinating, pooping, drinking alcohol, and other intoxicating stuffs. These activities is heavily harming the nearby residents who got stuck between 2 NH roads. That part of land is seriously getting dirtied by these activities. Hence, we request NHAI to take necessary actions to stop the people from using for these unhygienic ways.

      l am srinu from pandrawada village' samarlakota mandal, kakinada district, andrapradesh. sir more house accupynig illigal construction houses in pandrawada vilkage, names of occufynig house holderd penke satyanarayana and others, more accidents occured in kattipudi pamarru highway, more times l complaint to nhai [protected] rajumundry but not responding any officer, l pray please remive illigal constructon houses, they have a lot of mony from central government

        I live in Amritsar and my house is 8 to 10 kms from toll plaza I visited toll palaza with my adhar card and car RC but they refused to issue the pass . They don't consider my adhar card as I'd proff they want my car RC as adress proff but my RC stand with ferm address which is around 60 kms I have all address proofs adhar card licence, passport but still they refused to issue pass I request nhai to please provide solutions for this

          We have to wait very long in queue.. Fastag isn't working effectively.. Even if single car is there fastag response is very slow.
          Kindly rectify it I have been seeing it for last one year....

          Myself Kapil Prakash Kapade and mother Kavita Prakash Kapade are the owners of land situated at Kolhapur, Taluka : Karvir, Village : Ujalewadi, Gat number : 35/A/1/3 .
          We handed over our land 0.41 Hectre (44, 116 sq.ft) land to National highway of India long time ago and we still haven’t received any compensation.
          Can I please request you to provide us status of our compensation. Request you to treat this as a matter o[censored]rgency as the compensation has been delayed. Attaching 7/12 for your reference and quick investigation.thanking you

            Today 12 April 2022, at around 9:30am my vehicle no DL9C AQ5089 got stucked in 6km huge traffic jam.

            There was some railway bridge work is being done, but arrangements were made by NHAI to manage traffic on highway.

            No communication of diversion.

            Please refund toll taken from my fasttag as I knew in advance I would have taken Noida expressway.

            Loss of time is very important, wastage of fuel, energy, tension, etc.

              I travelled today through SV Puram Toll booth on the way to Thirupathy. Anantapur dist. Andrapradesh.

              Roads for which i was charged wad so bad, my car wheels and tyers were almost damaged. I was charged ₹ 80/- up and ₹40/- on my way back.

              I mafe a similar journey last month. Then also the condition of the road was bad.
              Why we should pay for the road which was not maintained?
              We feel cheated? Highway Robbery.

                I have a complaint against Kherki Daula Toll Plaza Gurugram, Haryana 122004 where the emergency lane has working as normal lane.

                If there is a patient in the car in an emergency case then there is no lane where we can go without waiting.

                The emergency lane is open for everyone and this is too bad for a patient who needs hospital on urgent basis in private car.

                Please take some necessary action against it.

                  The newly constructed bypass junction of national highway no 66 at Belem, in Navelim Village taluka salcete, district south Goa.state Goa.
                  This is a very busy junction with HP petrol pump in vicinity.it is badly planned s death trap, there is no illumination plus no traffic cops are posted there.Atleast 8 death have occurred at this junction in last three month plus many other are injured also lot of near misses accident daily at this site.
                  I request highway authorities to do site inspection and construct a flyover for highway users

                    I, Sub. Inspector, Babu Lal Meena is performing duty at CISF HQRs, New Delhi w.e.f 31.12.2021 from CISF MPRTC Behror as per order of Senior officers. I used to perform journey from Behror (Rajasthan) to New Delhi by road by NH-48 by own vehicle ( RJ 02 CF 1379) every week. During my road journeys by NH-48, I was exempted from paying toll tax as I have been proceeding on official tour. But in contrary, On 11.04.2022 at about 0835 AM, I was compelled to pay toll tax at toll gate Guargaon, NH-48, despite my repeated requests that I was moving on official tour from Behror (Rajasthan) to New Delhi and even after production of movement order.

                    Hence, it is requested to exempt my vehicle RJ 02 CF 1379 from paying toll taxes at toll gate Guargaon, NH-48 as my movement is purely on Govt. Duty.

                      Illegal shops and houses are being constructed in Vikas Resorts, Opposite ITI, Kunjpura road, Karnal. NHAI does not permit to construct anything within 300-500 meter but the construction is going on in full swing. Secondly even as per municipal corporation rules, they can not construct anything over there.

                      I, therefore request you to take legal action against the owners and stop the construction as soon as possible.

                        On 9.4.2022, while travelling on NH 27 by a car (UP32 JS 2004), I paid Rs 110/- at Ahmadpur (4:01 PM, transaction no 0187002008090422160137) and Rs 115/- at Ronahi (at 4:56, transaction no 0187003009090422165618) toll gates, respectively. While return on the same day, I paid Rs 55/- at Ronahi (8:36 PM, transaction no 0187003003090422203658) and Rs 50/- at Ahmadpur (9:39 PM, transaction no 0187002002090422213909) toll gates, respectively.
                        Distance between two Toll gates is 55.8 KM. As per recent parliament proceedings, toll tax will not be charged within 60 km. In my view, it is a non-compliance of the parliament proceedings.
                        Thus, Rs 115/- and Rs 50/- collected at Ronahi and Ahmadpur Toll gates, respectively should be refunded. Further, necessary action may please be taken to prevent excess collection of toll charges from common man.

                            At ribda toll near rajkot the e payment system was having issues so they put barriers in front our vehicle and asked us to wait until the nearby lane get clears it took more than 30 minutes for us, the 15 seconds rule is not followed every time.

                              I was using NHAI fastag . I was unable to recharge and some nhai helpline suggested to change fastag.I shifted to kotak bank fastag.After that when i recharged i recharged nhai fastag of ₹3750 by mistake.( I dont know how it worked this time) .And hence as i am not using that fastag.Kindly refund my money in wallet.

                                There was a long waiting time of around 40mins at a toll plaza at Hatnoor, Vellore, Aurangabad, Maharashtra. The staff seemed pretty loud and rude. According to the rule, I am not liable to pay the toll if it takes more than the threshold time on a toll track. The staff didn't seem to coperate. I had to pay the toll. If the staff doesn't know the rules, why do you have such a staff?? This is a terrible experience.
                                I want a refund of the toll. This is totally not acceptable.

                                  At selu amba toll plaza ambajogai, charges for car is 35 officially but they are charging 45 rs.despite road under this toll not constructed yet(lokhandi sawargaon to renapur naka latur), take appropriate action, thanks.

                                      We have crossed SIVAYA toll plaza twice within a time span of 10 hours only.

                                      Rs. 95 toll deducted twice.

                                      Pls refund the balance amount.
