[Resolved] National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — cleaning of toilets and misbehaviour of toll staff

Sir,

It was Gwaliot toll of jhansi Agra express way. Toll staff was very misbehaving and non moral ful conduct too.

While saying We will complaint to Manager. Toll staff said, he is not here, sleeping somewhere.
And also said, everything is written behind your ticket. You can complaint. Kuch ni hoga...

What kind of service is this ??

Then I went to washroom . Dirt everywhere, no water, no light, bad odour. I clicked photos and moved.

Kindly educate the staff. Provide them proper training. Company didn't contact. It's shameful. There is no response since a long time. I demand the written apology from the particular toll plaza.

In toilet staff has no manner . He was allowed men to go in women washroom .and also take money from here .

The toilet at kalaparru, Ap Toll Plaza has not been clean fPlease clean it up and make it available to people. If the company does not have time, hire an agency to maintain daily cleanliness

I'M suresh. Today im traveling to Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu).Karumathampatti toll plaza toilet not usable . This happened last 1 month. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP people are very struggling
