National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Bad condition of toilets at Lehra Bega Toll Plaza, Bathinda.

The condition of toilets at Lehra Begga Toll Plaza, Bathinda, Punjab at NH7 is so bad that it is better to use open spaces rather than using these toilets. Apart from being dirty and stinky (full of mosquitos as well), everything is broken. There are no wash basins or water supply of any kind. Herewith attached are some of the photos.
