I request to resolve below issues on priority.
1. Conditions of service road is very bad found lot of potholes, Due to this many accidents, traffic jams in below address
2. Travelling in these roads is night mare during evening time. Because no single street light
3. No footpath

Dear sir I am Dr. Sachin pal a responsible citizen lives in lucknow uttar Pradesh, few day back I was traveling from lucknow to gorakhpur and aprox rupees 500 toll tax I have paid, but my concern Is not money, my concern is the quality of road no maintenance given from several years the maintenance authorities only looting public thousands of patholes are there Nd this causes accidents daily, we are paying road tax nd toll tax nd In return of that we getting nothing, I request you to pls give you attention on this or if needed I can go to court even.

I am travelling from indore to Damoh, My vehicle number MP09WD5866, I passed through one toll plaza, detailing are ( Essar sagar damoh toll roads pvt. Ltd. ), my token number[protected], operator id 6042, Date & time 09/02/2022 1:06AM,
One of your executive says that he is the owner of toll both his name Jitendra Singh ( Mobile Number- [protected] ), Kindly look into the matter as we are facing problem while travelling through this toll both.

Sampla (haryana) toll tax after kisan andolan they charge 130rs for one side toll ...and before kissan andolan they charged only 60 rs...how they can increase the amount of toll tax ...this is very very shame full and they dont have any qr code for payment mode they are bot accepting any debit card they are only taken cash

I was ended up paying full amount even though my car has fasttag.
Employee sat inside Tag counter and my fasttag was taking some time to scan. Meantime, person in fast tag room overridden and opened the gate.

Please take necessary action against this practice and refund my amount.

Respected Sir,
Want to complain about the KOBDI TOLL PLAZA which is located in Bhavnagar district. From 8 vehicle line only 2 they run rest is always off due to which lot of traffic occurs everyday it take more than (15-20 min to just cross toll because of not working lines.

Please take strict action against this toll and when people asked about this problem staff is very rude & speak bad words.

The team at Titoli toll Plaza was unable to scan our fast tag on 29/01/2022.
On 25/1/2022 we had crossed the same toll and the Fast Tag had worked and we we were unable to comprehend why the tag is not working. They insisted that they can "see that the fast tag is damaged" and it is our fault and hence we must pay a penalty of double charges.
My husband and I felt this was unfair and requested them to find a solution and that we as honest tax payers and citizens following the due processes should not be penalised like this.
My husband rightly tried to convey the unfairness of it all. 5 to 6 people- all without any COVID precautions threatened us that we can't pass the toll without paying double and that we can't stay parked either. Left with no options we called the helpline but the team at the toll Plaza was unwilling to coordinate with them. Mr Sunil Parashar (as per the name given by them) was very rude and had a threatening toll and given the situation created I forced my husband to not take this further and pay them double. I was only left to wonder how we were being forced into paying a penalty almost by force!
What was even more surprising was that at the next two toll booths the fast tag worked perfectly without any issue. This really amazed us- and now it was clear that we had suffered a calculated and planned harassment at the Titoli toll Plaza!
I seek your help as I was forced to pay a penalty wherein none was due- and the mental harassment as an honest citizen shakes our faith in the justice and administrative system of the country.
It is not just a matter of double charge but also one of being threatened and manipulated.
I need your help to ensure a correction and hope that my complaint helps improve the system to avoid any such happenings in the future.

My fastag account has been debited for Rs 80. I have'nt used my vehicle on that particular date. My vehicle was parked in garage on that date and time. Please see SMS for details. Dear sir,
We were crossing kaithi toll plaza at 10:45 on 08.02.2022 and as we reached the platform of toll plaza the scanner was not working even the computers were not working, we waited there for 15 minutes afterqarfs the employee s at the mentioned toll went aggressive and bound is to pay the amount of Rs.120.00 in cash which we paid after being threatened bit we asked for receipt bit they didn't accepted to give the receipt.
Bit as per the law of nhai we should Not be paying the toll tax after 5 min of waiting period.
Therefore we request you to kindly investigate the issue and resolve the same otherwise we will raise the issue on various platforms.

I, Sanjay Singla, Director of Polyhub Agro Tech Pvt Ltd, Jind, Haryana have a vehicle (Tata 407) with the registration number as HR 56B 9017 and the vehicle was on way to Rohtak on 07.02.2022 and at around 2.30 pm in the afternoon when the vehicle was at the Toll Plaza near Rohtak on the Hisar Road in Lane #3, the vehicle was stopped by the authorities and my driver was told to pay the toll in cash inspite of the vehicle having a Fastag with sufficient balance. Hence I complained about the same to the NHAI with my complaint number being 5213131.

I'm from Udupi, Karnataka and our RTO number is KA 20. I'm facing problem in tolls. If I want to go to Mangalore which is the distance of 60 km, we have to face three tolls. One in Sasthana Toll, Hejamadi Toll and Surthakal toll, I really condemnt this act from NHAI. How could it possible to build three tolls in 60 kms, thats too in rural areas. As all know, Udupi and Mangalore are twin cities, it's more like same region, we regularly travel both cities. The cost of travelling very costly for us. Just to travel less than 60 km we have to pay three tolls, that's to not small amout, 55, 40 and so on, just for one way..and again we have to pay when we return. If we want to go again, then we have face this difficulty again. For KA19, Surthakal toll is free, they can bypass the toll. But we Udupi people have to pay all three tolls. Why we have to pay three tolls everytime we travel. Why there is no consession. Please close Suthkal which only 17km distance from Hejamadi toll.

I travel from KMP expressway from Manesar to Asodha regularly from last 2 months for work.its charge is 120 Rs for return journey.But From Last 6 days there is deduction of 120 at asodha toll and 80 at manesar. On inquiry. I was told that i there is no record of my entry on highway. How is that possible that i enter on a highway without entry.everytime toll boomer opened with my fast tag. There is some problem at manesar entrance. Because during these over changing. My entry was not recorded at manesar. I also called 1033. But this numner is not working. Please look into this matter. As i am getting overchanged daily. I asked toll people if my car fast tag is registered properly at entrance and they say yes. But still i am getting fined.

At Pimpalgaon Toll Plaza on 23/01/2022 at 2.50 pm. While traveling from Pimpalgaon to Nashik (approximately 25 km) a distance toll of Rs. 190 has been charged.I complaint about this at the toll plaza but they are no response.
When a vehicle passes through a single toll plaza on the highway, the entire toll is collected incorrectly.In fact, after crossing a toll plaza the same distance toll should be deducted from the fast tag.but it is illegal to charge full distance toll.so I request to you take legal action against toll collection companies.This is a robbery of public money. it is extortion the public. so please take action against toll company's

I’m Yuvanesh a resident of Hosur. While traveling to work in Chikkaballapur today morning in my car KA59M0473 at Devanahalli toll plaza I was told that there was no balance in my fast tag and the toll plaza person collected ₹190 including penalty to let me through. As soon as I crossed I got a text message saying ₹95 has been deducted for using devanahalli toll plaza from my fasttag account. I’ve attached the toll slip and text message for your ref. Kindly refund my money ₹190 in full which was collected.

I was about to pass the barrier and suddenly barrier faalen on my car and there is a big dent on my car and when i complaint about that to the duty officer there he said u have to stop there and decline there mistake Dear Customer, Your FasTag Account has been debited Rs. 115 for transaction for Vehicle PB08DB1207 at Toll LADPALWAN TOLL PLAZA on[protected]T16:40:27. Balance amount in the Account is Rs. 1355. Call toll free number [protected] for any dispute. I'm also attaching the ID card if the duty officer who will pay the damage to my car

I'm a resident of Sneh Vihar Colony and wanted to raise this complaint on behalf of whole colony. We have a road connecting our colony to the Sohna road highway but due to a dispute that road was blocked and not functional from last 2 years. Now, this road has been made functional again on receipt of Sohna court order. But, it's now blocked with crash barriers that NHAI has installed as part of Sohna highway construction.
Our request is to please remove these barriers so that we make use of our road and make it fully functional.

Conditions of road in NH 709 in bhiwani from rohtak gate to haluwas gate is poor. CM of state, agriculture minister of haryana, MP, MLA had visited and gave confirmation of new road. But it has been 2 years since condition of highway is critical. We never seen these in life.

I request you please have a new road in this area ASAPusag

बांसवाड़ा से छोटी सरवन ( राजस्थान ) के बीच के रोड की हालत बहुत ही खराब हो चुकी है आय दिन यहा एक्सिडेंट की संभावना बढ़ती जा रही है न टोल प्लाज़ा पर fastag का उपयोग किया जा रहा है और टोल प्लाज़ा पर टोल दरे निरंतर बढ़ाई जा रही है हमारे द्वारा कई बार टोल प्लाज़ा पर मोखिक रूप से कई बार शिकायत करने के बाद भी कोई सुधार नही किया जा रहा है शिकायत करने पर वहा के कार्यकर्ता द्वारा बड़ा बुरा व्यवहार किया जाता है और बोला जाता है की यहा एसा ही चलता रहेगा !
अत: हमारा निवेदन है की रोड की खराब हालात को सुधारा जाए और टोल प्लाज़ा पर fastag का उपयोग करने का निर्देश दिया जाए जिससे राहगीरो को असुविधा न हो !

I am a regular employee who passes the Pathankot Amritsar toll palaza NH 54 ladpalwan daily, I want to raise my issue regarding the service at ladpalwan toll plaza at Pathankot Amritsar Highway NH 54 is very pathetic. Daily it took 15 to 20 minutes to pass the toll palaza, even having the fast tag install, whats the point of having the fast tag then. Also the Highway road is the worse road I have ever saw.
I am raising my concern as a citizen and a tax payer who pays approximately Rs2000 a month at a toll plaza.
Kindly raise my concern to authorities and improve the system.Fast tag system was started to resolve the jam issue at toll plaza but truly it is a failure or toll plaza don't have the management right to utilise it. National Highway authorities should take my complaint into consideration.
