Hello,

I live in sanand and here on the highway we have multiple speed breakers on the national highway passing thorugh the city Sanand road.

They are Harmful, non regulated, illegal. I have made so many complaints as it stops so many ambulances in a day. Today it took almost 1 hour just to pass that area with those speed breakers.

This on main road on National Highway 947, opposite to sanand Police chowki.

THere are multiple speed breakers on the national highway passing thorugh the city Sanand road. These are highly dangerours, non regulated, illegal in nature and it hinderers every emergency to a huge extent specially during day time, It takes almost 40 mins just to pass that 1.5 -2 Kms of road patch.

The road is NH947, next to sanand Police chowki.

Its been more than 20 mins with more than a 200 metre long line we are stuck at Sikandra toll of Agra Jaipur highway, and the toll people are not allowing to pass cars for free

This is really disturbing to state that the money is not being deducted as per the NHAI norms from the Fast tag.
Money is being deducted more than the applicable fees from the NHAI Toll Plazas.
I don't know this is an intentional fraud or a mistake. In either case, this is really bad and frustrating.

Please see this and resolve it. I am sure you might be getting numerous amount of complaints related to this.

Also, if this was one time issue this should have been resolved till now. This happened to me twice in 2 months. Request you to take action on this immediately.

This is Gaurav. This complain is regarding Chhajarsi Toll Plaza between Ghaziabad & Hapur. As per govt guidelines all lines should be Fastag.
But there are operation one line on name of Emergency line & Asking to fastag customers for go to another line or gave cash to him for go from this line.
I was crossing Chhajarsi Toll Plaza on dated 16.03.2022. There was very croud. Fastag is installed on my car. When i going to enter this line he stop me & ask this is emergency line & you should not go from this line. If you want to go from this line give me cash amount. I ask him as per govt guidelines all lines is fastag & my car is already installed fastag & you davit toll amount from my fastag. But he misbehave me & ask go from another line.
They are doing illegal collection on the name of emergency line. Many peoples are going from this emergency line & losses revenue of NHAI.
I not gave him cash & go from another line.

My complain is regarding the misbehaviour of the toll plaza employees of Luhari toll plaza on NH39.
I was not having the fastag and I went into the cash lane but the employee demand me 500 rs but the actual cost was just 125 rs for a car. And when I told them that this is wrong they all came together and abused me and started fighting and beating me. I request you to take immediate action on those employees. The location and name of the toll plaza is Luhari toll plaza on NH39 between Jhansi and Mauranipur.

This is in regard to the problem I face everytime passing by the GVK Toll Plaza - Thikriya, Bagru - Kishangarh, on national highway 8.

I travel through it on a daily basis because of my business and own a local toll pass which I re-charge on an annual basis. Every year while the balance expires, we receive no notification. When I go there, unknown to the expired balance, they ask for cash which is much greater than what I pay daily.

More serious issue is the process of re-charging the pass which is long and repetitive. Every year to recharge, they ask for the documents all over again - why is that necessary when it has already been done?, and don't update it for 24 hours, causing more trouble, time waste. Above all, the complaint book that must be there, is said to be unavailable and unnecessary. Who are they to change the rules?

Moreover, the toll manager is absent from the sight and doesn't take calls while you keep waiting.

If a matter of day or two, none would have any problem but it is a everyday thing for me. As a local traveller, it feels humiliated more by behaviour of the staff and the ignorance of the manager and as a vigilant citizen it is my right to be listened to and get the issue resolved.

I hope you look into this issue as I am not the only one suffering.

It is submitted that recently I drove my new vehicle from pathankot to Gurdaspur.There is one toll plaza and on 3rd of March When I crossed plaza I was deducted Rs 115 from my fasttag wallet.Again on 5th of March when I crossed plaza during return journey I was again deducted Rs.115 .Both were rightly deducted.But in the Eve Rs .210 were again deducted without I crossed the plaza .Even today I am receiving massage that I have overdue .Bit I don't How charge can be overdue as I have purchased fasttag from hdfc a month ago .I have lodged complaint on 1033 but no redressal yet .my complaint number is 544478.kindly redress my grievance.

I was going to Delhi from Punjab. The toll plaza at khatkar before 10 km from zind. The sign on the toll lane was green when I entered and there was a person told me to move in another lane and asked me this lane is not working but in the toll booth staff was freely talking to each other. But when I entered in next lane. The guy named Mohit talk to me rudely when I asked about 10 second rule that was issued by NHAI on 26 may 2021. He told we don’t know about it. You have to pay toll otherwise you are not allowed to go. Just let me know if you guys make the rules. Then why you guys are charging from people and why you guys hiring uneducated staff. Who don’t know the rules and the manners how to talk with people. Please reply asap

NH-44 kanniyakumari road (10km from kanniyakumari towards Thirunelveli), cross over at kannankulam & anjukiramamam junction found very unsafe for those who cross the highway. There are dozens of public died recent years and last week one of our L&T employee's family dead. There is no lights, No sign boards, No zebra lines, No warning lights, No police available - all these unsafe road cause major threat to the public. Please take immediate...

The national highway NH32 (UP Bijnor Bairaj to Behsuma) is in very bad shape from a long time. There are very very large pathoholes at every meter and it is extremely difficult to travel and carry patients on this highway. It is difficult to find the road in these pathoholes. Please help at earliest.

Bhagwanpur (Haridwar) toll plaza is charged rs 45 instead 20 from myself fastage my car no uk07 ua0344 register RTO dehradun from fabruary and march 2022 in two visits through this toll plaza. Please enquire the matter and credit excise amount in my fastage acount.

Kharik Toll Plaza ( Near Naugachia, Bihar), Toll Plaza bill collector named Sony Kumar misbehaved with us .
As per him, In my fast tag there is no sufficient amount is available but we are ready to pay the amount which is required for pass the Toll tax.
After that he abuses us.
Any how we pay the amount but he didn't give the receipt for this amount.
So please take a strict action on this because in this vehicle 02 senior citizens and a lady and a child is present.

On 15th Feb’22 I entered western Peripheral Expressway (KMP) from Palwal Toll plaza and exited from Nuh Toll Plaza in my motor car, registration no. HR26DH1296.
On 17th Feb’22, an amount of Rs 185/- was deducted from my FASTtag account with Paytm.
I raised the concern with Paytm, who in turn forwarded my request for resolution to Nuh Toll Plaza, against transaction id 312045E[protected].
Since then I am waiting for refund of amount deducted in excess. I have yet to receive the same or a response either.
Kindly get me my due refund.

Sir, This is Anupriya vs from Kerala, trivandrum, Ayira near to parassala.We have a complaint against national highway making.It's against Karode bypass.Our home is situated in the site number 41.925 or 42. In front of our home their is a drainage and it is builted for passing raining water and three large pipe is also connected . This is very large pipe and these pipes are used to pass water from paddy.these three pipe and the drainage is connected with a canal.this canal has more than 20 m long and has a width of more than 2m .This canal is an open one and this is created more deapthly.so their is always water inside this canal .so a lot of mosquitos are their.It makes us health problems and since this canal is very large, their is a situation of accident creation.so kindly pls make arrangements for our safety and other people's safety.it's very dangerous.pls help us .

Today[protected] in between 10-:15-10:30 the staff of Bethudahari, Murshidabad NH34 toll tax staffs including on duty Manager assaulted physically without any valid reasons. They tried to robbed us demanding money for clearing toll.

The NH 24 stretch from Kanpur to Lucknow has the highest flow of traffic as many people commute everyday from one city to another for jobs. It also has a regular rush of fully loaded heavy vehicles throughout the day. Both contribute highly to country’s economy and tax collection. However, inspite of that the state of roads is very bad with uneven patches causing a threat to the life of commuters on a regular basis.
The highway stretch is also marked with heavy traffic jams from Ganga Pul to Mohan crossing on a regular basis.
NHAI is accountable for the waste of time and money as well as the risk of human life on this stretch. Please clarify why a PIL must not be filed against NHAI for putting commuters life and hard earned money at risk.

Dear sir/madam,
Whenever I commute on Ludhiana Chandigarh road, the amount left behind after the toll tax is debited at each toll plaza does not correlate .
For example,
I received sms that Rs 70 toll is debited from my fastag account but when I checked with the amount left behind and correlated with the total amount before toll, to my surprise there was difference of more than 120 rupees . Same thing happened on next toll plaza and return journey .
If there any hidden charges or additional tax to be paid along with specified amount for specific toll both at each transaction?
All the sms with time date money transacted etc are saved in my phone .
Can you tell what to do next. Who and till when my complaint will get resolved

Driving on NH 80 is like going for suicide because of roads utter bad conditions which has led to frequent accidents and fatal death on spot. Because of bad road and huge traffic load we are being exposed to dust particles which is affecting health in our locality.
This NH 80 has been repaired twice last year on paper and once on ground.
Please kindly take notice of residents of Bhagalpur district of Bihar..who are facing this problem since 2019.
