National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — collection of toll fee from an executive magistrate

I am a state civil servant posted as additional tahsildar who is also an executive magistrate. Today while going to high court for official work in a hired vehicle the panikoili toll plaza collected fees who is wrong. Because as per govt guidelines executive magistrate are exempted from paying toll fees

In Dwarka Expressway contractor using heavy breakers for pile head chipping. Breaker cannot be use for pile chipping As per IS Code 2911.Its a very serious Qty issue.. Pls stop this and take action on contractor & supervision Agency
