National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — charged more at nelamangala - tumkur toll plaza

As per the nhai website the charges for crossing 2 tolls is rs.35

But the are charging rs.40 (Rs.20 in each toll plaza) every time i travel in that route. I have attached fastag statement. Request you to take appropriate action.
