Operator charged double fee i.e. 150/- as he had not scanned fasttag properly. For the same vehicle fasttag was successfully scanned before and after toll booths on Pune Solapu highway which can be ascertained. Though sufficient balance was in fasttag account due to improper scanning suffered mental and financial loss.
