National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — charges for return journey but given single journey ticket

At dasna toll today i asked for return journey ticket but toll collector charged for return journey and given single journey ticket (Rs. 30/) it means toll collector charging full amount rs 45/ but in treassory depositing less amount per day so in this way cheating to costumer as well as to government.
