National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Charged double amount in cash even after money being deducted from fast tag

My father was forced to pay double amount of cash at jagjitpura toll
He was told that they dont accept fastag even after money been deducted from my fastag paytm account rs110

They took 220 rs

This is unaccepatble
Toll plaza staff cant cheat old people because they are not aware

Kindly look after it.
