National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Charged double the amount in toll

My VEHICLE KL11BA4272 was charged Rs 360 in paliyekkara toll Plaza on 07/11/[protected]@ 9.54 Am and 80 rs was deducted from my fast tag account. The toll Plaza people argued that fast tag has no balance which is false.This kind of activities should be stopped.
