National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — charged twice incorrectly

I was travelling from Chennai towards Tindivanam.

At plaza: Athur @km103.500
section: Tambaram - Tindivanam (74.500 to 121.000 on NH - 45)
Date and Time : 18-Dec-2019 16:06

I was told that fast tag is not working and made me pay charges for the same by cash and I paid it. Later I got a message that same charge has been deducted from my fast tag account. Kindly help me get back the extra charged amount.
