Yesterday on 2nd april 2022 at 9.41am, i crossed jagjitpura NH703 toll plaza on.Barnala-Moga... They deducted Rs.60 from fastag wallet. When returning afternoon i was going to cross the same toll plaza, the employee said that my fastag was not having enough balance and foreced me to pay Rs. 110 in cash, i requested them that i m going to recharge my wallet but they didn't listen to me and i had to pay Rs. 110. Immediately after crossing i recharged my wallet and Rs.50 were again deducted from my fastag wallet. So i had to pay Rs.220, which is double for up and down journey. Being a class-1 officer My self respect was hurt and i got mentality upset over this issue. The employees should behave in decent way.
I would call this hooliganism.

We had crossed the said toll plaza on[protected] near about 6 p.m and the amount for single side was not deducted from fastag, within 24 hrs we crossed same toll plaza on[protected] and for single side 40rs was deducted from fastag. But on[protected] the amount of 40rs was deducted for[protected] travel for single journey which it seems there is scam going on with consumers. It is requested to intervene in the matter or we are going to file legal petition against the toll authorities and we may stage protest for its closing.

I passed through vaghasia toll gate where single trip charge is 95 INR. But debited 105 INR from fastag.
Kindly do Necessary immediately.

I entered from ghaziabad on delhi meerut expressway on 1.4.2022 and exited from toll plaza at partapur towards meerut at 7.15 p.m. 1.4.2022

The toll charges deducted for my trip from ghaziabad to meerut is Rs. 155
Which is not the official amount fixed by the authorities for ghaziabad to meerut trip.
The charge of Rs. 155 is for the vehicle using the expressway from delhi to meerut.

Plz consider the charges for my trip from ghaziabad to meerut and refund the excess amount charged .

Again highliting that the toll charge of Rs. 155 deducted for my trip from ghaziabad to meerut on 1.4.2022 which is wrongly deducted and is too excess for just 40 km trip on expressway.

There is ine Bachwan toll plaza near kathgarh in Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar District in Punjab. The concerned toll is issuing passes only to owners falling under 15 kms from toll & deying the passes even if the distance is 16 kms. Where as the official rule is to issue passes to vehicles falling within 20 kms. Kindly look into the matter.

We are visting luhari toll from last 4 years. Road is having uncounable path wholes not maintained road. So why toll is getting charged. In rainy days its very difficult to drive car and its very deadly possition foe twowhellers.

Today I am going to Amritsar from jalandhar and cross the both toll plaza JATL Dhilwan and JATL Nijjerpura. Total amount diducted was Rs 115 for single trip.

Dear sir,
NH44 near kurnool city is very poor quality. Recently service roads near this city completed but not perfect. Even same roads are used by hotels for parking and street vendors. So kindly look into it. We will use service roads for our vehicle. As RTA are more due to busy highway.

1. More Path holes
2. Only Agenda is Toll Collection
3. Servants Language is Not proper to talk to the public if I Said Road Condition is not proper to Travel Servant says are you collector. Other Servant says if he 1 complaint they will not fire me.

From Sullurpeta to Nellore, there are 3 toll gates in NH7 . Minimum distance between 2 tollgates should be 60km. But here for 100km 3 toll gates has been placed. Why??

Complaint Regarding illegal construction
I have more than 8 cents land (after acquisition for NH expansion) in Thalikulam Panchayat Thalikulam Village Survey (387 / 2-13) partly abutting the east side of the NH 66 near Puthen Thodu. In the north part of my west boundary, there was a piece of land owned by legal heirs of panikkaveettil Mohamed in between my property and highway wherein a two shutter shop (upholsary) was there. The building was fully acquired and demolished for highway development. Now, Abdul Ghafoor, son of said Mohammed (mobile [protected]) is constructing a new foundation and structure without any distance from my property or highway behind the completely demolished building. This construction is without obtaining my consent nor having any permit from concerned panchayat or from high way authorities. This illegal construction will result irreparable loss and disturbances. Therefore it is humbly requested to pass appropriate orders for further investigation and to stop the illegal construction on an urgent basis.

While going from Vashi I was charged Rs.2 03 of at Kala Pur Toll and while coming back from the same Toll I was charged Rs.1 35 so how does this calculation work.

I got a emailef message as below:
Your ICICI Bank FASTag linked to vehicle no. PB08CX3595 has been debited with 90.00 on date[protected]:44:01 for Toll Charges at Badbar toll plaza on[protected] at 08:43:44. Your available Balance is 110.88

The vehicle mentioned in the message is in Jalandhar, in my garrage.

Get the money refunded immediately in my account. The govt has forced people in opting for FASTag, and seems like is hands in gloves in this loot.

It took long time for crossing the Sriperumbudur toll plaza today morning . They are charging extra due to malfunction of the sensor. Kindly check my previous toll payments done perfectly. But still we are only always fined or penalised or affected due to malfunction of sensors, improper behaviour of toll persons.

I was travelling from delhi to sirsa and when i was crossing delhi boarder to rohtak section toll on 30th march 2022 between 2 to 2:15 pm .. i was in right 2nd fast tag lain . The boom was already opened .My fast tag scanning completed then i was just crossing then Boom barrier rod come down and hit my car. I saw boom repairing work was going on . No caution board no lain closings was done. You can see on CCTV recording of 30th march 2022 between 2 to 2:15 pm . My car damage cost & depreciation of car due to damage is approximately Rs 50000/- and i want this compensation immediatly.
My car registration no is Pb51B0052.
Toll staff behaviour was also not good.

Even after providing all the details and necessary document the fastag KYC is not updated its rejected 3 times with giving below reasons

1) Pin code was not corrected ( Whereas it was correct)
2) Driving licence image was not clear (whereas it was clear )
3) Incomplete details ( All details/info provided )

Due Kyc not done not able to recharge the fast tag and i am paying more amount for toll, request to resolve the issue on urgent basis

A new 4 line way is constructed, the previous NH144 road which is inside the village is now fully detoriated affecting day to day comuters, and the road is now equivalent to mud and stone road

The road condition is pathetic and today we were stuck in jam and waited for so long. The time was around 11.36 pm. If the conditions are worst why are we paying for toll tax?
I had to reach somewhere urgently but because of this I couldn't reach on time. I'm totally disappointed.

Dear Team,
Money is getting fraudulently deducted from my ICICI Fast Tag Account without actual travel on the respective route and without Fast Tag Read.

This issue is keep on happening at respective Toll Plaza named "Sawaleshawar Toll Plaza" Solapur Road, Maharashtra

This incident happened almost 8 to 10 times till time and for each incident I have raised complaint with ICICI Bank Fast Tag Customer Care and 3 complaints with NHAI calling to customer care on 1033 number

NHAI Complaint Numbers are 5234305, 5234842, 5234705

There is no resolution against any complaint raised so far

During all this time after doing investigation at my side I come across specific case that all transactions against my Fast Tag account of deducting Toll Amount is done by manual intervention, Toll Plaza seems to have facility to add the vehicle number manually on Toll Deduction system and can deduct money from respective attached Fast tag account for the respective vehicle, The reason I am so confident is I never travelled on that specific Toll Plaza and I am very much sure al the transactions are without fast tag read.

This is causing financial losses to me and top frustrated to keep calling customer care and explaining issue every time without any satisfactory resolution so far and issue keep on happening.
I expect respectiev authority need to look in this case and investigate deeply to identify this fraudulent issue and fix the same,

PS:- You can reach to actual root cause when you investigate how this amount get deducted, Is it by Fast Tag read or Manual Intervention of adding vehicle number on system and deduct amount attached to respective vehicle.
I can provide all relevant information on this as needed and can prove this is not my vehicle for which amount deducted, and there is something suspicious happening and financial losses happening to me.
