Respected Sir/Madam,

I Manveer Kaur, working as JTO, o/o BSNL, Chandigarh. I am a Physically Challenged person (“DIVYANGJAN").

On 17.08.2021 I have purchased automatic vehicle (Kia Sonet HTX) and registered it as Adapted vehicle with RC NO: is CH01CF4244 and also I have exempted for the road tax while purchasing the car.

I have applied for an exempted Fastag at RO Chandigarh and received application no. RO-CHA-[protected] i.e, dated 12.10.2021. Till date i.e. 22.02.2022 application is pending at NHAI office.

Now I request your kind consideration, please take necessary action and issue as early as possible my Free Fastag. Tollgate people are objecting to move the vehicle.

Kindly note that:
1. I have taken my Honda City Car (UP16AB6556) out of NOIDA (UP) once only starting from 16-MAR-2021 till today due to COVID risk (Trip Details: 05/02/2022 - NOIDA to Moradabad, 06/02/2022 - Moradabad to NOIDA).
2. Toll Charges for the visit/route mentioned above has been debited from FasTag Wallet and same can be verified from Toll Plaza record.

Important: Fake/Illegal transaction (Manual Debit)- case of cheating/fraud:
Chhajarsi Toll Plaza has passed MANUAL DEBIT entry of INR 560/= on 09/02/2022 without giving any details.

1. Wallet ID : [protected]
2. Transaction Date :[protected]
3. Transaction Amount : INR 560.00
4. Disputed Amount : INR 560.00our FasTag Wallet and same can be verified from Wallet Statement attached.

WHY MANUAL Debit entry of INR 560/= has been passed ? I would like to know the complete details. I am feeling cheated. Toll Plaza is doing FRAUD to collect money illegally.
Please investigate, reconcile and refund the wrong/illegal Toll charged at Chhajarsi Toll Plaza.

On 22 Feb I have paid unnecessary penalty even though I had balance in my fast tag of 300 rs. They were saying NHAI server is down you have to pay penalty.
On Mr Mohit Kumar, SI said he is senior most. Do whatever you have to do. But you have to pay penalty.
Kindly resolve the issue.

Toll was collected from us in spite o[censored]s being local vehicle. This is unjustified. Local vehicles are exempt from toll that is just outside our city.

I have a nhai fast tag purchased in 2018. That time kyc was not needed. Know problem is that there is a spelling error in the name in the RC, i.e.Meera instead of Mira, hence I can't submit proper documents for kyc.I can not close account also as my bank account has the same mira.
Know I want to close my account to get new fast tag after correction in RC. my vehicle no is RJ27CC7759. But nhai help line is unable to help to make a way to get out from this problem. Iam trying from last two months by one way to another way.please guide me, I am a 69 years old lady.

I'm from Suryapet town and there's NH65 passing through the town. In front of the Eenadu office, on the highway, there's a junction where many vehicles cross paths. But unfortunately, there are no lights at all, so that the people can see properly and can cross or travel safely in general in that area. Due to the very same reason, many accidents happen frequently, and in most cases, the persons are spot dead.

One such incident happened today, and the person is spot dead, hit by a lorry. I sincerely request you to please install Highway lights in the area which reduces the accidents massively.

Please provide u turn nearby the entrance of brigade panorama for all residents to quickly access the service roads or to avoid any unwanted accidents that could happen due to crosswalking. Kindly provide a service road near the brigade panorama entrance.

The street light installed on newly built NH 161-H between Jalgaon Jamod and Nandura is not working. The highway passes through several villages and it causes difficulty to people during night. So kindly fix this problem.

Fastag at pantangi till plaza was out of order for 15 mins. Toll oeprater collected toll aza after delay also.

Rs. 240 has been deducted from my Fastag account with so called trip no. [protected] at 312021 on 3rd feb., 2022. i do not know how..

I had passed through Srinagar toll plaza 062002 on 21st February, 2022 at about 9.00 am and twice the toll of Rs. 110 has been deducted from my Fastag account.

Incident - I was travelling to Noida from Lucknow. My fast tag was active and had enough balance for the journey and it was all good until I reached Jewar Toll Plaza, Yamuna Expressway. The toll employee pretended my fast tag is not working and asked for Cash payment in double. I checked my balance and fast tag status and everything seemed alright. Then two toll employees started arguing and threating me in abusive manner. I was with family and panicked as it was night 9:00 PM. I paid the cash and avoided the uninvited mishap. I am attaching toll receipt along with my fast tag status and other toll deduction of the same day.

Desired Resolution - Penalty on Toll Plaza employees and Jaypee Infratech Ltd for unethical and fraudulent act. Refund for my extra payment and mental harassment.

Note: I am willing to register e-FIR for the same if needed.

I want to raise an issue with regard to the barriers installed on the toll plaza Ghaggar. Yesterday on 20.02.2022 I was travelling towards Delhi in my car bearing registration No. PB-11-BH-9113 passed from the toll barrier’s last lane and at the time of passing the barrier of the toll booth hit on my car’s front mirror and left tge visible marks. On complaining your executives said that this barrier has some technical issue. If there is some technical issue then why that lane is operational. I lodged a complaint with ticket ID No. 001 at the toll plaza. Please see in this context and compensate me asap.

Requesting you to please provide proper U turns near Brigade Panorama which is located in Bangalore Mysore Highway and even request you if there is any plans of service road kindly please make sure its one way or else it would lead to many accidents due to road congestions

There is no proper plantation between roads on Jaora Nayagaon toll road which leads to unbearable glare in the eyes of driver which has become the reason for many road accidents in the past. Please work on tree plantation.

I was going to Vasad, at the toll they asked to pay 260 rupees as cash for fine, since fastag is not working as stated by them. However, the fastag was working just perfectly and money was also deducted, so I paid with fastag as well as them with cash.

Dear sir, I took a short journey on
N.H. 48 from Jaipur to Sambhar Lake(Rajasthan).At Thikaria Toll Jaipur Plaza Rs.70/- deducted for RJ45CN7732 on[protected] at 15:42:50 with ICICI BANK FASTag at the time of going and Rs.70/- deducted again for RJ45CN7732 on[protected] at 19:29:04 while coming back on the same day with ICICI BANK FASTag.This practice is not right for the same day journey of about 4 hours short duration.Please do needful in this matter and allow me a refund of Rs.70/-

NHAI have acquired my 178sq meter land for shimla mataur fourlane project in 3D notification. But the NHAI workers have marked my land which is not acquired in 3D notification. We have given representation to project director NHAI PIU Hamirpur several times. In the begining PD told that land is not acquired according to the DPR and approved alignment. He gave all the documents and we have made an appeal to the high court shimla regarding the same. Even after directions from the high court to acquire land according to the 3D notification, NHAI workers have not changed the marked pillars according to the DPR and 3D. Still they are considering my land more than acquired by government. Kindly take action immediately so that we can live as from all this we are getting harassed by them.

Fastag amount getting deducted is higher than toll amount

I did not even went to Ladowal, still they deduct the amount of Rs. 135/- for Ladowal toll...my vehicle number is HP72 4781..the deduction happened on 18 Feb, 2022 at 7.16pm and the claim for crossing the toll on 17 Feb, 2022 at 6.17pm...
Please resolve the issue and refund my amount.
