I have been travelling since 2 days back, due to insufficient balance I struct up kumarapayam toll gate. One staff told me that there is balance in fast tag so I need be paid, I request that I will recarge immediately but is not allowing and not informed about double charge. He is over reacted me and I said do behave like this. He repeated argument and he told he will do like this. Manager also support their staff. Staff name is.
