National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Charged Double toll

We were travelling on medical emergency from Sindhudurg to Mumbai via Kolhapur Pune Highway by our private car number MH47 AU 7959 on 24th May 2021.At Khed Shivapur Toll plaza the FastTag was not working and I was forced to pay double toll. You may check on other tolls my fasttag was deducted automatically and at Khed toll ladies were saying if you have to cross you have to pay double toll and we ended paying Rs.200. If there is problem with toll booth we should be allowed to go without paying any fees but in this case we were charged double toll which is not acceptable.Action should be taken against such tolls as so many of them might be facing such problems but no one has so much time to argue with toll plaza guys. Please look in to it, I have attached my toll receipt also.Thanks
