National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Complaint about the boom barrier and toll operations

This complaint is regarding Joya toll located near amorha u.p
Normally the barriers open up automatically, but in this toll the open the barrier manually
I waited in a lane for atleast 5 minutes. According to rule the entry mist be free if it takes more than 20 secs.
And when i asked the guy he started abusing me
