Kharik Toll Plaza ( Near Naugachia, Bihar), Toll Plaza bill collector named Sony Kumar misbehaved with us .
As per him, In my fast tag there is no sufficient amount is available but we are ready to pay the amount which is required for pass the Toll tax.
After that he abuses us.
Any how we pay the amount but he didn't give the receipt for this amount.
So please take a strict action on this because in this vehicle...

On 15th Feb’22 I entered western Peripheral Expressway (KMP) from Palwal Toll plaza and exited from Nuh Toll Plaza in my motor car, registration no. HR26DH1296.
On 17th Feb’22, an amount of Rs 185/- was deducted from my FASTtag account with Paytm.
I raised the concern with Paytm, who in turn forwarded my request for resolution to Nuh Toll Plaza, against transaction id 312045E[protected].

Whenever I commute on Ludhiana Chandigarh road, the amount left behind after the toll tax is debited at each toll plaza does not correlate .
For example,
I received sms that Rs 70 toll is debited from my fastag account but when I checked with the amount left behind and correlated with the total amount before toll, to my surprise there was difference of more than 120 rupees . Same thing happened on...

Driving on NH 80 is like going for suicide because of roads utter bad conditions which has led to frequent accidents and fatal death on spot. Because of bad road and huge traffic load we are being exposed to dust particles which is affecting health in our locality.

Hi I am commuter who travelled lot in India and jaipur Delhi highway is highly pathetic road, zero safety, big pathholes, high toll for 3rd class road. Also rewari police taking amount in the name of high-speed vehicle as this is highway road, which is undigestable thing, all bridge cover is broken and it give invitation to big accident at any time, kindly reduce toll price because this is not quality road for which public should pay toll....

I had to wait for more tha 10 seconds at Tand Balidih, Bokaro toll plaza and still i had to pay the toll. As per the new guidelines i was not liable to pay toll however i was forced to pay it. They don't give respect to the people
And also using bad word
And it take very much long time to cross this toll plaza

This Fastag facility & toll plazas of yours are useless. First of all..when 2 days before I recharged my fastag & it showed active, still on the way to vrindavan, at toll plaza it showed blacklisted & we need to pay double tax and after that...Today at Agra toll plaza we issued new fastag, when we reached second toll plaza of Agra, workers there said they take only cash.
What's this non sense. Bhaiiii fastag agr use mein lana he nhi...

I have being overcharged everytime at Budhanam Toll Plaza for my Car (Actaul Fare : 45/-) with 150/- (Which is for Bus/Truck). Have raised multiple complaints with FasTag and tried reaching Toll Plaza authorities, but there is no resolution.

I see the roads between budhanam toll palaza and Nellore toll plaza are really worst and also bumpy due to this the traffic goes slightly high.
The roads has been damaged when it was flooded and it is been 2 years and yet the roads has not been laid after that but the toll are being collected regularly.

Could you please look into this issue and have a resolution for this?
