National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — complaining about huge unauthorised heavy loaded truck parking on bally toll plaza

I travel daily basis through bally toll plaza but when i returned back from dankuni to dum dum, i watch everyday there was huge traffic jam due to unauthorised truck parking near toll plaza in the evening... It takes too much time not only for me but also for every small vehicle passengers, aged persons etic. No one take any action against such offended vehicles... Toll plaza company doing nothing to run smoothly... Please take some action... So that a healthy faster travelling can be arranged.
