National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — charging double on my fast tag no. 3xxxa860 for my vehicle no. ka51mj7605 at devanahalli toll plaza by idfcbk today[protected]

My vehicle with fast tag 3xxx a860, vehicle no. Ka51mj7605 went to airport today & passed through at devanahalli toll plaza 11.10 am and rs. 85 toll was taken by idfcbk. When the vehicle returned, at 11.37 another rs.45 was taken as return toll.

Then to my total surprise one more toll amount of rs. 85 was collected at 12.23hrs when vehicle was in inner ring road.

Bit shocked with this as i feel, there must be serious software error that can take away all the balance falsely.

Please return the money immediately to my fast tag account.
