National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Cheating practises of customer at anand tall plaza at express highway no.1 entry point

I would like to inform you that at anand entry point on express highway no.1 (ahemedabad-vadodara) when i was passing through the entry point from anand entry point my fastag wallet Id had 204 rupees balance despite that they showed insufficient balance and after that one guy standing side to check window told me that if you carry my one passanger and drop him at vadodara tall plaza you will be exempted. i refused to lift that person and i credited my wallet ID with 500 rupees and then passed through tall. after such incident the guy who was standing next to window verbally harrased me. this all incident took place on 14/11/2022 at around 8.20 AM, This guys forced the customer to sit their passenger by cheating. so please take note of it and concerne the responsible authority
