National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Collection of double toll for fastag not functioning

I am a fast tag holder from Air tel Payment Bank. My vehicle number is KA09MB9708. My mobile number is [protected]..
On 28.09.2023, during my travel from Mysuru to Bangalore, I have found in the first toll plaza near Srirangapatna, that my fast tag was not functioning. When enquired with the toll authorities, I was told that my fast tag is blocked and I was forced to pay double the toll amount. Whereas the toll amount is Rs.155.00, I was forced to pay Rs.310.00.

Again, on the same day 28.09.2023, when I was passing through the second toll from Mysuru to Bangalore, near Bidadi, the toll authorities informed me that my fast tag is blocked and instead of paying Rs.165.00 toll fee, I was forced to pay double the toll fee of Rs.330.00.
Later, on reaching Bangalore, I had checked the balance in my fast tag account with Air tel Payment Bank and found that the balance in my fast tag account was Rs.415.00.
In the meantime, I have recharged my air tel fast tag account on 02.10.2023 for Rs.10.00 and Rs.50.00 which was duly accepted in my fast tag account.
On 07.10.2023, I had passed through the Ramanagara toll plaza. The toll authorities again informed me that my fast tag account is blocked and therefore, instead of paying the normal toll fee of RTs.165.00, I was forced to pay the double the fee of Rs.330.00
I do not understand. as to how my fast tag account was blocked without any reason and without any intimation to me. There appears to be a serious service deficiency either with NHAI or with Airtel payment Bank.o and because of which, I was forced to pay fine without my mistake.

In the meantime, I have called upon your toll free number of Airtel Pyament Bank regarding fast tag complaint. I was informed by the customer care that the fast tag account is not blocked and is active.

I, therefore, request you to take up this matter seriously, and let me know the reason for this untoward incident caused and suitable action is to be initiated to compensate my loss. Please note, in case your reply is not satisfactory, I am constrained to refer the matter to higher authorities. I have enclosed herewith the toll plaza receipts
